Best burgers in town! Had many burgers in my life, some allegedly “gourmet”, but these really are. They tick all the right boxes, and the customer service was spot on. I recommend dropping in and trying their burgers, dirty fries and onion rings. Eat in for burger n beer for $19 too with a good selection of beer on tap.

Ordered 2 burgers at 11am. It was nearly empty so the same guy was in charge of taking the order and cooking. Yet it was ready in 5min or so. Both bugers were fresh and delicious. Also quite big which was nice. The meet was tasty and the vegetarian patty better than usual vegetarian option. We would gladly come back!

Burger urge lunch today. The women that served us was displaying a depressing attitude. Food was really good, the wings were the stand out with the burgers being fresh and very filling. Cost wise it's above average but table service was quick. Only 3 stars as the table was a little grubby, no personal details collected for Covid and poor attitude from staff. I would recommend again but don't expect Stellar service.

I ordered a burger and sides for pickup. The food tastes nice but my fries were clearly a old and cold - I ate a few almost immediately. Friendly staff but I saw one person in the kitchen picking food out of his teeth with his food handling gloves on? I'm sure they were thrown out but it's not a great look.

Went to Burger Urge Windsor store for dinner last night food and customer service was amazing. I had Fried chicken burger which was very delicious overall the team was very friendly and being one of the regular customer this store has always been spot on and our families go to place. Store manager served us and he was amazing and very professional. Definitely will be back again soon.

OMG best beef burger in Brisbane! Kudos to the young lady or the chef who made it because they deserve a promotion! I've had a lot of burgers and most do not get the simple things right; pattie flavour, juiciness without the grease, balance (condiments and pickles) and portion size. Today was the day I had the best beef burger in Brisbane I had the double pattie burger meal with jalapenos Burger patties were juicy but not messy and greasy like other places and I didn't get a fowl after taste from the beef either which was great! Chips were seasoned well and I def recommend the Chipotle mayo as dipping sauce Next time I'll add photos I was too hungry and forgot lol

Was on a time crunch in my lunch break and there was a bit of frustration on my part because apparently the new registers were not accepting Bite Club points, and even if I swapped sauces on my burger it still cost me extra. But the Asian girl at the counter was very understanding and apologetic, and even gave me free burger and chips cards to make up for the Bite Club situation, which I really appreciated. Great service, but the store should be more organised when it comes to their technology.

Wow, what a lovely change, friendly, happy staff and the burgers are to die for, been a long time since we've had one this good. Good range of spirits, beer and cocktails. The whole place is very clean with tables cleaned after each customer. Definitely recommend Burger Urge, we'll be back.

😂😂 I ordered lunch deal $11:90 burger chips and Pepsi can. There is advertising board with burger chips drink. Big burger big glass drink picture but in reality burger is very small I never seen before 😂😂 feeling still hungry .

Pretty average. Friend got their food first, they finished then we got our food. Waited for 10 minutes between each burger coming out. Chicken was dry and burgers had issues like onion rings on the burger when specifically asked not, asked for no cheese, got cheese. Chips were good though.

great food and service was fast. experience was soured by the guy taking the order interrupting as we tried to answer after he didn't understand we wanted the burger and meal deal. along with a kitchen staffer not wearing a mask while clearly unwell. blew his nose in the kitchen then came out to his laptop and sat the dirty tissue on a table before packing up his laptop and returning to the kitchen without cleaning the table. I can understand not wearing a mask in a kitchen but when you're on break in a store not eating or drinking was a violation of health guidelines as masks were mandatory at the time. it was disgusting that he worked preparing food whilst ill as well as infecting a table and not disinfecting it.

Have gotten takeaway burgers on two occasions during Covid. Both times the ordering process was simple, staff helpful and not a long wait. The burgers were great and I will return. Got some chips and they were not the best, I prefer them a bit crunchy. But the onion rings are so good and a generous serve. Burger Urge is my favourite burger place and will return for a third (and fourth) times.

Just had a great takeaway experience at Burger Urge Windsor. Quick service and their Covid-19 no contact process was good. My onions rings have a delicious seasoning on them, they're cooked perfectly. My beef, bacon & cheese burger came on a farmhouse bun which , ingredients are fresh and the buns are not over sauces. The beef patty is warm and juicy. I'll be back again but will have to remember to ask for the milk bun.

The only place in that section with exceptional dining! Burgers are amazing but limit your consumption!!! I wouldn't call it healthy, so max limit 2 burgers a week to keep your heart good; but they do have vegetarian burgers so you can eat lots of those XD.

Food was pretty good, we were quite happy with the burger and loaded fries. The southern fried wings were bland and we definitely appreciated the sauces that came with. Food is priced accordingly. Customer service was ok. The tables are high and have that annoying sticky feeling so we weren’t comfortable to sit there for longer than we needed to.

Ate here for the first time with a group of friends tonight (27/09/19) and the service is hands down some of the best I’ve ever come across in a restaurant of this caliber. The staff have the most upbeat personalities, they came out to consult our friend on her order being gluten free to ensure it was made correctly, food was fast, fresh and amazing. Picking up the boys from school, we were undecided on dinner. After some debate we decided on Burger Urge in Windsor. It was fairly quiet but it was 530pm on a Thursday so understandable. We greeted and chose a table after being informed it was trivia night at 630pm. There were games to keep the kids entertained and we had a hand of uno whilst waiting. I ordered the Boston cheese burger. The kids had the little monsters meals. The Boston cheese was very enjoyable and held together nicely throughout consumption. The boys had their mini burgers and wanted more so thumbs up from them. Overall friendly staff and delicious food at a reasonable price.

Really enjoy the burgers (including vegan choices for my wife!) but lost a star today because the sides (fries and onion rings) were just barely warm when served. Staff were all friendly and helpful and the wait time was reasonable given that we arrived with a bit of a crowd. Lots of seating, everything was clean and tidy, and our 10-year-old assures us that the Nutella & peanut butter milkshakes are awesome!

A great place for lovers of burgers and great customer service. Sat down with my family for a Boston, Cali, El Diablo, and Farmers Salad. Also a mini monsters meal kids burger. Food was served swiftly and without fuss for a Saturday lunch. I even made a mistake when ordering the mini monsters and the Spanish manager, Jose, assisted with the greatest of ease. Enjoyed a couple of craft beers on taps that really complimented the El Diablo. Overall food fantastic and drinks a plenty, we also sipped on a nice sauv blanc too. For 5 star rating I would ask for some A/C but still getting use to the weather up here so nothing on the great guys in Burger Urge!! When you have the Urge go see the boys they'll purge your hunger and thirst at Burger Urge 😉😁👍🏽👍🏽
