Discover the place recently and very happy with it! Located on a very busy street next to the Indooroopilly train station. Does not look fancy outside, but internal decoration is great. Food is fantastic! Great burgers and awesome sweet potato chips!!! Tempted to try waffles but was so full. Might give it a try next time. Definitely worth the visit!

Great American diner feel and atmosphere as mentioned by another reviewer. We had the central park burger, new York Yankee hot dog, chilli fries and salted caramel shake. The burger and shake were pretty good. But I was quite disappointed with the chilli fries and hot dog. Maybe I don't know how to appreciate hot dogs, but I thought the sauerkraut was too overpowering. Did not even taste the kransky, cheese and bacon. Chilli fries was a bit bland too, not the usual chilli fries that I've had.

The food was okay - the eggs and bacon were overcooked but I still enjoyed it. Coffee was really good though. It's like coming back in time, with their chill colored upholstery, music from years back and decor. I'm sure I'll be back for more, and I might just request for the cook to go easy on the bacon and eggs. 😂 Cost for a coffee and an all day breakfasts with no buns is around $20.

Really enjoyed dinner with the fam here. Great burgers. The bucket of wings looked like it was fully loaded but thankfully found that half of it is filled with paper. Still had enough to take home. They make mean milkshakes and coffee too. Oh they are also in entertainment book 2017/18 which was a bonus! Will be back.

The food wasn't bad and definitely true to the American diner theme. The music and interior also have a very clear American vibe. There's better burger places in Brisbane though, and the lighting in the interior (at night) is a bit harsh and flickers, which isn't nice. Still, the place has potential and I'd go there again if I was in the neighbourhood and looking for a quick bite to eat.

Great eatery ! Every time I go there , the food is consistent and really good. They have great specials ever so often. Laid back 70’s outback American feel good for any date ! The place will be busting with people if they advertised/marketed it better ! The milk shakes are to die for ! Love love love this place is all I can say !

Good food, great waffles, good chili cheese fries and decent burgers. The chips are the let down in the chili cheese fries but the sauce was great, the chips seeming a bit stale. The burger was well built with great fresh ingredients, the patty was a decent size but was a bit dry however, I'd guess they use a lower fat mince in the patties than elsewhere. Bearing this in mind this was still a great meal, will definitely be back. Also a side note to anyone looking to eat here; if commuting by car, note that you need to park in the Bunnings car park.

The burger I had tasted fantastic - it was a pulled pork burger and I really couldn't have thought of any way to improve it. However, the rest of the dining experience left me feeling a bit flat. The decor was clearly going for a retro look (which is fine) but it was in times of light green that didn't give a sense of fun or grandeur or romance. The music was right out of the 50s but there was nothing to tie it into the rest of the experience other than the fact that it's basically a burger joint with sodas and milkshakes. I think I'd rather go to Betty's burgers for a much more fun experience... The staff are now friendly too.

Please keep this place alive people!! One of the few places in Brisbane with actually good American style food. From milkshakes to hotdogs to waffles, they have all the classics. Pricing isn’t too bad, and the parking under the shopping precinct is very handy. Staff are always friendly and the AC is always pumping. Nothing to complain about, have to recommend!!

Really fantastic American-inspired restaurant. The decor is great, styled after a diner without being tacky. The menu offers burgers, hot dogs, bagels and waffles, all modestly priced. Based on my meal, the burgers and hotdogs are well worth the visit, not too overloaded with toppings and extremely tasty. Definitely going back to try the waffles sometime!

I loved the feel of this place. A great set up. I had a milkshake and chilli fries to start with, which were both quite good but I was disappointed by the mushroom beef burger. The patty was dry and the serving size was frugal given that I paid $13 for it. Nice service, but work on mastering that burger and I'll be back again!

This places serves very artesanal burgers. Grilled to perfection but before that the stuffing is marinated using Buffalo spices. The menu has a great spread of choices. Its not the run-of-the-mill burger shop but a very carefully designed kitchen to reflect the spirit of Buffalo cuisine. They also serve drinks and have seating space.

One of my top cafe's to frequent, the Waffle's are my all time favourite here, unlike many other cafes they make them fresh in store rather than premade reheated ones. The batter is light and fluffy while still being crisp on the outside. My staple choice is the Broadway which comes with whipped cream, berry compote and Maple Syrup. While sounding straight forward, the tartness of the compote and cream really combine quite well with the sweetness of the Waffle and syrup. In comparison the other choices tend to err too much on the sweet side for my tastes. The other top choice would be their Iced Lattes, at only $5 with 3 full shots of strong coffee it's great value and quite large. Admittedly the roast they use may be a tad bitter for some, it can be balanced out with the addition of a syrup to turn it into a sweeter drink. I'd recommend the chocolate cookie or Hershey's syrup, and for a mere 50 cents it's also quite good value. While the above refer to my own typical choices, I have tried most of the other items on the menu. The burgers are quite sizable but not excessive, I'd say comparable in size and quality to grill'd if not a tad smaller but just as tasty. The hot dogs and bagels are also great if that's your thing. Sides are generous in size for the price, a main plus side of fries would be too much food for the average person. Split between two the size is perfect. On that note, the sweet potato fries are my pick of the three. They're battered I believe to give them a crispy exterior while still remaining tender, unlike grill'd which end up like soggy pieces of fried sweet potato. Finally on the note of the venue and service itself. The wait staff are all generally young females every time I've been and they've all had a positive attitude. The place is styled like an old school American diner with the vinyl booths and music, though the age is showing a little in some ways where the seats are torn a little here and there. Still quite pleasant of an environment nevertheless. Overall 5/5, Still a top choice for me and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others.

If you're looking for a good American feed for a decent price, this is the place! Handburgers are amazing, Hot Dogs are amazing, the coffee is even better. Decor and Music is very fitting of an American diner. The staff are friendly and enjoy a chat if it's quiet.
