My fiancé and I had our engagement party at Laneway last weekend and it was the best time! Laneway took care everything, the setting was beautiful in the courtyard and the food and drink just kept on flowing. The most frequently asked question by our 70-strong group, "HOW DID YOU GUYS KNOW ABOUT THIS PLACE?!". I think that's testament to how much everyone was enjoying themselves. Would recommend to absolutely anyone looking to throw a function. Thanks so much Larissa and the team, we appreciate you so much!!!

Great combo for avo on toast👏 BUT got peas when I ask for none, and they used an unripe avo and tried to hide it 😔by placing it under some smashes avo. dodgy trick🤥!.... Other than that poached eggs where perfect and it wasn't too crowded, which is nice!

Coffee amazing, staff so friendly and the food is beautiful. My go to is a cauliflower salad with poached eggs YUMMY. And to top it off I sit in a beautiful rear Gardern overlooking a park and a beautiful gum while I enjoy my meal. Thank you Laneway 🙏

The laneway cafe is such a beautiful family friendly environment that caters to everyone! Can always count on them for fast & amazing coffee and food!! There courtyard out the back is perfect for Sunday arvo drinks with friends! Couldn’t recommend them enough !!!

The bacon and egg roll was OK. A little on the tiny side with minimal condiments but taste was OK. Coffee on the other hand was terrible. Tasted like warm milk with a tiny bit of coffee. Was very disappointed. Won't be going here again. I must say though that the store is very clean and nice. The staff were great and very friendly.

What a hidden gem!! We had a birthday celebration in the courtyard yesterday, Sunday 24/1. Had a fantastic time. Just the right amount of food and it was great topped off with cooling refreshments as it was an extremely hot day. Staff were really pleasant and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.

V nice chai and the staff are always friendly. A nice authentic of general, paleo slices and treats. Plus yummy breakfast and lunch options. There's a courtyard out back that one must book a table in, but it's a nice quiet (depending on the other patrons) area.

Responded to my emails super fast and were so accomidating. Booked the back gardern for a saturday and had the best afternoon with a group of friends. The platters pre paid for were such good valuve for money and could easy be made GF for dietry requirements!!

The Laneway cafe in Caringbah South is an awesome cool little local cafe. A great place to meet up with friends and family or just to chill and relax on your own. It’s my first stop of the day, amazing coffee, great choice of food and exceptional service. I’m always greeted with a lovely smile and happy face, it’s a great little family run business.

Lovely place. New owners were lovely letting us have some coffee late, even after they had closed the cafe part of the cafe. Back area is a great place to sit down and have a chat with the beer garden up and running again

Tegan, surprised to see that you have not enjoyed your recent experience at 'The Laneway'. We are excited however that you have noticed a difference in the coffee being served. Since the new owners have taken over and all the staff have undergone extensive training the coffee has improved immensely. The dramatically increased coffee sales have directly reflected these enhancements and It is a credit to the new owners. Apart from all this the cafe now looks clean, tidy, fresh and on trend. They sure have put 'The Laneway' back on the map.

I went to this cafe while driving from lillypilly with my friends for the first time. We ordered laneway wraps and chicken burgers with fries. We all loved it very much that we are going to come here once a month to enjoy the backyard with some chilling beers. The staffs were friendly and they provide very good customer service. I had my engagement party here in early April! I can not suggest this venue enough, the food was delicious and we had a lot of positive feed back from our guest. The laneway team was accomodating and easy to communicate with. They’re planned the event exactly how we envisioned, it went smoothly and stress free on our special day. We couldn’t have been happier.
