Good burgers and chips, it has that old school corner fish and chip shop vibe to the food.

Flake was good. Chips ok. Potato cake, made in house - crunchy on the outside fluffy on the inside. Vegie burger, premade patties but good Business has just changed hands.

Their burgers were almost everything you'd expect in a hamburger (what? No beetroot?!?). Quite yummy though. Their potato cakes were very good and in good size. My partner had grilled fish. She said it was cooked to her liking. I'd certainly go back for another burger.

We had the hot chips and gravy and they were delicious! Reminded us of when we were kids back in 1997 getting hot chips and Gravy after school. Why don't they make gravy like that anymore in the city?? Will definitely go back when we are in town again.

Great place to enjoy a bite to eat after a hot day spent on Lake Nagambie. Food is OK. Make sure you speak clear when ordering. You ask for NO eggs in the burgers, you get eggs. You ask for NO pineapples you get pineapples. You ask for 3 hot dogs in batter, you only get two 🙄 I been there quite a few times on a day over 30° and it’s really hot inside the restaurant. More than once I had to ask the owner to turn on the A/C for the comfort of their guests but by the time they turn it on and the A/C even starts to do anything we’ve finished our meals and back on the road.

Easy access, right on the main road. The burger is fantastic, the fish and chips? Fish is so firm when you picked it up and doesn't felt apart unliker other fish and chips shop. Chips is so crunchy.
