By far the best KFC I have ever had! It's always fresh and tasty. The staffs are also lovely. The wait times are short even though they are super busy. Highly recommend this KFC!

Pretty Convenient and the cleanliness looks well kept and I always like feeling that I have eaten well and what are the options plus in the complex there is other stores I love looking at and I love "retail therapy" going shopping is the thing to do!

Don't go here I am held at gun point by the general Sanders to write this positive review if you want fresh chicken tho go after lunch on a Tuesday during the 9 for 9.95 also if you want a free extra chips and drink take someone's recipient and fill it out random persons survey and get code, no one care or questions if it was your meal

I ordered Tuesday Special KFC chicken box, the chicken were fine but not as good as it used to be. Chicken wings were really delicious.

Fantastic Restaurant! Offers both dine in and to go service. had a limited selection of deserts but my romantic dinner was one ill never forget. Thank you to our server James! the only downside is that the valet was apparently not working for the restaurant and left with our car however this will be solved as we will purchase a new one on monday from Melbourne.

The food here is as you'd expect from any KFC - but 9 times out of 10 - the staff are awful. They will often blatantly ignore you, despite not actually being doing anything else. When you do actually get served, the staff have absolutely no engagement with you at all. Monotone, no eye contact, bluntness - it doesn't make you feel great as a person/customer. I work in food service, so I know what it's like, it isn't exactly a dream job; but you're also not being forced to be there. Overall, though, the service itself is always efficient, and the wait time is always very short.

Queues can be quite long and orders take a long time to be made. I have waited for up to 30 minutes for an order. During their busiest times they do not open up any extra lines.. they have 4 registers and I have never seen them use more then 2 at a time. And that is 5 years of observations. Poor customer service

It's not the best KFC restaurant you will find if you want some amazing, crispy fried chicken that just melts in your mouth but it does the job. But why does the mashed potato and gravvy always taste weird and sloppy? Mash potatoes and gravvy lovers, stay away or you will be sorely disappointed.

I love KFC, but this one is always super busy, and seem to take a longer time for orders than other KFC shops, without warning of the wait. If you're happy to wait 10ish minutes then this is fine, but if you're in a rush, go to another food shop.

It's KFC and there's only two of them in the CBD. They're normally pretty good but the wait time can be a bit excessive depending on how motivated the staff (Kids) are to serve you vs talk to each other.
