Typical Grill'd food. Always pretty reliable with flavour, can't really ever fault it. The service was a complete debacle. We ordered food to eat in, they assigned us a table and said it would be ten minutes. After 20 minutes we went up to see where our drinks were, and they said they thought we ordered take away and our food had been sitting there for who knows how long waiting for us to collect. Another 5 minutes later we got the food and drinks. We didn't quite understand this since there were two glasses of wine in the order, not sure how that can be take away. The glasses of wine were about two thirds of a glass. At least a cm or so under your line marker. By this stage we had given up trying to get the order right and just ate and left. Will give it another shot, but was a frustrating experience.

The original Grill’d restaurant! Staff here are always friendly and helpful, and there’s plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. I really like the garden goodness and beyond meat burgers. Hope the beyond meat burger gets a bit cheaper someday as $16 for a burger is quite pricey.

Haven't been to a Grill'd for a while. This store was great and reminded me of what i had been missing out on. Great friendly staff, delicious burgers, cool atmosphere, clean and cool tunes. Word that their was a McDonalds sign ing the toilet! Do yourself a favor and and head on down even if it's too check out the decor... you'll love it.

Can't get enough of the burgers from Grill'd, with a good group of staff it is always easy to feel welcome walking in to order my Grill'd Bird and Brie each week. Recently I have the Vegan Cheese Burger a try, not as good as the real thing obviously, but pretty good all the same.

I think for a speciality burger joint, they are not that good. The burgers look large, vertically stacked, but they are not that big, a few bites and they are gone. Taste is really not special at all. I have been five times, tried five burgers. Tried the largest looking and most expensive. I was not satisfied. Too expensive for an average quality burger. I've visited Fish n Chip shops nearby, much better burger at half the price.

Best time to eat is on a bright sunny day sitting outside, the chicken burger was perfectly cooked, and the fries seasoned with oregano added more flavor to it. Oh yes, don't forget to order sweet aioli, that completes the whole meal.😀😀😊

Great burgers, good prices. Drinks can be a bit expensive though. Plenty of dietary requirements are met in various forms and manners, so good all rounder. The $25 burger and movie deal they have going on with Lido Cinemas down the road is pretty great.

Every time I order my meals from this particular Grill’d, they always seem to get the orders right (how strangely unusual). Burgers taste better each time I order & the seasoning on top of the chips is just unbelievably delicious. ALL workers have very well (patient) customer service and VERY well mannered !! P.s when I go out to eat at Grill’d, I always choose to go to the one in hawthorn & ditch the 2 near my suburb (15 min fm e/o). Worth the extra wait of starvation 🤩😋

Usually really good but today whilst the burgers were good (and I suppose That’s what really matters; although a bit salty especially the chips) the service was really so so. Three attempts to order drinks went awry and the burgers turned up with the wrong topping. Everything was fixed up - but the fixed burger wasn’t really given priority / everyone had finished whilst waiting. Oh and we didn’t get the charity tokens to put in the jars. So - need to improve on some of the basic processes and make sure the team are properly trained and informed. Edit - and when your child falls over and is crying as to walk out try “are you ok?” Rather than “have a nice day”:) Although... we will be back again because the burgers are yummy. And the didn’t bring any water.
