Staff are always lovely, food is very fresh and delicious, the premises are always clean (and there's a sink for customers to wash their hands), staff are very careful re: covid - they check everyone has signed in and ask people waiting for take away to wait outside. I feel very safe eating here! Thank you MOS Burger. Just wish you'd bring back the curry chicken burger, it was the best thing you've ever had!

Came in on Monday night just before they closed and service was phenomenal from the Asian man that was on the counter. Even though they were about to close, he made us feel welcome to eat. He also made a small mistake and then went above and beyond to fix it. Burgers taste good and size and portions are great for the price, and that comes from someone who also work at a burger place. We had a really positive experience and highly commend the server on counter tonight. Side note: my partner loved the new drink we were given to trial.

GREAT PLACE! SHOUTOUT TO EMILY THE GOAT! Ordered through menulog, driver took over an hour and a half to get to the restaurant. When we called the store they said they had our order ready and was just waiting on the driver and offered to contact us the driver and get back too us. Emily called us back letting us know the driver had arrived and were remaking our burgers so they were fresh it would only be an extra 5 minute wait. 5 minutes later they called us back saying the driver had walked off and cancelled our delivery. Emily - worker at Mosburger offered to bring our food to us herself even though she only had 10 minutes of her shift left. Great service and Food. Again thanks Emily!!!

Totally delicious burgers and fries, with a wide variety and customised to your taste. They do dumplings there now too. The drinks are refreshing and the service is great! Outdoor seating is quiet and indoors is clean

Been to Moss burger a few times now and Dam, they burgers are great. Also no greese dripping out and taste great, just expensive when compared to MacDonald's. You get what you pay for. I do recommend trying it tho, when you do you will want more😊

Great variety of burgers available but they are a bit hard to eat as the components fall apart easily. Thank goodness there is a sink where you can wash your hands afterwards. Staff were friendly.

This is Japan's number one fast food joint. It's bigger than maccas in Japan. If you look at it from this lens, you won't be disappointed. I had the katsu curry burger. It was pretty good. Chips were ok. Worth a try. 7/10.

The food was good, however I was really impressed by the customer service. I was served by a trainee (James, i think), and he was amazing and had a very positive attitude. Very clear and concise. Great work!!! don't find a lot of fast food chains with good staff. 😊😊

This is my preferred Mos Burger restaurant. We go here a couple of times a year. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Rarely have they made errors with orders. The food is always hot and freshly cooked. The burgers are amazing. They even have a little enclosed area that has aircon so makes staying to eat there a pleasure.

Really good this place has now become a regular stop for us to eat at. The burgers are really well priced but that doesn't take away from the quality at all. They also have really good meal deals for couples or families. One of the best burger joints in Brisbane. Went back again and tried thier new rice bowls and so far I've had 4over a week so good.

Today was the first time we dined at Mos Burger and it was a very pleasant experience. The lovely lady serving us at the counter, think her name badge said Gloria, was very friendly and great at helping us choose which Burger to go for since this was out first time at Mos'. For some reason the chips served to us were cold but when we told them about it, the staff told us that they would do fresh chips for us and in the meantime, without even asking for it, Gloria served us a complimentary ice tea and apologized. We got our hot chips as well after a little while. The burgers were amazing. Would definitely be going back to Mos' Burger for the food and would go back to this one in sunnybank for the wonderful service and the great hospitality of staff.

A great burger chain that has come across from Japan. This one is the original and has been here for awhile. The burgers are made fresh to order - so they do take a bit longer than other takeaway burgers, but they are worth the wait. The patties are juice and the buns are fresh. They have different types of burgers than your usual - with japanese influenced flavours. Absolutely delicious.

I have been going to this particular MosBurger chain since it opened. The quality has been consistently good and the staff are never rude. When compared with its peers (McDonald's, Hungry Jacks etc.) MosBurger tops them all. It is so good in fact that I think it is unfair to place them on the same level as these other fast food chains as unlike them they actually fry their patties instead of microwaving them and their produce they use are of evidently much better quality (e.g gourment brioche buns, butter on their buns, real wagyu beef, fresh vegetables that still maintain their crunch). Furthermore, the smaller staff allows them to be properly trained and easily monitored unlike Mcdonalds. Also the decor of the restaurant and the laid back jazz music in the background really creates a relaxing atmosphere which makes it feel more like a legitimate diner than a fastfood restaurant. I've been to Mosburger in the motherland, Japan, and also Taiwan which I believe has the second most mosburger chains and I'm happy to say the quality although not as good matches up quite nicely. I tried Mos Burger for the 1st time. I went with the Tomali, it was an interesting concept, I have ideas about using their low carb lettuce builds at home now. The burger was small, a little overpriced but it did taste pretty good. Though the sauce was incredibly runny, that and the beef patty was a bit too greasy and fatty made it hard to eat.

Easily in my top 10 favourite fast food burgers. Mountain Ocean Sun Burger is surely one of Japan's greatest exports with their own unique spin on the burger and a fast burger chain. The food is made to order, so you have to wait. However Japanese culinary experiences are worth the wait. My favourites are the standard MOS burger and the Wagyu BLT. The MOS Burger is a Cheeseburger with Bolognese flavoured meat sauce added on the burger. These are my two favorite flavours and having them on a burger is spectacular. To think, this is their standard burger! The patty and presentation is nothing short of Japanese precision. My only comparison would be BK in China which have the Italian Cheeseburger as standard, though not to the standard of MOS. The large tomato, cheddar cheese and bun bring out the best of the flavour with each bite. Now the Wagyu BLT was a special which may not be available all year round. I hope it can be one day. That marbled flavour appeal is a winner everytime. Their combination of sauces was also something that could not be matched at other chains, best described as a spicy ketchup and mustard with mayonnaise. MOS have definitely created their own unique flavours in these two burgers, which is a great reflection of how they stand out in the marketplace. I hope others come to appreciate this take on the humble hamburger and enjoy the experience just like I did. Thanks MOS Burger. I know I would trek over a Mountain, sail through the Ocean and endure the Sun just to grab one of your burgers.

Nothing much to talk about, normal burger joint, imported from Japan, but not innovating their menu after 3 years. What's the point in mincing wagyu beef into a patty? How can you tell it's wagyu and not the usual 80% lean beef/20% fat? Seriously, seems like a desperate design pitch while keeping the menu with a small price bump.
