Just amazing burgers! They were fresh and flavoursome. I had the pickle me elmo, the tangy pickle went perfectly with the soft bun and juicy patty. The fries were crunchy and perfectly seasoned and the onion rings were also top notch, crispy on the outside and well cooked on the inside. There are a few tables inside and outside, ordering is via QR code on the tables. Service was excellent, would 100% come back again for a feed!

I am never a fan of burger until I have had burgers in Hashtag Burger. The burgers are always fresh and tasty, and the chips are always nice and crispy. We have been there a couple of times already and the food is consistently good. The staff are friendly too. Would highly recommend it!

This is the second time my partner and I have visited this burger place, and it was even better than we remembered! Burgers are on-point, loaded fries & potato gems are GOD TIER, the staff are lovely & personable. We got there at around 8:45pm on a Wednesday looking for somewhere to eat and we’re so glad these guys were open & so hospitable given the time of night. Good menu, friendly staff, tricky parking if you’re driving. Beef burgers are good - meat is juicy, smashed, and has good flavour; though I think they could use more burger sauces. Fried chicken burgers are good - crispy, though I think they could use more spices for the marinate. Waffles are great - decent size. Nothing to complain about but short of earth shattering amazing. Would definitely return one day!

Best burgers I ever had so far !! Loved them. This is how burgers should be made as they are described unlike some Concrete burger brands 😅 . Menu is awesome though only 2 chicken options.( would like to see more chook ) Great loaded fries and m&c balls. Will try the deserts next time … Tables are limited but ok . Best burgers I try for so long! Thin and crispy! We tried the morning wood also ordered the buffalo Lock and Load chips which were really good, waffles are sooo tasty! We made a booking for a birthday and they help us celebrate with complimentary waffles with ice cream and dipping sauce. We had a lovely experience and definitely going back soon!

I usually get these guys in takeaway and I’ve hardly ever been disappointed. They’re always super quick and they pack it so well. I am officially in love with their choc peppermint shakes and I really likes their potato gems. My only complaint would be the burger buns, I tried it once and it fell apart on me and wasn’t my favourite, but that might be a personal thing. Everything else is simply amazing, and I will definitely keep ordering from these guys. Their waffles are to die for and you can tell they’re made with love. Also really good value for money. Would 100% recommend for any hunger craving, or if you’re seeking comfort food :)

Almost a great meal. The atmosphere was really nice and the staff where great. The food needs a little improvement (could have just been a bad day for the chief) the chicken was far too battered and I struggled to taste it. Which is a shame as it was cooked perfectly and the sauce was amazing. The onion rings had too much batter on them making the onion raw and flavourless. That said I still ate it all as the buns sauce and extras were amazing. So close to being a great bite.

As you'd expect these are some of the most creative and most delicious Burgers you can buy. Small shop but cool setting. The cheese toast alone is worth the visit, if you ever went to Sizzler then I have great news for you. Totally worth the hype for any burger lovers.

Been looking forward to coming here and trying their burgers for a while. And we finally had the chance tonight. We thought it was going to be packed with people on a Saturday night but we couldn’t have been more wrong. We were the only ones there when we arrived and it had been basically just the two of us during our entire stay there. We really appreciate the concept of burgers and waffles coming together and that was a really big selling point to me. When I saw the name and their menu, I was already sold. My partner ordered a Pickle Me Elmo and a service of onion rings with a Coke Zero. The onion rings were really crunchy and fresh. You could tell they had been freshly battered and fried. We loved the fact that they were battered instead of crumbed. It was also great that they weren’t greasy. I only had a small bite of his burger but I thought it was really tasty and the kind of burger I love. A pleasant mixture of meaty and acidic flavors mingling together. I grabbed a Double Down with waffle buns and an extra patty and no sliced tomato. To be honest, I think the whole thing was a bit lacking and could have used a bit more salt and pepper. And I think I made a mistake by swapping the normal bun with waffles, because they just made the whole burger more greasy. I actually felt a bit sick halfway through eating it. I think the waffles would have been much nicer as dessert than being in a burger. They were really tasty waffles but just weren’t suitable to be burger buns. And the fact the patties were not salty enough to me made it worse. But it would still be a great burger to you if you could handle all the grease from deep frying and the patties. The patties were juicy and moist as promised in the burger descriptions. For my chips, I thought they were tasty but again, not salty enough to my likings. Will give other burgers a try next time we visit. The service was awesome. We were greeted as soon as we walked in. The staff who waited on us was friendly and attentive. Their online service was also really impressive. I made a booking through email and it was sorted very fast and smoothly. The whole place looked pretty chill and comfy. Really dug the vibe. Loved their interior design. In general, it was a pleasant experience just wish my burger had been a bit more flavorful. Will come back for more burgers. Thanks for the night. A little update: Went back tonight for a milkshake and we both loved it. Especially my boyfriend. We grabbed a Toffee Apple and it was quite delish. The staff were also nice and kind enough to give us three waffle strips for free as samples, which we really appreciated. The waffles were already good on their own but the shake just made them even tastier.

