If you like Grill'd in general, then you will like this Grill'd. Nice location at the end of the local shopping centre, with seating inside and covered seating our side too. Various other food outlets nearby and a shoppint centre at your disposal too if you have anything to get done before or after your meal.

The experience was ok. The burgers need more flavour. In comparison to chompers and ribs and burgers the burgers were small and over priced. The zucchini chips can be cooked well, but at time too salty. There is a good variety of beverages. Convenient parking and good customer service.

Great food. But they need to turn the music down. It was deafening. When I complained their excuse was they coul not turn it down due to technical problems. What a load of rubbish. If customers are complaining. Turn it off.

The burgers from here are good, but salads are a disappointment when they cost so much but you get such small portions. Trying to eat healthier but that’s difficult when you pay nearly $20 for a couple of shreds of lettuce and chicken, and finish the “meal” in a couple of minutes.

I've yet to have a bad Grill'd experience, but this particular location is a favourite. Plenty of seating both inside and out means that even when it's busy it isn't crowded. Staff are friendly, orders always arrive quickly and made to perfection.

It’s a nice restaurant with great environment, relaxing music and beautiful views make the restaurant a great place to meet friends. The burger ( big queenslander ) was massive that I feel so full after I ate it, I was starving before that😂. If u sit outside u can feel the winds blow on you, which makes me love the restaurant, also the stuff were so friendly here. I would definitely recommend the restaurant to my friends~

Can't speak highly enough, this Grill'd has gone above and beyond for me before as Uber is sometimes useless. Always seem to get a good meal here, desire my experiences with other Grill'd restaurants. Staff and manager is super nice and helpful.

Great place one. The new shop at Fairfield fits in perfectly to the upgrades to the shopping centre. They have really made an effort with staff, both front and back of house. Great service and awesomeness on a plate. Would totally recommend getting a burger on the way home after shopping.

Warning to those with any allergies (I'm a coeliac myself)! Initially was told I couldn't get items that are normal gluten free at other grillds because of the way they prep them. To their regard, the girl that took our order tried to talk to the chef's about an alternative to no prevail. Instead opted for the gluten free bun which I was assured was gluten free. The food was delicious however within 20mins I was incredibly sick and have been for the last 5 days. I didn't plan on having my last meal that night but there so you. So warning to those allergic!

Always love my visits to Fairfield Grilld! Love the food and great service! Just a suggestion, pop some power points around so people can come and do some work/have meetings while eating lunch. Lots of people working remotely these days. Just have a policy that if the restaurant is busy those working need to move on. But you have loads of space 😁 I know I'd be a regular! I tried to do this today but my laptop is flat 🙂 Still loved my burger though so all good! Thanks!

Me and a friend came here a few weeks ago and were starving for a burger. Lady asked us where are our masks, We politely retorted we had exemptions. She looked at us for about 2 seconds as if she was entitled to know what our exemptions were. I asked her a for menu, she threw her hand out to a table and said "there's one on that table". She then went behind the counter and started talking about us to her colleague, I know this because she pointed our way and they both looked over at us and their faces went blank when they saw me looking at them then quickly turned their backs. We didn't end up getting our burger. And probably won't be back.

The staff here are so lovely and give great customer service! Partner and I went there today and the girl serving us was super friendly, and after I scanned my member card and she found out it was my birthday, herself and all the other staff went out of their way to wish me a happy birthday and make me feel very welcome. Staff seem to get along well which gives a nice vibe in the restaurant and their customer service is unmatched! One of my favourite Grill’d stores by far.

The Glorious 5-star Review, Considering i hardly ever give these out something special must of happened. I have never had Grill'd before and was asked by my girlfriend to get her order. so i walk in and am met by a waiter. great guy had only one interest in that time, to make my life as easy as possible. I explained the situation and he understood quick, i needed to feed a princess and he would need to help this Noob to do it. So i read off the order i had in a text message and he responded filling in the gaps i had no idea about. i then proceeded to ask for a meal for myself. I'm a big guy and i have a huge appetite and i was on call for work so i needed the fuel. He suggested a burger and straight up no hesitation I went for it. My order was filled with in 13 minutes, 2 burgers 3 sliders 1 share plate. Before i left i went to get the name of the staff member that made my life awesome. but the name i heard was "Henry" or "Kennith" (Bad hearing sorry for botching your name if i did) then went home to enjoy this meal. Got home opened the meal, the meal had been sitting for about 15 minutes and it was still hot. We started to dig in and for the following 10 minutes all i could hear was chewing. Not a single complaint, no one having a problem, not even a single word.... It was so beautiful i almost cried. In conclusion, Staff is great (Especially that Henry guy you should promote him) the ordering and waiting time is acceptable, and most of all the food is awesome.

If you need a good burger then you cannot go past a Grill’d. They even cater now for vegetarians with a good selection of salads as well. Great alternative from the usually burger places and pricing is reasonable.

Even though it it is a little pricey, this is a place you will walk away from satisfied and with an amazingly full stomach. Everything came out fast and the staff were all very friendly, someone even came to wipe down our table the second he noticed it hadn't been done yet. Very happy :)
