First time trying Pattysmiths. We had: * Pattysmith burger * Cheeseburger combo (burger, fries, drink) * Loaded fries Roughly costing around $58-60 My partner pre-ordered around 4:30, and delivery was super fast, arriving earlier than expected. Food was nicely packaged and no spillage, which made it easy to eat. I would’ve liked more seasoning in the patty and it was just a bit over cooked. Having said that, it was still delicious! For me, the portion was just right. I liked the pattysmith burger over the cheeseburger as it has a bit more crunch/balance from the added veggies, which helped cut through some of the grease from the burger. But the loaded fries was the star of the night for me, it was so crispy and tasted like it came straight out of the fryer. It was still hot when it arrived. A good cheese-bacon-fries ratio (though you may not see that in the picture), in my opinion. Not too greasy and a great side to share with others. I probably wouldn’t be able to have one by myself. So if you’re craving for a burger next time, give Pattysmiths a go.

Excellent food. Delivered with good food temperature. I hope to see same results next time. We ordered Spicy Chicken burger and Plant based patty with cheddar with onion rings n fries. Onion rings 5 star for sure ***Though one major concern !!! The restaurant floor is very very slippery. You may just skate yourself to the car parking!

It was me and my family's first time ordering here, we got delivery, and when the food ordered it smelt amazing, we ate, and the burgers were so yummy! The chicken was fresh, everything was well cooked, good and fast service, everything was so good. I've never had food this yummy for a long time :)

Great costumer service, best burger I’ve had, wings were perfectly cooked, short wait time on meal and just excellent all round. The only thing we would change is on the loaded cheese and bacon chips it could use more cheese.

Finally a terrific burger place in Belconnen! Delivered on time and fresh. We ordered the classic patty smith, spicy chicken burger and spicy double beef burger meals. The shakes were also quite good. We will definitely be ordering again, highly recommend.

Burgers good, very similar to Betty's Burgers. Service average, not rude but just slow and unprofessional, like people that had wandered in to a work place and started working without much training. The server didn't know if they had desserts or not and then read the on screen menu with me to work it out. The milkshake came out after I finished my burger. The vibe is just eat and run which is a shame as its in a nice setting by the water. When we visited there were a large number of drinks in boxes filling one side of the room which looked to be the permanent storage area. Weird ad burgers great so missed opportunity. Gripe with the milkshakes as well which just taste like fish and chip shop milkshakes, even though they are thicker. They lack the chocolate taste of a real American milkshake. If its all about burgers for you then give it a go, but don't take a date.

Everything you could ask for. I had a tiny issue with my burger that was delivered. I called the store and asked nicely if there was any way they could help out. After they had a discussion about the best thing to do, they chose to help me out and delivered my order personally. I'm gonna go out of my way to recommend this place to people because the food was outstanding even after being delivered. You can really tell by the food alone that these people aren't simple 9 to 5 people. They want to go out of their way to impress.

The burger is great, the chips are crispy crunchy and dry, onion rings are great... Once I got there to pick-up it wasn't ready (no worries)... so I was waiting and I saw the bloke behind the counter slamming everything that would pass on his hands... Burger in the box? Slam... Boxes in the bag? Slam, slam, slam... "you can grab your drink on your way out", and the one I ordered was not available in 2lt... So I got a 600ml instead and left, to avoid any more slamming... 😅

The burgers were awesome I got Spicy double beef and the others got a Mac & Cheese which we gave 5 stars as well as the wings sauce to get would be signature Mayo & cheese. We got Nutella and strawberry white chocolate thick shake that was Tasty nothing over the moon Our onion rings were disgusting covered in batter and very oily hence the 4 start would be 3.5 but could not give that. 🤙🏽🤙🏽

Great food, friendly staff, nice view, there's really nothing more I could ask for. Had the Double spicy burger and it was amazing. Wait times were good too although don't expect fast food levels of fast for the high attention to detail they give. Would definitely come again!