I had the true pleasure of a Mac Me Daddy on Monday night - it may have been the best burger I’ve ever had - and I’m a bit of a self confessed burger addict (Judge me if you like - there are worse afflictions I’m sure). The Mac cheese patty was crunchy on the outside, so blissfully gooey on the inside I had to take a moment to just stare at it, utterly mesmerised was I! The bacon - oh my the bacon - mapled to perfection, sweet, salty, crisp and crunchy - what a time!! The patty was - as promised - moist af - and all of this perfectly held together by a beautiful bun - perhaps brioche, I’m not sure but whatever it was, it gave me the kind of satisfaction that one can only achieve from a truly perfect balance of flavour and textures.. Haven't been here before but the menu looked good, as did their IG page, so we tried it out 👍🏼 . I got the "Simple Sally" burger with Fried onion rings to try. The burger tasted good, the beef patty was cooked nicely & still very juicy. The cheese was melty and just right - all in all a good, solid burger. The onion rings were okay, batter was a tad thicker than I had expected but still decent 👌🏼 . Solid food with good company to enjoy it 🎉🥳 FYI - finding street parking was super hard though around lunch time

I dined at 3:00 pm on a Saturday. I was the only one there and was served immediately. The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was chic and comfortable. There was space to eat inside and outside. The menu was extensive and very tempting. I had a double down and a serve of onion rings. The food arrived promptly and it was hot and delicious. The burger retained its shape and did my fall apart. The blend of flavours was impressive. I didn’t have dessert, but will return to do so. It was a wonderful experience.

Hashtag burgers and waffles, one of the most highly recommended burger joints in Bris that I have been wanting to tick off the list for yonks. Recently relocated to the Valley and renovations mostly completed I went for dine in yesterday to get the full experience. Menu wise its pretty much all beef burgs, the difficult decision comes from picking one of the 7 on offer. Chips on a burger caught my eye so I signed myself up for the dirty uncle and side of buffalo chicken loaded fries to share. My mate went the hotshot and doubled it up. So much to unpack about this burger! First thing is the bun, possibly the best I have ever had. Japanese style milk bun, super fluffy and soft like most milk buns but have been toasted beyond the norm, almost like perfectly cooked crunchy toast. Adds another dimension as you have contrast between soft and crunchy in the same bite plus it stops any of the sauce from soaking into the bun. Super thin smashed patties are all the craze at the moment but this beef is the thick traditional patty cooked perfectly. Super charred and crunchy outside, moist and pink on the inside with a really strong beef flavour. Sauces are kept in check which really lets the beef shine. Maple bacon was salty with the sweetness being more subtle then overpowering. The chips, shallots and pickle mayo on the bottom tied it all together. The restaurant itself is small but groovy with lots of charm and colour. Customer service was excellent as it's the owners Matti/Kate taking your order and cooking your food, its clear they have a passion for burgers. Even with my expectations set pretty high I was still blown away with the quality of the ingredients and how well crafted my burger was. One of my favourites this year and deserves a 5 star rating!

