KFC are a guilty pleasure of mine and I typically order it once a week give or take. I've been through heaps of KFCs in my day, and I can safely say none are as reliable, fast, friendly, and efficient as KFC Pakenham. Ive almost never had to wait a long time, and the food is always hot and well prepared, typically even with delivery. Ive ordered from them countless times, and have never had a negative experience. Of course sometimes mistakes and wait times happen, but overall, its incredible how well they have managed some of the busier times i have seen. All of my friends have made the same comment, and are also consistently impressed. Im moving out of Pakenham this week, and I can safely say, the only thing I will truly miss, is KFC Pakenham. Thank you guys.

Excellent job in delivering the fast food on time but why those bags that need a whole hand to carry? I mean even for paper bags, there are several in market which can be held using just one finger but your bags need extra maintenance of holding it safely with two hands due to the inconvenience. Can you please design your paper bags better? Thanks!

Food was OK BUT our order was short changed - after opening up the packs to eat we noticed the discrepancy and headed back to fix the problem. Staff were very apologetic and helpful but just goes to show that "drive-thru" orders should always be checked. Still enjoy KFC.

Great place too eat. Always clean. And staff friendly, can sometimes get orders wrong or miss things but most times it's when they're busy which I can understand. If I have an issue I usually talk it through with Manager and they always offer replacement and handle the issue very professionally.

We had a fairly long wait for our dinner, but the drive through staff were amazing & friendly especially on the specific Friday night around 945 we were greated with a young lady who was extremely nice & apologetic for taking the time to get our meal! I would Ike to nominate this young lady for some type of Award (I'm sorry I didn't crab her name) for her patience kindness & loving nature, for your company, if it wasn't for people like this in your drive through experience would not be a great idea for people to get involved with during this time of night 👌 Thanks for the great service guy's please please pass on our gratitude & give them some reward or something cause this kind of service is very rare!!! 😁

We got there and it was packed. So I thought we would have to wait, but to my surprise we didn't. I loved the food & would go back not just because it's my closest KFC. The two team members that served us had great customer service. I will be going back there shortly for sure.

Generally their service, cleanliness and staff is ok. But some occasions some of their staff was rude and mixed up our orders. So 4* is a better ratings since 85% of the time they were awesome.

I had a long drive, this KFC was open late. One of the largest if not the largest Zinger Stacker I've ever got! And the wings were not just skin and bones either. Only thing I believe they can improve was that the chips were slightly too salty.

Oh KFC. Where do I start? This KFC in particular I've visited many hundreds of times and fortunate enough to never contract food poisoning. Their drive through is fast and I've never had to wait in the waiting bay. But then again I don't go at peak hour, because I'm not stupid. Waiting inside is always going to happen, no matter how big the line for drive thru is, stay in the car haha. Clean and friendly staff

Came here twice last month, they missed my order. So I recommend if you oder take away, you'd better check your bag before leaving the store. Also if you can't afford to do 9 piece original chicken special then just don't do it. Because I am not happy to open the box and find 5 drumsticks and 2 wings 1 rib and 1 chicken breast. I assumed I should be given mix everything considering given 5 drumsticks where is the chicken thighs?

Chip boxes are under filled so u pay for large you get medium or small amount. Chicken can be very oily at times. Burgers r a mess chicken in burger is sometimes dry. Wraps are not done well has more wrap than filling. They need to step up. Chicken is dangerous if not cooked etc. I try avoid kfc as much as i can
