Excellent!! Have been here twice, so haven't tried all their options. But what we've tried so far is excellent. Nearest competitor is st burgs. Both are fairly similar in terms of quality. Overall I'm currently thinking burger road is ever so slightly better value as they give slightly more for the price.looking forward to trying one of their crazy shakes.

A good burger place, quick, clean, the burgers are tasty and aren't sloppy. The staff are always friendly and attentive, follows up midway to check in on our meals and see if we were ok. It's always a bonus when you can catch a bball game on screen when having their burgers Their menu has a variety of choices, including monster milkshakes. It's not the first time we've been here. We definitely enjoy their burgers

I don’t think I’ve left a food review ever. This is my first 😂 Been going here ever since they opened in Burnside. The fire extinguisher is amazing and the lemon pepper wings too! Honestly, all the burgers are great! Staff are also always accomodating. I love that there’s a more than decent burger place in the area.

Burger Road in Burnside 3023 - I give the service a 5 star as customers are made to feel they are important from the time you enter the restaurant. I ordered the Glazed and Fried - Waffle with Chicken and Sweet Potato Fries. This is my second time to order the Glazed and Fried and I always enjoyed their waffle and the crispy skin chicken. I just wish they added a dressing like chipotle for the chicken aside from the maple syrup accompaniment. I love that it has vanilla ice cream on the side though. What is disappointing is the Sweet Potato - it was soft and not crispy at all. I will come back but not for the sweet potato.

Ordered through DoorDash and the burgers were heavy, but yum. Everything was juicy and sauces were very lathered on, sides were fresh. Just unfortunate that their thin matcha milkshake was terrible. All the sips were just milk even after mixing and the colour was so pale. Couldn’t taste any matcha, and had to throw it out. ☹️ wouldn’t be as upset but $10 for just a teaspoon of matcha shaken with milk wasn’t worth it.

We ordered their Beyond Cheese and Beyond Hot'ness vegan burgers and small fries via UberEats. I'd given up on vegan burgers because they tended to be oily and not very tasty, but decided to try these when I saw they were made with Beyond Meat patties. And it was a great decision. The burgers were delicious, not oily like typical vegan burgers, and hit the spot! The fries were also really good, and were crispy even though we had gotten it through UberEats delivery. I was surprised that they were not like the soggy sad fries we usually end up with. I highly recomment Burger Road Burnside if you're looking to satisfy a yummy vegan burger craving.

Sometimes it's not just about the food. I was really happy with the customer service. Usually closes at 9pm, but yesterday because of us they closed at 9:15. May seem like not a big deal but it's things like this that makes a big difference. The whole time the staff were really nice. The manager was very friendly too. About the food: I ordered Detour to Mexico burger. I really liked it. It felt a bit cold, wish it was warmer. But tasted really good. I'll definitely go here again.

Best onion rings I have ever had! The burger and wings were tasty, too, but I couldn't finish the burger, because I can't eat too much meat. Haven't tried the milk shakes, but I would like to. This has to be one of the best burgers I've ever had the privilege of eating. I was expecting 1 slice of Haloumi Cheese on my burger. I was pleasantly surprised to find 3. The onion rings are divine. The Cheesy Bacon Fries were simply stunning. My dining companions had the Naughty Shelia and the Traffic Jam Burgers. They were also stunned with the quality of the food. We plan to camp outside the store, just so we can experience more of this amazing food.

The buns are not soggy, fat patties cooked just right and juicy. The taste, I cannot explain. Flavoursome!!! I ordered the Sheriff's Burger and I would recommend it to anyone. We also had Moo'yacious and Station. Their potato and sweet potato chips were nice and crunchy too. Yes definitely recommend and will be ordering in near future. 6/5 thumbs up for me.

I came here 3 days ago with my brother and we absolutely enjoyed it. He is a very fussy eater so trying to find food joins is very difficult. It didn’t take very long to prepare either especially for the quality and they were able to cater according to people’s needs. Nothing was done poorly by the staff. It was so amazing to see so many young workers on top of everything. The crew were very approachable and very welcoming. They were also very friendly with customers and to each other while still keeping it very professional. Probably one of the best places we have been to in a very very long time.
