I just came here with a group of Vegan friends and we were so happy and so impressed with the amazing vegan menu and the fact that they didn't cross contaminate the food. Thank you so much for looking after us all. Will definitely recommend to all my friends and I will definitely return. Thank you for catering for Vegans ❤️ I had the vegan cheeseburger and fries (that are cooked only with vegan items) and the vegan burger sauce. Sooo delicious 😋

Nice burger place with a great layout and nice seating, near the very inner city and easy to get to. The food itself is good and sometimes great, though the burger themselves tend to be on the smaller size. They are also priced at slightly above market price at the time of this review. However, the flavour of the food is good, with ample seasoning. The fries are cooked fairly freshly, though it’s pretty obvious that they were recently thawed. I would suggest to add salt and pepper to the tables, and to continue to ensure that the burgers themselves (they are mostly American style) do not become too sweetened, as is the overwhelming trend at this level of burger restaurant.

It's a bird. It's a plane. It's Memphis Tennis Club by Burger Urge! Actually I'm not sure whether this venue is meant to have a Bruce Banner / the Hulk dual personality or some kind of mashup like Professor Hulk. In either case it was pretty busy when we went and it took a while before we could place an order. Food came out in about 15 minutes which wasn’t too bad. My order: * Byron Chic, $11.9 - grilled chicken, avocado, rocket, red onion, tomato, harissa mayo & aioli on a wholemeal bun I found it interesting that at 1910kJ, this is 17%-33% lower than all the grilled chicken burger options at another chain that markets themselves as having healthy burgers. Anyways, kJ aside, the overall taste was fairly good, though I didn’t love the wholemeal bun. Nevertheless I wanted to feel like I was making a healthier/lighter choice for lunch because I knew I’d be eating out again for dinner where such choices aren’t so readily available 😛

New York Burger. Burger Urge generally serves up a tasty burger but the bun and toppings were average and overwhelmed the burger as the burger was small compared to bun. Burger itself was tasty. Sweet BBQ sauce was nice. Pricey sides for the serving size and dips are extra cost. Dips weren't brought to the table with meal and had to go get them. Server wanted to charge us again but apologised. Recommend that you keep your receipt. Overall the experience sitting outside wasn't good with the taxi stand drivers smoking just adjacent to the outdoor tables at this location. Service was average. Update... BU management contacted me and apologised for the experience amd offered a free redo. I haven't taken then up on the offer, but I have to say at least they are being responsive and seem to want to make things better.

Burgers made up for the absolute shocking front counter service. Poor guy struggled with the most basic of questions, what time is the lunch special, what is the lunch special etc. We ended up walking out the front and reading the signage ourselves. Very frustrating but as I stated the burger was pretty good so made up for it... Just not sure I'll be back anytime soon.

Had lunch here with one of my friends last week. The atmosphere was delightful and it felt like i had stepped back to the 1930s. The food was excellent, we both had bacon burgers and they were excellent. Service was quite slow though, i think we waited 20mim before the food came. This is the second time my partner and I have been to this Burger Urge (this time we brought a friend on her B-Day) and again we were really happy with the food and service. The food is delicious and on time, some of the best fries in Brisbane, and my partner's fave vegan burger in Brisbane now. The icing on the cake is Ash. She is such nice person, inviting, really efficient and amazing at her job. The cocktails she made for us were sublime. We ended up having a few. More importantly, her work ethic. She was multi tasking and ensuring everyone was looked after. People like Ash are hard to come by. Treat her well! Will be back 😊

This is my 4th visit to this fantastic bar. I kept coming back for the Boston Burger and the same group of really friendly and professional staff (Ash & Grace always serve you with a big smile : ) Definitely try the burger and spicy wings by Chef Rhyce, the flavour is so good! The hot sauce is separated from the wings, so don’t worry if you can’t handle heat, give it a go! Tried something new today at the recommendation by Ash at the counter. It was a warm day and she suggested her Hot Pink Margarita. Gosh...that did the trick!!! That is definitely my goto cocktail from now on!!! Thanks Ash!😁 If any of you need a chilled joint with great vibe for a drink or a meal near the City Library, I highly recommend this place!!

From the moment you walk in you feel good, there is a soft sound of conversations going on as well as the sizzling of the grill coming from the open kitchen. Got helped by the friendly staff behind the bar. The burger was on the smaller size but so was the price, not to talk about flavours. The flavour was great in it own size. I got the extra hot sauce on my burger, wich for me was perfect, just a little tangle on the lips and a strong but short aftertaste on the back of the tongue. I would recommend you to go here, try it for yourself. The food is realy good for the price.

A friend and I went in for plant-based burgers the other day, one Veef and one Mexican - both were delicious, very juicy and satisfying, with fresh salads and tasty sauce. We didn't get chips, so the burger looked a little lonely on the big plate, perhaps a little extra salad on the side would look better. Overall though, excellent (& quick) service, lovely food!

This place and it's staff are absolutely AMAZING! Two of my friends and I arrived minutes before closing, having chosen to indulge on a few drinks rather than find some diner, our options were limited. We asked the waiter, Cody, if we were too late. He went out of his way to put us at ease about the time, as long as we ordered before closing time it was fine. We ordered, joked with him and honesty had the best time there. He kept cleaning up and putting the outside equipment away while chatting with us. The food was divine, 3 burgers and the shared platter were exactly what us tipsy ladies needed. One of my friends brought our plates back in and thanks the chefs in the kitchen and they also were amazingly nice to us considering the time we arrived. We will be going back if we are in the neighbourhood again! Massive shout out to Cody! Best customer service I have ever had!

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our first Burger Edge experience with you guys on Saturday! We couldn't get over how good and fresh your burgers tasted!! I would like to give a special acknowledgement to 'Hayley' - for making my southern fried chicken burger, it was delicious!! It was by far the best burger I've had in Brisbane in a long time!! The guy who works on the front counter (possibly Indian, in his 20s) is an absolute joy! So friendly and welcoming, customer service is definitely at the top of his priorities. What a wonderful experience. I've been to many burger urge locations and the staff are always great but this guy is just something else!

While I'm not going to comment on my opinion towards the use of smart phones by people handling food the problem was that he didn't even notice me standing right in front of him.
