Kustom Burgers seem to have some pretty nice Burgers but in saying that it is rather over priced, I ordered a Hotrod Burger and a can of Fanta and was charged $19.. the burger was nice but definitely not worth the money I spent, I also asked for pickles on my Burger, the docket said pickles but the Burger didn't have any pickles on it, I don't think I would recommend Kustom Burgers simply because it is so expensive I'm not even sure if I would return as a customer considering how underwhelmed I was after paying the highest imaginable price. In saying all that if you don't mind paying top dollar for a OK Burger then sure give it a go.

Very good, best in the area by my standards. Chicken burgers, beef burgers and chips are all excellent. Generous serves. Occasionally the chicken ribs are dry / overcooked. Wish they had a few more sweets options for the full hangover trifecta experience.

Super tasty American style burger joint. The menu is extensive to cater for beef, chicken and veggie burgers with selection of 3 types of buns including a good quality brioche. The Philly Cheese Steak if one of the best I've eaten in Australia. The sides are amazing including deep fried pickles, turbo chilly fries and poutine alongwith the usual. Good range of drinks from milkshakes to beers and ciders also available to accompany your burger of choice.

Review in October 2021: Literally first time I enjoyed a burger in a LONG time, absolutely loved how they gave a little ketchup tub with the chips! So juicy, well put-together, perfect tasty burger Review in 2019, 4 stars: They got my order wrong but were quick to rectify it and give me a new burger. #supportlocal Still a great place to go. Surfaces are cleaned after each patron, staff are still as friendly as ever. The rest of my review just hasn't needed to be changed. This place makes some of the nicest burgers. All themed restaurant with a few extra activities. I really enjoy coming here and it is close enough to walk down so we can have a drink or two. The bar at the back just sets the mood for a 50's style burger shop and the video games at the front amuse the kids. It is a must for burger lovers to try out.

This a a great burger joint. If you're a meat lover then this place will be a treat, and if you're not that ok, they have something for you too. The burgers are huge! The meat is juicy and full of flavour, I had better but these are still good. They cook them to be medium rare and this keeps the patties from getting dry. The special sauce is brilliant and I recommend getting some on any burger. The decor is retro American diner and they have taken that aesthetic to new level by installing a the front of an old car in the window. The milkshakes and the Poutine fries are also great. This is trash food heaven. The cheese is the thing here and there is plenty of it. You can get eat in or take away and they have a cool area out the back with booths. And, you can buy beer here.

One thing that too many burger shops get wrong is going to fancy with the burger and forget how good a basic burger with an amazing patty and the right sauce can be once cooked properly with the right bun 10/10 for these guys pitty I live so far away or I would live here much to my girlfriend's horror! Amazing burgers and really friendly staff! Poutine fries were okay but gravy was a bit salty. Also technically not poutine as they used regular cheese sauce instead of curds. Buffalo wings were disappointing - undercooked and still had feathers. :/ Would come back for the burgers though!

I and my family have been to Kuston burger quite a few times how. I always leave stuffed and need to hold back. This is quite hard to do. You see the burgers are great so you have to have a burger. The chips are great so add chips. But then they have amazing mikshakes and spiders so I get one of those. Already for my skinny cyclist body this is out of hand. Take a friend take your family and share. That is the key Learn from my mistakes. Kustom Burger=so good!!

Burgers are cooked pretty well, a touch past medium, but I made the mistake of taking the chipotle mayo option. I don't know what it is, with an odd translucent colour, but it's not mayo & just made the burger taste artificial. I'll order without sauce next time so I can just enjoy the meat.

Staff are friendly, price is reasonable for what you get, and most importantly, the burgers rule. The old diner vibe is killer, buy for my Wright's sake, I wish it wasn't so close to my house.

Good burgers and a good range (my favourite items are the onion rings and the milkshakes), and great for a full, unhealthy but so worth it meal, but some of the dishes (cheese steak) can be very, very oily. The one drawback. Other than that, good for an occasional meal, just don't count on a seat/table on Thurs, Fri and Sat nights.

I ordered the Impala southern fried buttermilk chicken burger and my partner had a naked Fj Holden Aussie Burger. The chicken in my burger was a little overcooked and lacking a bit of flavour. My partner's burger tasted nice but the lettuce could of been wrapped tighter. Her burger was a bit all over the place as the lettuce didn't wrap around the insides of the burger.

Upon first walking in the restaurant it wasn't the cleanest, crumbs all over the tables, oil over the menus, oil everywhere in fact. We weren't offered any water for the table either. When the meals came out they gave us the complete wrong order and insisted it was correct even though it wasn't. The burgers were tasty and so were the fries, large servings. I wouldn't consider going back until they cleaned the restaurant. I felt like I couldn't touch any of the surfaces.

Classic American Rock'n'roll style Diner. Just finished eating their F150 Kustom Burger. It was epic. Delicious! The gluten free bun was amazing. Friendly service. 2 things though. 1.The table water would be more palatable if it we're filtered. 2. The music. It hurts. Terrible pop music in a Rock'n'roll diner... It's like trying to eat spaghetti with a spoon, it can be done though it's annoying. Id still recommend highly!

