Love grilled always a favorite, the major detractor was the sauce was about a quarter full. Also, there is a lot of packaging for a eat in meal. Could be a really quick win for the environment and your profit if you could cut this down/out.

Great food, but have had issues of missing items twice in a few weeks with Uber Eats deliveries from here. No one seems to be checking orders before they leave. Spoke to a staff member when I called to resolve it and got a 'not our problem'. I understand that is an Uber Eats policy, but it could really have been communicated much better.

Just happens to be the first Grill'd I've been to. No doubt the best burgers around, when you cannot get Burger Fuel. I have had several different items from the menu and they were all amazing. Even the fries are special. Whether beer, pork or lamb, your burger will put a smile on your face, and if you are an overseas visitor, have the Good Karma, with the typical Aussie avocado and beetroot in your burger. Never fails to satisfy.

I love their burgers. I had the simply Grill'd burger and it was delicious. I've noticed that all the Grill'd stores I've visited are consistent with their quality and taste of their food, which is a great thing to see. The only negative thing I can say about the store though is that the music was playing so loud, that our group couldn't hear ourselves speak. But we did let them know and they were happy to reduce the volume.

Consistently good, fresh food and fast service. In my opinion as good as it gets in terms of tasty, fresh burgers, even when compared to the plethora of boutique burger joints springing up around the city. Casual dining with plenty of space for the busy lunch time rush. The Mighty burger is hard to beat, but there's chicken, pork, lamb and vegetarian options also. Not a huge fan of the herb mix on the chips, but they're always happy to substitute plain salt instead. Service and friendliness of staff is hard to fault. Recommended.

Great service, very friendly and welcoming staff. Remember the burgers do not come with fries so if the menu looks cheap remember you have to add on if you want extras. I was torn between the new hemp burger and the sliders. In the end the sliders won. I had the vintage which was beef/cheese/onion and a satay chicken which was very tasty. I would highly recommend their smoky chipotle sauce

This is a very convenient located grilled. I've only ever had 1 bad experience here when I was given a cold burger. But they remade the burger and gave me a 20 gift card to say sorry. It's always good to have customer service that actually rectified the problem.

The original hip burger joint that arguably started the "gourmet fast food" scene. The burgers are still good and the prices are competitive. However, with the food trend having since broadened and even McDonald's offering gourmet 'Create your burger', Grill'd unfortunately starts to feel like "just another burger place". This particular restaurant is located in a trendy part of the CBD and is quite busy during work lunch hours. If you are looking for a more relaxed atmosphere, it's best to try a different Grill'd or another restaurant.

Honestly, not our favorite Grill'd. Epic location and the kids working there are cool, but things come out a bit burnt more oten than you'd expect (especially the sweet potato fries and low carb bun). Maybe they chef just doesn't like lower carb foods. 😂 And for some reason it's the smallest portion of the places we visit. I mean we're still going... ;)

Every one said try the burger its the best in Australia. Disappointment! Bun was nice. burger was thick but lacked flavour. Very messy and really did not enjoy the meal. Over salted fries with too much herb? I was looking forward to it as well so im annoyed!

Table service, that isn't table service. You will be seatwed, bug then have to stand up and order at the counter potentially losing your table when it's busy. Good burgers and sides, same as any other grilled. Reasonable beer selection from the major brewers craft selections.
