Expensive Overall a nice experience and nice for a burger joint trying to hit that Americana Burger awesomeness. Doesn't quite get there but food was still enjoyable Very salty, they gave us the wrong fries (we ordered sweet potato fries and got normal)

Had dinner here and tried a variety of burgers and snacks. The quality of the food is not bad and prices are ok. My burger bun was slightly cold. The main issue was the restaurant floors were very greasy and slippery, a potential oh&s issue. The overall experience felt like a slightly upgraded fast food joint.

Good feed. Got a pattysmiths double W/bacon, was actually quite decent but not something I'd go back specifically for. Chicken bacon just seemed like normal bacon. The onion rings were really good. Lastly had a caramel shake and it was average.

My god is the food amazing here! Its all halal too! The beef burgers are so good and the chicken is so good!! Everything is so fresh, and the the crew seem cheerful all the time. The music is so good at the store and owner takes time to go around to tables and ask how the food is. Definitely a go-to place!

Pretty dissappointed with my order because I only got like a teaspoon of coldslaw (I got the spicy chicken burger). The photo looks like you get much more. Otherwise though, a pretty damn good burger. I understand it was a Friday night delivery order so it was pretty busy, but still, I would probably order at a time when you know they're not going to be too busy too avoid things like this.

Definitely deserves the title of Canberra's best burger, beating, dare I say it, Brodburger and Grease Monkey. Pictured is a special order chicken burger with cheese, tomato, lettuce and hot sauce, served with a side of the crispiest fries I have ever had (they even threw in a little extra for me). OMG, just amazing. The skin of the chicken has just the perfect amount of spice and was juicy and flavoursome. Service from the friendly staff was easy and prompt. Will be making the place a regular destination from now on.

We ordered a simple 4 burgers and 6 chicken wings along with 2 large chips a total of $84.00 one sauce was almost $3.00 each a bit pricy. The fried chicken burger tasted a bit different from what I have had. American cuisine probably just doesn't suit me.

As we look for halal to eat, Pattysmiths is another name on our list. We ordered original pathysmiths burger, spicy chicken burger and loaded chips. Burgers tastes really great but in terms size, its big. Loaded chips I would give 3 in ratings. Most importantly, what I look in a restaurant is the customer service. And the boys over there were fantastic.

Delicious food. You pay a bit more than the big common chain burger shops but Pattysmiths more than challenge that perspective with the favour they pack into each Burger. Not to mention that these bad boys actually fill you up. Don't forget to match it with a Nuttella thick shake!

We love all their burgers except I have requested an egg on my Swiss burger and they don’t have eggs which I think would taste better if you guys did. We are in quarantine with covid and used DoorDash and they brought us the complete incorrect order so I called up Phillip as belco wasn’t answering and told them what happened nearly immediately after hanging up the owner of belco and Dickson rang us and not only did we get a refund from DoorDash the owner also gave us a $40 credit best customer service

Ordered 4 burgers for the family as well as chips and chicken. Hands down the best burgers we've had and the chips were amazing. All the sauces we got (Portuguese smokehouse and Smoky Mayo) worked well with the chicken also. Definitely worth the price and will come back again!!

A long overdue review! We came here not long after Pattysmiths Dickson opened. The staff were enthusiastic and friendly and the food was well-prepared and tasty. We had burgers, sweet potato fries and a couple of us also had thickshakes. The burgers were cooked just right, the sweet potato fries were moreish, gone very quickly, and the thickshakes were enjoyed by those who had them. We left feeling satisfied and well-fed. It was quiet when we came in and ordered, so the staff were happy to chat with us while we waited for our order, and the owner(?) afterwards asked if there was anything they could improve on. It's obvious they take a lot of pride in what they're doing. If you have a big appetite, you may find the burgers a little on the small side (more room for sides), but if you find some of the larger offerings around Canberra too daunting, this may be just right for you. Definitely worth a visit.

Great Chicken Burgers, perfectly crispy and tasty. They serve both sweet potato and regular potato fries, always nice to see sweet potato as an option. Their regular potato fries are excellent through, thick cut and crunch, clearly the best kind. I dont think you can really go wrong here. Only downside, and why I am giving them 4 stars instead of 5, is that their menu is a bit hard to read. They offer fried checken but it is mostly on another menu, not listed on their website besides a 4 peice listing. this other menu has completely different branding like its attempting to be one of the "sub" stored in a store. Basically everytime I am there i feel like i am spending way too long just looking at the menu attmepting to fgure it out.

So surprised to see bad reviews... Today was my third visit and like always, the food was delicious. I'm really picky with my chicken but the alabama wings chicken tenders are to die for. The staff are so nice and always have a smile on their face.