This place is the OG of the burg from a hole in the wall to the evolving menu flavours and custom creations. You cannot go wrong. I’ve never been happier then when I get to eat off there menu. Worth a visit. I had the Double Down. Flavour was good with the meat having the right amount of char. Not a big burger, next time I'll order a side with it. If I were to compare it to a bigger chain, I'd say that it's close to Betty's burgers but with better ingredients.

10/10 burgers, I had the Your Dirty Uncle and added a piece of fried chicken because who cares about my heart not me, the burger was incredible the chicken was moist af and the coating was seasoned perfectly, the actual burger patty was even better it was juicy and full of flavour, the type that melts in your mouth and just makes you realise being fat is fine it comes with maple bacon, cheese and fries on top just to make sure your body gets that Homer Simpson eating a McRib type of feeling, Will definitely be going back as I want to experience nirvana as I slowly clog my arteries.

Have been there twice and loved the food each time. Tried the Beetroot patty burger last time and it was amazing - as a vegetarian I have come across my fair share of very ordinary veggie options. My son had a regular cheeseburger both times and it was fantastic. As an American-expat, I have tried A LOT of burger places in Brisbane, always being left disappointed, but this place is absolutely excellent. Not only is the food great, but the owner and staff are extremely genuine and friendly. The owner came up to our table tonight to ask us how we liked our food as they’ve recently switched to a new patty style (which was great!), and he asked if we’d like any other types of housemade sauces to try with our fries. You can tell that they genuinely care about the customer experience and are constantly striving to make the food and experience better and better. Look no further, this is the ONLY burger place you need in Brisbane.

Ordered via Deliveroo on Saturday evening, when all food places are usually busy. Deliveroo provided max wait time of 45 minutes... 1 hour later and the order is not even out for delivery yet. I contacted the restaurant and friendly guy on the other side explained that Deliveroo was struggling to find enough riders to cater for the sudden spike in orders, and that restaurant has even had to prepare my order second time. Order gets picked up the moment I finish the call and it takes another 20 (!!!!) minutes for the delivery guy on a motorbike to get my order to me at Bowen Hills, less than 3km away from the restaurant. I saw that he made multiple stops on his way through the live tracking and he even pulled up 200 meters away from my workplace at a nearby apartment complex to drop off another order - I saw it with my eyes. Sorry that this review turned into venting about the Deliveroo terrible service, I just want to let other people know my experience with them. Needless to say, the food was cold when it was delivered. Tater tots were soggy and solidified cheese turned them into one big blob of mess. However, they were still delicious and I thoroughly enjoyed them! The burger (double down) was just lukewarm, but oh my god, was it good! Definitely one of the best burgers I had in Brisbane - nice thin juicy smashed patties full of flavor and perfectly soft milk buns, accompanied by excellent sauces. The burger didn’t fall apart in my hands either and maintained great structural integrity till the last bite. So, cudos to the restaurant - these guys definitely know their burger game and I’m really keen to dine in at some stage to get the full experience. As for Deliveroo - stay away!!!

Super fun speed challenge. Done this twice (one plain and another with half bottle of 13 angry scorpion hot sauce) always so yummy and I crave for more. Matt and Kat are legends for designing this amazing challenge. What I love most is how the wffle and Mac and cheese breaks the texture and flavour to other burger challenges. The addition of the hot sauce elevated the taste of the burger assisting me to eat it faster the 2nd time round. If you love hot sauce and burgers, this is place to be. They have a a range of hot sauce to add to your meal from medium to ultra hots.

The food was amazing. The owner was friendly and knew what he was talking about. The price point was great. Everything was great, and it seems much of Brisbane agrees in the "Burgers of Brisbane Reviews" FB page. Just wish you'd open a store in Mt Gravatt ;) .

My meat-eating Partner raved about his burger and can't wait to return. As a vegetarian though I was very disappointed with the beetroot burger AND it was way more expensive than a meat burger??!! For vegetables??!! It was really quite tasteless and I had to endure my partner raving about how good his beef was. Please make better vego options like a crumbed mushroom patty or one of the countless vegan meats available especially if you're going to charge a premium for non-meat. Us vegos like good burgers too :(
