The food was good but it seems the staff need a serious reminder about proper mask wearing - at least half of them were not wearing masks correctly (under the nose or chin). I understand that it gets hot in the kitchen but that’s not an excuse to not wear them properly when handling food.

Ideally located, Grill'd Moonee Ponds offers a great variety of tasty Burgers and great service by its staff. The ambience is very welcoming, family friendly, with ample room for everyone to feel comfortable, enjoy the delighful burgers and beautiful decor. Definitely a place that should not be missed when in Moonee Ponds. * The big negative is , that the Male Toilets were found to be very unkempt, in other words very dirty. The urinals had calcination, which is a clear sign of them not being properly clean for a long time (as calcination does not come out overnight). I urge the Managers to address these issues .

The service is excellent, many staff running around at busy times to look after your customer experience. I asked for a glass of water and the staff were all too happy to meet my need. Prices are quite expensive for a burger and chips. The classic burger was very nice but there is always an attempt to upsell with different add ons and sauces.

Food was good, staff continuously hassled us and aggressively interrupted our conversation just to ask 'is everything ok?' at least three times during out meal. GF said toilets were atrocious.

The food is great, giving 4 stars because it was surprising for me to see one of the staff was cleaning the surface of the table with a napkin and put the napkin back next to the knives on the table for the customers! Also toilets are gross and need cleaning.

Good as usual, but a little simple for the price. We ordered the Mighty Melbourne, our favourite Grill'd burger, but this last time the bun was toasted for too long and came out hard. Chips were delicious but suffered the same treatment as the bun. In their defence it was extremely busy and the staff were super nice.

Grill'd always serve healthy great burgers. I ordered from Moonee Ponds twice recently. They are close to where I live. They courteous and helpful. You can order your burger for pick up on the phone, if you prefer. I strongly recommend their Beyond Meat, vegan, selection.

One of the better Grill'd stores. I find that some other stores may drop the ball if it's really busy but Moonee Ponds keeps it together, no matter how busy it is. The staff are really friendly too. I loved the Zen Hen burger because the ingredients were fresh and the chicken was juicy, rather than dry. I also find that some competitors use stale bread, especially if it's later in the day, but I've never had that problem at Grill'd.

Burgers are good but one would expect more menu choice. Why not a double burger on the menu? Why not some other "grill'd" meat? And can you order burgers and the bun aside? And would that be the same price? And prices, by the way, are a bit high...

The place is great with friendly staff. If you don't know what to offer, they'll give you as much time as you need to figure out your burger cravings. They have a wide selection of burgers including chicken, beef and pork. Vegetarians are not left out either as they have numerous vegetarian options. You also have the choice of gluten free burgers if you want. The best part is that you get tokens after purchasing your meal which you can use to donate to monthly charities. By helping yourself (to food), you are helping others in need.

Edit: 2 years ago I gave this Grill'd a 4 star review. After moving out of the area and visiting sporadically today they have given us the same friendly, fast and tasty experience as in the past. For this consistency I'm upping to 5 stars. Well done Grill'd Moonee Ponds. Fast, fresh, changing menu. Protip: Ring and order ahead. Bonus points for: Bathrooms, including wheelchair friendly. Lost points for: Getting rid of Sunkist from drink options and hiring staff who put energy into socialising over customer service (it's okay, it's not that bad - that's 4 stars!)

Food always excellent. My fav Grilld. Staff friendly. Only suggestion is ladies toilets, sinks and mirror very dirty and the soap dispenser reallllly needs to be scrubbed all over or chucked out. They have the same pump hand dispenser for over a yr and just keep refilling the bottle and its caked with residue. Sorry guys..i love your store but the toilets!!
