Been here a handful of times and it's been good on all visits thus far. The burgers are juicy and flavourful with a wide range of options for burgers. The fries are not too bad either. SOME of the staff could probably use some customer service training. Otherwise, not too bad.

I always wanted to be here. I never got the chance. With my boys, we went there for a quick fix. The burgers were delicious. Buns are extra soft for the stuffing inside. Once you grab it, you can feel the ingredients inside. I had the Portuguese chicken burger. It wasn’t that chilly. I will come again to try their other burgers.

One of the best burger joints in Melbourne. My go to burger is the Aussie with a tasty and juicy burger patty plus pineapple & beetroot. I can’t go passed the waffle fries, I’m surprised every burger place hasn’t copied. The waffle fries are next level. Great service & vibe and love the deco. I’ll definitely visit here again soon.

#Burgers are better at Burger Basement located in Pascoe vale ordered: Chicken Portuguese flame and Chicken Schnitz Burger.. portuguese flame was really saucy n full of flavours. base was filled with jalapenos grill onions and peri peri mayo with nice succulent chicken in the.middle topped with cheese and more sauces... each bite was full of flavours. Scnitz was for my neice so i have no idea how it was but she loved it. 10/10 customer service very friendly staff. ambience was really good anf ofcourse burgers are highly recommended

This place is a hidden gem. The burgers here are spectacular. I have tried the burning beef and the basement but would highly recommend the The tower and potato gems. Pricing is slightly high but quality is also well maintained. The restaurant closes very early which is a major drawback.

Love burgers very tasty but what made me give 3 star is that they misleading when comes customer's requirement like they got certificate says halal but yet there is Rashers in some burgers like double stack which is part of pork belly. I don't mind and don't care if normal meat not halal am not fussy but cannot have part of pig product and misleading customer's also you got many other muslim customers coming to your store thinking having pork product handled in the kitchen when shouldn't be there because you call certified halal meats.

I had burger basement first time last week. I was amazed by the quantity of the meal and the burger was extremely juicy and filling. So if someone wants to try out the beef double stacker burger it is highly recommended.

My partner and I went to Burger Basement last night to meet some friends for dinner . We ate a Kentucky chicken burger, loaded waffle fries, a lemon and herb chicken wrap, and chicken nuggets, and some onion rings. And yes we were definitely sharing haha My Kentucky chicken burger was delicious, the chicken was well cooked, the coleslaw was fresh and it was a really good burger. I had a chocolate milkshake which was cold and tasty. The loaded waffle fries were really good but for me personally I think I like them plain as they are more crunchy. The chicken nuggets were really tasty, crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. Yummo lol. I tried the lemon and herb chicken wrap and this was delicious. The filling was fresh, the chicken hot and it had a nice sauce. Overall this was a solid experience and this place is definitely worth a visit if your in the area.

Well presented burger friendly staff and nice fitout. Burger was good but missing the "x" factor. If I had to make a suggestion. For the customer: Remove the chutney from the double stack. It's a bit sweet and takes away from the burgers otherwise good taste For the chef : Salt the Patty and have the grill hotter for a better Patty crust. Also unless you are making real onion rings take them off the menu they cheapen your offerings. Cheese was good as was " the basement sauce" which I assume is their take on big Mac sauce. Also the bun was cold despite being grilled so maybe store the buns in a room temp area or heat them a little more.

The only good thing about the place is the good yummy food. Their burgers are really good. BUT their staff is super UNfriendly.. they are not professional and they have attitude! It is not from just one visit..i live near by and i went there 4 or 5 times so far.. everytime i go back i think maybe it is because they are busy! But no! They are not friendly! Also, the food takes around 30-40mins to be ready which is a looooong time for just a burger and fries!

Really needs a better vegetarian option! The only vegetarian burger is an old school bubble-and-squeak potato patty. A mushroom, or haloumi, or fake-meat burger would make us regular customers. There are loads of amazing meat options. Quality burgers, great sides, but lets down the vegetarians.

