I personally think this kfc is underrated im not sure if it's because it's in a central location but the food is always fresh and piping hot. Meals are very rarely messed up or they very rarely make mistakes. My go to kfc.

Fathers Day...special treat. Stacker burger combo. Hubby happy with burger. Chips as cold as the sunkist. 3 piece regular combo. Chicken old and cold. Chips cold. Bread roll...old. And to top it off....didn’t get my coleslaw, which I paid for. Don’t go there ofte..will be very less often from now on.😢

Service is consistently average and staff as a general rule are nice and get the job done. Product is very hit and miss. Sometimes its good (for KFC) and sometimes its cold, old, and kinda gross. Or my least fav, chewy cold popcorn chicken. However I did not appreciate my food basically being thrown out the window to me and then the window slammed in my face before I could ask for a napkin. Staff from about 8.30pm onward need to step up their game.

Drive-thru is pretty darn quick, you're driving away with your food 30 seconds after you order. All depends on time of day though, I've given up after seeing some big queues. The food? Well, it's KFC. Means different things to different people.

I don't normally have KFC (or Kentucky Fried Chicken as it is to be called again). I first had KFC in St Mary's NSW in the early 80s and it has changed a lot. Today I had a Zinger burger box, it cost about $15 but filled me up and I enjoyed every mouthful. The store location is a little dated and cold, but the staff were friendly and quick. Carpark was dark and scary when I was there, so not advisable at night time.

This is the smallest KFC I have ever seen and I go to a lot of KFCs. I don't care about the size though because it's the food and service that matters. While we're on that point, the service here is not the standard service I experience at most other KFCs and the management seem to be part of the problem. Whether its waiting a while to be served because they only feel that one register is necessary during lunch hour or because someone in the back forgot to put an item in your meal, there's problems and they need to be fixed. Unfortunately it's in a location where you either buy KFC there or you go out of your way to get to another one. Someone needs to audit this store because they're not maintaining the Colonels traditions (rest his soul).

Got taken here by some friends to have a go at KFC in Australia. Well, at the end of the day it is still KFC but it just doesn't compare to what a KFC is like in the USA. At the end of the day it was good and well priced and clean.

When I pull up to order I'm always really nice to the staff member taking my order, funnily enough I then receive good service and they never forget anything from my order. 😃 I often hear those in front of me being short or even rude with the staff, surely they don't expect the same level of service. There's a lesson there somewhere...

Cramped store. Foods ok. At lunch the line is out the door, a few people turned away to go somewhere else. It seats maybe 30people max. But once there is ten people spread out in there, realistically there is nowhere to sit to eat.

The cleanliness of the property could be improved. Bins seem to be full every time I visit, and the area around the drive through window was revolting last time I was there, food spilt all over the ground and up the wall - didn't do much for the appetite. The workers seem friendly enough, but some proactive cleaning would greatly improve the place.