Super fast serving in this burger house with a lovely USA-dine Style. Nice menu with many option, I've tasted the Impala chicken burger: sadly the bun was not heated end also the fried chicken was pretty cold (tasted like half pre-made). Amazing burgers! I've had over 15 burgers and fries from Kustom. Always tastes fresh and is never greasy. Poutine fries are great and the Hero chilli sauce is smoking hot, but for someone like me, I'm SO glad they have a proper HOT sauce!! Always friendly and happy to accommodate changes to your burger (which I do every time). Keep up the great work!

Fantastic service and extremely tasty food. One of the staff was even kind enough to thank us and wish us good night when we were walking down the street after collecting our food. The interior car themed environment is fantastic and makes for a well suited eating area. The burgers are always delish. So big and juicy. The chips are yummy with lots of seasoning. But the wings were awful. I don't think they had any seasoning on them at all so they were very bland. Chewy as well. I just bought a whole box, gave it to my husband cause they were gross, he didn't want them either and threw them in the bin. Lucky the burgers are huge so I got to eat the rest of his.

Tried Kustom Burgers for the first time about a week back and really enjoyed the meal! The spicy chicken burger was quite tasty, only thing I forgot was to ask for no coriander as I absolutely hate coriander - but totally my fault as it was my first time and I didn’t read it properly as it’s not usually an ingredient you’d see in a fried chicken burger. Otherwise tasty, stocks Dr. Pepper which is a huge plus, fairly decent prices, although my chips were a bit too salty for my liking if I were to give any critiscim. Otherwise, would go back if I was in the area! Thanks!

My friend recommended me the place and it’s always very busy. We went there tonight and I am so disappointed: my fillet cheese steak was far too salty and the meat was chewy. I really rate this burger spot. I got a pretty simple burger and it came out the way I like it. Juicy, a little greasy and kinda flat. My boyfriend said his was amazing too. Just simple and tasty. Always perfectly cooked and assembled for maximum deliciousness. The fries are always crispy and fresh and are even better loaded with gravy and cheese (poutine fries). These guys know what makes a good burger - an open grill on high heat, great quality meat and a well balanced ingredients - not too much sauce, not too much bun and just the right amount of salad. Can't really fault this place. Cool decor for starters. Chips are done just how i like them (that wickedly seasoned, not-overly-beer battered goodness) and the chicken was robust, thick and juicy. By the way I got a normal cheeseburger with southern fried chicken added for $12.50, which with the free snack side of chips is definitely enough to fill you.

Can be a bit hit & miss here, but we keep going back for the best shakes in town - go the Snickers! - the burgers are juicy, and the brioche buns are a real winner, though there is a selection if you're not keen on the ol' sweet buns. There's been a couple of stuff-ups with our orders, but it's always handled exceptionally well, so no complaints. Love the decor, and sweet vibes!

I went over to Kustom Burgers for food while drinking at Carwyn Cellars. The burger was delicious, perfect...but the fries. Oh my God, the fries. I ordered a small poutine fries, the size where I could say it was a side for my burger, but where my friends could pick at it so I could feel better about how many calories I was consuming. However after the first taste, I was possessive of my fries. People would reach for some and I was like, "Haha, it's fine, help yourself." But inside I was not fine. They were my fries. They were delicious and these barbarians were eating my fries. Anger. I have never wanted a complete monopoly of table fries in my life, as badly as I wanted these fries. 100% will sneakily get more fries before we leave this bar. Shh. EDIT: We got two more large servings of poutine fries. No regrets.

Much easier to allocate the budget to friendly inclusive businesses where secondary and tertiary subjects may not be in the foreground blocking the primary purpose of what it would be assumed a food provider's primary purpose is? Good burgers after all that. Easier to help other business or employ my own cooking experience to feed myself and others who need a meal amidst the hip niceness that leaves their mates behind when we all have to forgive ourselves and our 'fathers'. The Philly Cheese Steak was good, but unfortunately the buffalo wings was terrible. The worst buffalo wings I've had. It's not buffalo wings if the wings are not coated thickly with the buffalo wing sauce by default and then a second dipping sauce is provided. This restaurant did not coat the wings with a tasty batter of peppers/paprika, and they did not coat the chicken wings with buffalo sauce. I completely regret opting for the blue cheese sauce option as all I received were boring wings with a container of bluecheese to dip the boring dry wings into. Please look at your competition when you choose to advertise plain wings as buffalo wings. Maybe you need to change your menu to not say buffalo wings, or clarify this to your customers in the future. Very disappointed - if the wings didn't bother me so much I would have given a 4 star rating for the Philly Cheese Steak.

The souvlaki here is excellent. Slightly small but very tasty. If I only ordered that then this would be a 5 star review, however the chips was a bit dry and chalky. When I asked if they got tomato sauce, they said no and didn’t give me any alternatives. Wish they would be abit more proactive with their service, but otherwise all good.

Well presented joint, I ordered the Hot rod chilli burger with the hero chilli sauce. The burger was perfect in terms of flavour. The beef was juicy, tender and cooked to perfection. A mind blowing kick of heat which was well balanced to my taste. Not overpowering but just enough. I admired the fact that they used different types of chilli, which actually complemented the flavour. The chips are to die for. Crispy but slightly salty. Then the addiction started :-P
