Great little cafe in the middle of Sydney and close to everything. Selection of food and beverages are fantastic. The prices are very reasonable. Service is quick and staff are polite and helpful.Give it a try you won’t be sorry.

Convenient place to have breakfast. French toast was very fulfilling. Eggs Benedict with salmon pretty average. Lots of Hollandaise sauce and the salmon was very dry and hard. It seemed poached. Friendly staff.

Wanted to give the famous bulletproof coffee a try and found this place to be one of the few in Sydney that sell it. Turns out it’s not my favourite type of coffee but I’m happy I tried and the other signature drinks look intriguing too. Cannot say anything about the food yet but do love the selection of healthy options and will definitely come back for lunch :)

We turned up around midday on a Sunday and shared “The sandwich we all love” and coffees. One of the best bacon and egg sandwiches we’ve ever had! Coffee was great too. Salads look great. Nice cool spot on a hot day. Friendly helpful people.

Travelling to Australia, you’d think I’d want to try all the food and all the restaurants. My friend and I came here again and again. Salads and drinks at The Gardens Cafe are definitely not what we can get in Japan. I wish I could have this in Japan!

Staff could be more friendly and approachable, the menu is full of healthy choices that you can customise as you want! I had a delicious omelette with a great smoothie. And the next day a delicious yogurt with fruit, seeds and peanuts.

I really enjoyed my salad from The Gardens. I got their namesake one- The Gardens. It was delicious. Really fresh and tasty. I loved the lemon zest dressing! Good value and very filling. I sat in the public seating a 100 metres or so from the cafe and the staff kindly brought it over to me. Great service, great food, very happy :)

Cute setting, quick & friendly service, a bit expensive but I'd still recommend. The organic chia seed granola was delicious, nice and sweet but not sickeningly so. The chia mango smoothie was great too. Coffee was okay but I probably wouldn't go back just for a coffee.

Everytime we visit Sydney my partner and I without a doubt visit The Gardens cafe. They have the healthiest AND tastiest salads and smoothies and have options to create your own meals. Highly recommend coming here if you care about your insides but also enjoy tasty food!!

Used to be great but quality has slipped. I have consistently received salads with tomatoes on the turn and I just bought a smoothy with slightly off avocado in it and they didnt remove the little stem bit, meaning I got a very unwanted crouton in my $7.50 smoothie. It's pretty expensive so I expect better standards. I really want this place to be good because their food - when done properly - is delicious, but they have let me down so many times now that I think I have to give up. Disappointing.

Very generous and delicious servings of salads for $10-15 depending on what you order. Had the eye fillet salad for $13 and it was loaded with protein. Pretty quick service overall for a fairly busy lunch time period. Would recommend if you’re in the area and want something a bit on the healthier side.

Salads are great but definitely going downhill lately, making it much more of a hit-and-miss place. Made my own salad with them including broccoli that was literally raw and poor quality, chicken that was dry, grilled eggplant where the pieces were so tiny it was mostly just eggplant skin... you get the drift.

This place is SO GOOD. a bit $$$, but the food is amazing. Good portions, the salads are fresh and tasty, and the gluten and dairy free hotcake pancakes are AMAZING. have ordered both on uber eats too and always super quickly prepared and perfectly packaged. Highly recommend.

Wait times and quality can be really variable, even for a simple salad. Takeaway salads tend to be drenched in dressing so maybe ask for into the side if that doesn't appeal to you.

Hit or miss. I just get brown rice veggie salads which are delicious but heavy on rice and light on veggies, and they're always missing ingredients. I also had a chicken wrap once that tasted off so had to throw it out.
