My family ordered off ubereats tonight, from the Straphine restaurant. We've had Pattys a handful of times now since it's open mid 2021 and have been pretty happy with it most times. Tonight will be the last time we visit/order from here, we paid $11 for the 3 piece chicken kids meal, we received 3 decent sized bits of chicken but a very small serving of chips. My 2 year old son devoured them before I even took a seat to eat my meal. $11 can go a long way for fast food restaurants like a regular meal from Maccas.

Not often we get new burger shops around Strathpine so I was eager to give this newly opened Pattysmiths a go with the little fella today. Got a kids cheeseburger, a Pattysmith double w/ bacon + chips and choc malt oreo thickshake. The shop itself is nice, brightened up compared to the dark lit Nandos that used to be there. Starting off the chips were great, extra crunchy and nice seasoning. The burgers presented a bit off ratio, the patties much smaller then the bun. First few bites were rough as the edges of the patty taken way too far, instead of crispy edges they were burnt and hard. My kid who loves cheeseburgers took 1 bite of his and didn't go back. Further into the burger was better, massive flame grilled flavour mixed in with the cheese and the smoky sauce was delicious. Bacon was overcooked and just made it chewy without any flavour. The oreo thickshake was awesome and good to wash everything down. Not the best first visit, they definitely need to work on getting a nice smash patty. I'll probably go back in a few months and hopefully they are up to scratch.

Experience was positive . Friendly staff and order ready on time . Chips were awesome , burger was good , chicken was cooked to perfection. Only drawbacks which a star is deducted for each . The price point of a meal is way too much for take away burger and chips . $28 roughly for large chips 600ml drink and chicken burger . About $10 too expensive in my opinion for what it is. Secondly the pattys special hotsauce is just not that special , no flavour no spice just nothing couldnt taste it on the spicey chicken burger . All in all a positive experience and good food but dont see myself ordering here again due to the price . A solid 3 stars

Best burgers we have had. Every time we order they are amazing, very well seasoned beef patties, son says best chicken burger he has ever had. Highly recommend and make sure to try the Patty dipping sauce.

Tastes pretty good but you don't know what you will get and any value is no longer there. The burgers have been fairly consistent however I was a fan of the Build your own loaded fries. The first time ordering we got two larger boxes ($14ea), I got one small and one large the second time (both $14ea). I put it down to a small error and tried one more time and was given only one small serve on the third order and still at the same price. $14 for four tiny pieces of chicken and a small handful of chips is ridiculous and unfortunately will no longer be going back as it's simply not worth it. Despite ordering online well in advance of pick up time, you will always have to wait an extra 10 mins to pick up - even on a quiet night

Love having the loaded fries and the crispy chicken pieces! Usually only get that and the Nutella shake but if you’re after a good burger probably not the best choice as the pattys seemed to be always burnt.

Great, hand crafted burgers that actually look and taste like burgers. The ingredients are always fresh, the presentation is enough to get your mouth watering and the flavours don't disappoint. The prices are reasonable and definitely better value than the usual mass-produced burger joints.

Tasty chips and chicken but one of the most confusing, stressful ordering experiences of my life. Luckily I am an understanding person because I can imagine someone else flipping out. The menu screens are incredibly difficult to read because they keep playing ads and changing around which makes it hard to decide what you want. There's also three different menus, and when I ordered I was asked which menu I was ordering from, but the paper menus were missing the item I wanted so I had to wait for the menu to appear back onscreen to know which one. Then I had to say whether I wanted seasoning, which cut of chicken, which kind of chips, which sauce--the sauces also weren't listed on the menu. Then I had to wait 30 minutes and two people who ordered in store after me received their food first. I did receive extra chicken which was appreciated. I'll probably go back because the menu is large and enticing, but God it was a lot to deal with.

Great American style burger place, sharing its premises with a Korean chicken vendor called "Supreme Leader", so has you covered for both burgers and wings. I quite like the Swiss burger, with swiss cheese, mushrooms and truffle mayo.

Only sampled once - must say pretty good. Although I usually wouldn’t pay $18 for a burger on Ubereats, I don’t regret it. Looking forward to sampling other items Please consider adding pickles to the crispy chicken burger, it would make it A+!

Unsure why some reviews have been average. I called ahead and ordered so I could collect hot, chips were some of the best I've ever had, and the burger was incredible... wprth the extra $ and the mainstream burger takeaway nearby is no comparison.

Our eldest daughter purchased burgers and loaded fries for us as a treat. Was not sure at first but these burgers were very nice indeed. As for the loaded fries, very indulgent. Give this place a try, well worth the little extra cost :)

I ordered lunch from here on UberEats and it was amazing! 100% recommend this place if you're looking for a proper American-style burger with smash patties. The chips are delicious too! Any complaints for this place are from either: People who don't know what a smash burger is (max patty surface area for most flavour) and think that their burger is burnt - it is not burnt. People that order delivery from far away and somehow expect their food to magically stay hot?? Thanks Pattysmiths for a great work lunch :)

Ordered a burger, loaded chips (cheese, bacon & shallots) and a choc Oreo malt shake. Burger was as described on menu however chips were plain (no toppings at all!) And the shake tasted like milk in a cup topped with a sprinkle of Oreo crumb. No hint of flavour in the actual shake. Very disappointing first experience, doubt I'll return

Absolutely delicious burgers. It’s the greasy American style burger I’ve been craving for months but could never find. Chicken burgers are as good as the beef. Chips are good, I’ve had better loaded fries but I’m really here for the burgers.

Incredible burgers. Ive eaten alot of burgers in my time, and this dominates most premium burger joints (with the exception of charboys). Worth every dollar. Standard price for premium burgers. Loaded fries were great. And they serve Alabama chicken wings also! I will definitely be a regular. 🤙 I would travel 20km to get this burg!

Soooo good to have a delicious burger joint in Strathpine! The bbq sauce on the Pattysmith double w/bacon was absolutely delicious with the rest of the burger. The loaded fries were incredible and the onion rings were on point 👌🏻 I will definitely be coming back!
