Look, if you're looking for one of the top burgers around, this is your place. I tried Lava and it was awesome. By the time I finished I wished I got myself another one. Friendly staff and a nice cosy sitting area. Can't wait to go back and try other burgers. Keep up the good work!

Came here on the recommendation of a friend, did not disappoint. Great burgers, good value, good venue with some outdoor seating for summer nights and good service. They are also open til late at night, which is great for myself and friends. The Chicken Mac burger is delicious. Will definitely be back with friends.

I've seen the Burgies stores for the past 3 years and decided finally to try one. They're a little on the expensive side but good for a treat. The staff were very high spirited which is surprising to see in a fast food outlet. Everything about the meal was surprisingly nice. One of the best burgers I've ever had and I was impressed by the flavour in the bread. Even the lettuce seemed to be premium quality with much more flavour than the other burger places. Plus the chips were nice too. Overall, I couldn't fault anything about the staff, food, or establishment. The only thing that would limit me having these more often is the price.

Pretty decent burger joint but a few points to improve. Their burgers obviously have fresh ingredients but lack mouth feel and texture. You need slaw in a chicken burger for that crunch, or additional lettuce to give your beef burgers some texture, or at the very least toast your buns a bit more to protect it from the liquid. I think it's personal preference but to me, I find the burgers a bit mushy so I wouldn't recommend it to others. However if you like a soft burger without too much texture then it might be perfect for you. :)

I ordered the Biggie, along with a large coke, large chips and BBQ Chicken Ribs. My first thought was a great sounding name, it could go national... The burger was tasty, the bun was great... but expensive. The large chips I ordered were so small, even a kid would complain, the large chips were slightly bigger than a small ships you'd get from Hungry Jacks. The Chicken Ribs were fine but too small, not enough chicken, although the BBQ sauce was great... and for the portion you get, they're quite expensive. Lastly, the coke doesn't taste like Coca Cola.

Overall customer service was great, the chips are decent and nicely seasoned. I ordered two burgers and some ribs as well that unfortunately brought the order down. The ribs are quite small and the texture is not quite right. The burgers lacked flavour. The waffle chips do seem cool.

This little food stop blew me away! I absolutely enjoyed all the fresh flavours that danced perfectly on the pallet. The place is small but I guarantee that it provides everything you could ask for at reasonably low prices and the food was made faster than a fast food chain! Great burgers, I had the satay chicken burger and it was great, lots of sauce and a good size and chicken was cooked well. The chips were amazing but the large chips size that my friend got did not look any bigger in size compared to my regular. Also interesting Lemonade flavours like Portello in a cup with ice was a nice touch. I'd definitely come back again. Plus they have motorcycle meets here and car meet across the road which is cool.

Overpriced. Undercooked. Horrible. EDIT: The fries were undercooked. The Burger menu does not show all ingredients which makes it hard to choose. Perhaps try to improve on that? The owner replied with a genuine feedback so I have bumped up the stars from one to three.

I’m usually very undecisive but this one worker named marwa was very patient with me and she took great care of me in deciding what I should get and her recommendation was BRILLIANT. A must burger place for you and your mates or work mates or even family to stop in and have a taste.. i highly suggest the wafflefries with all the extras.....!!! I opted for the OG burger and i added an egg, it was super delicious.. so fresh and so tasty.. If youve ever driven past and thought "hhmm i might pop in one day"?!?! I say please do!!! Friendly hospitality fast and easy service.. also you can eat inside i chose outside because its summer and oh so beautiful weather.. So ill be definitely be going back and trying the other burgers. Oh i also forgot, you've got a choice of Angus or capsicum beef patties. And a selection of different buns for your oh so yummy burger.. Wow, Burgies is going from strength to strength across Melbourne! As a dedicated regular, I always enjoy taking the family to Burgies in Campbellfield, and never once have the family objected to the drive out there from Caroline Springs. Well now that there is a Burgies serving the same great hand made burgers and legendary shakes (and let's not forget those awesome cheesy waffle fries with jalapenos), in Hoppers Crossing, my next review may very well be for a gym membership!!!! Sorry, Hungry Jacks. I’m a vegetarian on a budget and the vegetarian burgers at Burgies are so much better than any I’ve tried, I’ll be coming back here as often as I can find a good excuse to! I’ve tried the veggie and felafel burgers, with regular and sourdough buns, they were tasty and filling. The shakes are also huge and filling and delicious. My family have tried the beef and Angus varieties and they loved theirs too and wanted to go back the next day. I look forward to trying some other sides from the menu. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, an absolute bonus to the whole experience. Great that they are open late too. So glad we finally tried out Burgies when we had our last “which take away for dinner” dilemma.

Must try the chicken burger, really good but, Waffle Cheese Fries is the winner out of all the menu. The seating arrangement is really good, with plenty of indoor and outdoor option, depending on the weather. Staff is friendly and cooperative, helped a lot with choosing the menu. The venue itself it’s great. Plenty of parking off the busy service lane and Main Street, great outdoor seating on timber benches and also seating available indoors. No table service available you do have to go up to the counter to collect your food. The girl that served us was so friendly and really helped explain the menu for first time diners. The food itself isn’t anything to rave about. Plenty of other burger venues with much better food around however it was still nice. The burgers did however remind us of something you would just cook yourself on the bbq at home and we did order a beef burger but it tasted much more like lamb. Possibly a bad day in the kitchen as it was busy but unfortunately we won’t be making a trip back.

Best place for burgers and shakes! 🍔🥤My favourite is the flaming burgie and the Ferrero Rocher shake (OBSESSED since day 1). This is my 2 year old’s favourite place to eat because of the indoor playground. Got to love having time to relax and eat while the little one is occupied and having fun! Thanks for the response happy to share my experience. The service was great, no issues there. Two reasons for the 3 star rating: 1. The seating area was quite sticky and tables were not wiped properly. 2. I ordered the OG burger with fries (visited on Friday 14 May around 1pm) but the fries were half filled and the burger was dry and the sauce was not the best in terms of flavour.

