This place has a good range of gluten free and the burgers are absolutely delicious. The sweet potato fries are the best I've had, and also gluten free. Unfortunately, on this occasion, I was let down by the gluten free bread rolls. I understand it's hard work keeping GF rolls fresh, but these were really bad. Quite tough and chewy. It was probably the last burger made after a 3 day long weekend, so I'll try again another time to see if it was a one off.

I work in the centre and have come here three times this week after work, the burgers are that good! On the 3rd trip the guy who served me remembered my order and had it out so quick. The burgers are delicious and filling, reasonably priced and look appealing. The workers are really friendly and helpful and check up on how you’re enjoying the meal. The burgers are absolutely delicious. It was our first time ordering from here and we got The Fat B burger, Veggie Lover burger, onion rings and chips. We ordered through Uber Eats. We couldn’t fault the burgers, they were so tasty and a good portion size. We probably wouldn’t order the onion rings or chips again as a takeaway item as they were soggy and limp by the time they arrived. I’m sure they are delicious when served hot & fresh at the restaurant but unfortunately they did not travel well. We can’t wait to go back and try more burgers on the menu!

I went here earlier in the week and both the atmosphere and the food were amazing. Everything was good value for money and the staff are very friendly. I was served by Mae who was very kind and did a wonderful job, definitely someone who loves their job. Can't wait to come back and try even more of the menu.

Nat very kindly made accommodations to ensure gluten free options for our family. We loved the gf burgers, the sweet potato fries and the outside setting. (Added bonus was my son was occupied with the games for so long so I could eat in peace). Great spot for lunch!

This is THE place to get a great burger! Everything was and is perfect and fresh. Customer service is top notch and pure Excellence! Prices are amazing! Much cheaper than Maccas, great value. My wife and my favourite place to eat and the only place we actually sit inside to eat as its super clean as well... anywhere else and its best we take it home if at all. The only thing l would change is the music is a bit too much as we don't care for that style at all, but it can mostly be ignored. (Make it metal and we might not leave lol). Had the double grass fed beef burger and it was absolutely delicious. Patties cooked to perfection, buns soft and delicious as well as giant pickles. Order took a while to arrive at the table and they didn’t have the drink I ordered in stock which is the reason for the 4 stars.

Had my daughter's 12th Birthday lunch here and it was awesome. Staff friendly. Service was fast. Kids got lunch specials and they were large and tasty. One kid was a vegan and their options were aplenty. Very accommodating for extra noisey kids as well. 5 Stars will come again👍

The young lady on shift by herself yesterday crushed it. Im a regular and the food has always been great but the service side was honestly lacking. Until yesterday I walked in to a big smile and a warm welcome. This is the 2nd time getting hello Harry's at a second location, I got the same burger because I was craving it do much and to muly surprise it tasted exactly the same as the first burger which is exactly what I wanted, best burger I've ever had, the staff were friendly and enthusiastic, the food arrived in a timely manner with no hold ups. I’m willing to declare that this was better than Fergburger in Queenstown, NZ. The brisket burger was ridiculously tasty, the staff were super lovely and attentive, the food was quick and the music was the perfect level for still chatting. Will definitely be back, to sample the rest of the menu.

Great burgers. A bit on the expensive side, but they are worth it for the taste. Ambiance isn't amazing since the restaurant backs onto the car park, but is fine for a casual occasion.

Really good food. Egg on the Chicken Caesar burger was perfect. The mozzarella sticks with amazing. The chicken strips were slightly bland, but dipped in the sauces provided they were amazing. They had their own brand of lager. Which was very nice. Highly recommend trying this place.

Went in on Friday night with a large group of friends and the burgers were Amazing! chips are like nothing I've ever had before that seasoning is the best. Food was super fresh and fast. Great Service By Millie and staff. Millie was making jokes with the table and making sure everyone was happy with the food. She brought a great atmosphere for us to enjoy our meals. I will be coming back to try other burger maybe even invite millie to join me.

I took my grandson in for a quiet bite today, and the restaurant was completely filled! But I wanted to write a review to honour the outstanding young lady who worked alone in the kitchen. We had to wait a bit longer because the restaurant was incredibly packed and there was only one person working in the kitchen, but it was well worth the wait because our burgers and onion rings were delicious. We hope to bring the family back at some point when it is less busy.

Came in for a quick bite to eat,well we got a quick bite and more, I had to try the the tub of ice cream topped with salted caramel and a kit Kat. The load chips are great but the ice cream was the best. I really recommend a visit, well done guys n girls.

Order a bunch of different meals. One was wrong, chips were boring. Onion rings were just hunks of basically raw onion. Mozerella sticks were the tastiest thing and mozerella doesn't really have any taste! Chicken tenders were quite nice. Overall disappointing.

Food is fantastic and fresh, really yummy hearty burgers and the seasoning on the chips isn’t like anywhere else. I like that aioli comes free with chips too. The negative I’ve found with the Strathpine location is that the staff have poor attitudes and the wait time is very long. It shouldn’t take 15 minutes for a takeaway serving of chips. I’ll definitely return, but hope to see some positive changes to make it a better experience, because this place does have great potential!

The south of the border was the best burger I've had in a long time. The great divide pale ale is quite smooth and tasty. I tried the onion rings but it was clear the oil needed to be replaced.

Food is good but not worth the wait or order stuff ups. Have visited the Strathpine restaurant 3 times. Order has been wrong on 2 occasions and on 3rd visit waited 30mins for takeaway. Hello Harry are a great burger joint but this restaurant needs to improve. Added after response: 13 minutes you are kidding yourself and anyone that reads this. My order was placed via the hello Harry App at 6.30 and given to me at 7 after I waited for about 20mins in the restaurant after the quoted ready time. Order pickup code was OTOP. Staff where very apologetic for the delay. I left my details with a manager for the owner to contact me previously when my order was wrong with no response.

Tasty burger and chips, had onion rings they were greasy oil was dripping out when I bit into it, they forgot the aioli I paid for. I called up because I like my aioli with my onion rings and all I got was there is nothing I can do except put a note so next time I’m in I can get a free sauce, I’m sorry it’s not free I paid for it and how about I’m sorry that happened.
