Super busy but good new looking store, looks tired decor wise possibly only because of how busy they get. Staff excellent great service and good prep of the food. Nice job. Broken speaker in waiting area (-1 star). Bins in next to waiting area so full doors wont close (-1 star).

I came here yesterday to buy 6 wicked wings after work, was served by Micky (he has the same name as me lol). He was nice and the service is quick and friendly. Chicken was really crispy and tasty. The only thing I am not happy with was that I didn’t order some more!!!!! Great KFC overall Shout out to Micky the server

I hardly ever given fast food joints 4 stars, but in comparison to American fast food, Aussie fast food rocks!!! I'm typically not the one to even stop in for fast food but occasionally when I'm overseas if there isn't a kebab, I'll give a fast food joint a try to see how it compares. My guy whose a local thought it was hilarious that I stopped in here for a quick bite. I wasn't let down by it in the end.

This is my common experience from kfc over the years. Avoid them in the late nights as their quality reduces(extremely oily). It's possible they have trainees at that time, not sure though.

Popcorn chicken was fresh and delicious, but speed of service was extremely slow and wasn't that busy. Staff were moving very slowly and there were two people packing. Quality of food outweighed the speed though, and the popcorn chicken seemed freshly cooked so that may have had an effect on it.

Very busy store when we visited, but the food was well done and quick considering the vast numbers of people through the door. However, the cleaning of the tables and floors left me unimpressed. Oddly, the upstairs seating area is off limits.

This KFC is always really gross late at night, just due to the location on Elizabeth street. Always mess everywhere, feels filthy inside with takeaway bags and food waste all over the tables, dirty floors etc. People come inside begging quite frequently. It's not as bad during the day and is kept a bit cleaner. The food is fine though, no complaints.

Speed was extremely fast! Less than 1:30 minutes. Staff were very patient, kind and polite as well as professional. Special shout out to the sort of new staff Kiana who sevred me at 3/3/2019 at 9:15 PM. She was excellent at her job and excelled my expectations significantly! A special shout out to her friend as well who served me in less than the 1:30 minute mark, didn’t get her name, but she did an amazingly outstanding job despite some of the mechanical limitations during the order. Keep up the good work! Best KFC so far in Melbourne!

KFC has gone down hill. Smallest and thinnest fillets in their burgers. Disgrace to the childhood memories of a bloody good chicken burger. Thin fillet completely overcome by a gush of semen like mayo and tasty bun. Meat to bun ratio is way off. Despite this, staff are nice and do their best to combat the waves of drunks that come arrive throughout the night. Clinton, the cleaner i think, was so helpful and showed me around and always has a smile on his face.

Food actually tasted pretty decent, chips were a bit dry. Ordered 9 for 9.95 and end up getting 7 wings. If I wanted that many wings I would have ordered just wings