Service was very friendly and fast enough. Spot is great. I had the Truffle Angus and the truffle sauce was just not what I was hoping for, weak truffle flavour and not a good combo with the Swiss cheese... (IMHO either go with the truffle or Swiss cheese... ) and I did not noticed that there was no lettuce or anything else with this burger so it felt fatty and doughy ... Might just be me, maybe I will try another burger next time and see how that goes.

Late night snack. Got Nutella filled(4/5 points), custard filled ( 3 out of 5 points) and cinnamon donuts(4/5 points) with a hot chocolate and ferrero shake which was on point with taste! Donuts were fresh and crisps, personally I like sweeter deserts but these were nice. Sat inside which was a nice vibe, good music too! There's a little play area for children.

Crispy deep fried goodness surrounded by sticky marshmallow (and other goodies depending on what you choose) between two soft buns. The fries are really good too! Pro tip, if ordering for the waffle fries take away get cheese on the side because they will be soggy once you get home. Sounds like common sense but I was too excited!

Burger buns were soggy due to the amount of filling and the meat pattie considering the cost of the burger was small. As far as burgers go, a group of us had them, they were fine but did not meet expectations in terms of flavours compared to other local burger joints of similar cost. Sadly did not find the fridge with other condiments until we left as it wasn't labelled. The chips were fantastic though!

Quick and friendly service. Burgers are good sized and flavoursome but both we had did have way to much sauce on them making parts of the Bun Soggy. Waffle fries and 3 Cheese Sauce is delicious. Only downfall in our eyes was Postmix Softdrink was very sweet considering we asked for a Coke No Sugar or Zero Option. The kids play area is great, nice and clean and there wasn’t balls scattered everywhere. Only suggestion would be on the colder days turn the heater on in there, the wall unit wasn’t on and we couldn’t see a remote anywhere to turn it on ourselves.

Second time visiting here. Milkshakes are very good but the burgers need a bit of work.. More a fish and chip shop style burger with a fried egg and onions rather than a burger you can expect from other leading burger places in Melbourne. Also $2 for a brioche bun is a bit rich... Brioche buns/milk based buns should be standard. I also wish the burgers had an amazing signature sauce. Waffle chips were good with cheese sauce. Further option of onion rings would be good too along with Mac and cheese croquettes.

For the prices and minimum of $36, have to be judgemental on the food. The wraps are more a side, just a bit larger than KFC or Maccas, go for a normal turkish kebab for a dinner. The Waffle Fries is some of the good stuff, it comes in the same wraps box, but are cooked well and seasoned light enough. The thickshakes are heavy how they should be, and the brulee is on point for flavor. If you want dinner & leftovers, dont go here; If you want something you can't typically cook, go here.

We went for lunch on cup day as we'd never been but heard good things, Burgies did not disappoint. The menu is pretty large for a takeaway venue and it took us some time to decide what we wanted (there is a lot of delicious options). I had the Grand Angus Cheese Burgie, husband had The Lava and we shared a Waffle Cheese Fries with all the toppings. Both burgies were delicious and well made. The waffle fries was also really yummy, but maybe had too much topping for the amount of fries. We also had a Caramel Biscotti shake... Yum! It was crumbly on top with creamy caramel pockets of goodness. They also have Dr Donuts on site which offers good coffee and fresh made brioche donuts. Basically a complete meal, including dessert is offered here. Staff are lovely and happy to recommend options.

Absolutely love coming here. Service is always with a smile and nothing is a problem. The in house patties are fantastic, I just wish they would either sell me the recipe or sell me some patties I can cook at home.

Our favourite place to eat from since opening. Burgers are amazing and the flavouring on the chips kill you slowly. No point in getting a small if your just gonna eat your fingers off. Phoning ahead will make it faster for you to eat. We always get the OG in sourdough and The lava on a seeded bun.

Overall enjoyed my experience and happy to support a local halal business. But I have admit a few things; 1. The wait outside to order is atrocious, having gone for first time I was in a business shirt and had to wait almost 20mins in line and it was windy and just started to rain, suffice to say it wasnt a good start. At the very least put some shelter/cover up or better yet allow for table ordering. 2. The Buns are very coles like, I know you can upgrade but I really think you shouldn't have to. I think you should get quality bread(as standard) as it really forms a good part of the burger. I know BUN2BUN down the road is more expensive, but the brioche buns are much tastier. I had the Fererro shake which was great and the burger, besides the bread was good too. Definitely 3/5 stars is accurate description of my first visit.

Hi there, one star is for the chips and two stars are for the friendly staff. The burger however we did not like as the patties are just like the pre made ones you get from the supermarket and did not taste like they were freshly made, more like they were heated up ones that were frozen, just my opinion though. I’ve been to a lot of burger joints in Melbourne and sorry to say, this one did not do for us.

Friendly staff, however burgers contained incredibly generic thin beef patties (including the angus option), Lacked originality and flavor and overall resulted in something I could quite easily whip up at home with basic ingredients. Far better burger places out there for what you're paying.

Food was delicious and well priced for the meals that we ordered. The 'lava' was amazing and Arnold suggested we go the sour dough bun with the lemon herb burgie and he wasn't wrong. Ferrero Rocher shake was the best shake I have had in a long time. Kids meals were on point and they loved the food! Super friendly staff and atmosphere will definately be back.

First time I went there the guy serving us gave us free dips to try, was funny and made us feel welcomed. Not to mention the food was on point!!! Very filling, loved it. Definitely going to be a regular customer!