A very good place to enjoy a tasty burger. From my experience with the place so far, the do serve the best burgers in the area. And the staff just go over and Beyond in serving customers, from a recent bad experience with a food delivery serivce company, they failed in delivering my order in time, the staff waited for someone to pick up the order which eventually did not show up and the staff then deliver my order personally to my place free of charge, I don’t think many restaurants would do the same. I love their Portuguese flame burger.

This place is *not* really that expensive as others have claimed. Simply search for burger restaurants or cafés in the region and you will see the difference. If anything at all, they are very reasonably priced and I hope they stay like that, keeping the quality high. The burgers are really delicious and well cooked. Patties are juicy and scrumptious. Their basement sauce is definitely popular with the crowd. The chips are also very well cooked and crispy all the way. Perhaps the only thing that I didn't like was that they charge for the sauce. This should be free and something that other restaurants should also do.

Halal burgers. Freshly made, large portion and with additions like beef rashers making them very tasty and filling. Plus other non-burger options, like grilled salads are lighter but still very satisfying. Also the place is very cozy, welcoming and popular by the number of walk ins and delivery orders. This place would burst in popularity in the CBD and elsewhere as in my opinion it could beat joints like Grill'd.

Nice few options of burgers and decent quality ingredients from buns, cheese, sauces etc yet to try the chicken burgers but the beef patties are of very cheap low processed quality and if you're after bacon you won't have any luck here although they do have beef rashers which are a good substitute. Still all in all, they taste good so would eat again.

I have mixed opinions about this place. I’ve eaten here 4 times so far with 2 being amazing and 2 being huge let downs. Also both times there were good the only thing I ate was the Flamed chicken burger with a gluten free bun which was excellent. I tried their chicken salad once which seemed to be covered in maya or some other creamy sauce making the veggies soggy. Another time they served up burnt chicken strips with so seasoning which honestly shouldn’t have even been brought to the table looking like that. Consistency seems to be an issue with them. But they’re literally down the road and halal so I might be back for the burger.

This is my favourite burger place since it opened (and not just because it is the closest). Initial burger wasn't great the first week they opened, but I feel that was the initial opening settling-in. Everything has been great since then. I recommend the Kentucky Special if you like chicken burgers. Their veggie burger is actually really really nice - unlike a lot of meat alternative patties you get sometimes - so I also recommend the Celtic (I always add a little beetroot because everything is better with beetroot). They have heaps of different chip dips and sauces, possibly too many for those of us who can't make decisions 😋 Also.. I don't know what they do to their potato gems but I don't even bother with the standard chips anymore, love them. (I'll have to add a photo next time I go.. I only went last night and I'm trying to be good and keep it to once a week)

Burger Basement is slinging delicious halal burger to the good people of Pascoe Vale, and how lucky are they. With an extensive range of burgers, sides, and also wraps for the health conscious, there's something for everyone here. I shared the Lambo Burger with my partner and this was yummy as. The lamb patty was juicy, and oozing bold meaty flavours. The grilled onion added a touch of caramelised sweetness, which balance out the slight kick from the sriracha, and the mellow tzatziki sauce brought out the beautiful flavours of the lamb patty. The lemon and herb chicken wrap that my partner stole a bite from was reported to be full of fresh and light flavours. A healthy alternative when you're not after burgers, but still want to eat at a burger joint. Tim.E enjoyed his Kentucky Special burger, and we all shared some chicken nuggets, peri peri cheese waffle fries and onion rings. The chicken nuggets were a crowd favourite, bringing back a wave of nostalgia eating nuggets as a kid. The waffle fries were smothered in gooey peri peri cheese, hence less crunchy than if ordered plain, but it was undeniably moreish. Casual and friendly vibes all around, and we had a lovely meal here.

Great burgers jamed packed. I always order the Veterian Celtic with extra Jellopenos its a gigantic vegetable patty with loads of coleslaw and taste. Very satisfying burger. Just make sure they wight on top of box which burger is which, it saves a lot of time checking each burger.
