Service and quality has come along way from when it first opened. There is also a nice balance on priority between the drive thru and ordering in store. Using the Google maps app to see if it is in a busy period before going helps as you can order on the app and just pick up in store saving time waiting in a full drive thru.

I went to KFC Yamanto a couple weeks ago and was served by a lovely girl, Anissa. I felt extremely welcomed and appreciated a warm smile.

Easy access off main road, plenty parking but drive through traffic can be tight when busy with neighbouring fast food next door. Service can be both fast or slow at differing times.

Food was great however, staff attitudes were somewhat lacking as was the service. Basically was met with bored, can't be bothered but you want food so I have to serve you attitude...our food was plonked on the counter and she walked off... We dined in and I had to go back and ask for serviettes, again met with the to hard look only thing missing from the response to my request was a roll of the eyes... We don't eat KFC that often in point my partner wanted the works burger something we didn't realise KFC don't make anymore.... the response to the request was disdaine and rude... We Won't be back!!

The service and food quality from this KFC was the best I have ever had. We got exactly what we asked for plus the cashier who served us had the best worth ethic attitude I have come across. Who ever the cook is has the respect and knowledge of how to prepare their food. I would certainly drive more than 30 mins to get the quality and service I received tonight. Credit given when credit is most certainly due.

Food was certainly fresh however, like many KFCs the cleanliness of the facility was very ordinary with dirty tables and food on the floor. Tables should be not only cleaned but SANITISED after each use to comply with Covid-19 requirements. It's very disappointing large organisations like KFC aren't leading their industry with Covid-19 precautions.

Delicious. Has to be my favourite fast food restaurant. The staff are dedicated & polite. I always enjoy coming here to buy the family's meal. I always buy extra because it's something that you can get out of the fridge & way cold.

We went there to have hot and spicy 9 0 9 deal, staff clearly mentioned 13 min delay but we had to wait for 15 min, we were not dissapointed but also one of kind staff offered us 1 extra hot wing with sauce and chips. Young boy looked confused but he helped us as needed by providing room tempreature sunkist. And wings were soo good juicy and cripsy. Will definitely visit again and wait was worth it. THANK YOU

Never have i ever taken less then 30 mins to get through the drivethrough. You ALLWAYS wait. Saying this the food is allways great and the staff are awesome. Dont know what the deal is with kfc. They could be the kingpins if they could just get through more orders. Edit: I posted above 12 months ago. Drive through line was 5 mins tonight soooooo that at least is fixed. The food was average. Chicken tastes old and funny. I hope I dont get sick. They have stopped the mega feast. And the alternative is just shy of what i need to feed my family. But at least that was better then 6 months ago when I sat at the order window for 5 mins before someone took my order and then told me they had no chicken. Tbh with all the great spots around I'm wondering how they stay in business. Staff were friendly and polite.

We visited KFC Yamanto as a quick meal. When we approached the counter we greeted immediately by the team member. We requested our meal as dine in and unfortunately there were a few errors with our order. Once we raised these and explained the error they were corrected. The chicken was a little on the greasy side but in all it wasn't too bad. Of the KFC stores near Ipswich this is one of tge better stores.

Staff and food fantastic 👍 but never ordered via Menulog after pre ordering for drop off at 645pm was picked up at 637.. but never to be seen again then after back n forth on phone to Menulog I finally arrange to go get it my self... Sooo restaurant says it's not the first time this has happened... Hmmmm 🤔 Soo beware when getting it delivered via Menulog..

Like most KFC outlets these days. They employ 15 year Olds with no customer service skills. Sure anyone can forget to put napkins on a tray of food, but it takes extreme skill to ignore someone at the counter for 15 minutes trying to get their attention to get some. Maybe KFC can get some lessons from Mc Donald in how to run a fast food franchise!
