This place is honestly a hidden gem. Melbourne is known for it's over priced food and long wait times, but NYM consistently delivers great meals/snacks for a ripper price. Also has the best chips in Melbourne. 5 stars

Usually the burgers are amazing. I've been using Eat club to claim discount and making most of it. I'm giving five star because they have good burgers. Chicken and veggie both are delicious. Please note. Last week when I ordered through eat club. I went to restaurant and I was told my order is being made fresh. So it will take 10-15 Min. I waited but when I got home and had my food. It was horrible. Poorly cooked chicken. I had to throw both patties out and just have it (😭Because curfew). This review is for both business that operate from same store.

Great Veggie burger! Absolutely tasty and good balance of ingredients. A really good veggie burger and one of the best in town. Quantity of fries is sumptuous but the fries are toooo salty. I had requested normal salt but I think I was served both ! Looking forward to the burgers again. More vegetarian options are available. A must visit !

I’ve been ordering NYM SM off Uber eats too many times in the last 18 months and for a good reason. Given them a try. Easily go up against the best in Melbourne. Great quality, fresh and beyond tasty. Massive burgers or I have ordered the mini ones which are still massive . 5 stars.

Popped in here for lunch the other day before lockdown and was blown away by the food!!! The staff were very friendly and super helpful in helping me decide what to order. I can't wait to come back and try more burgers from the menu! Highly recommend.

Burgers were ok, not the best, not the worst. 7/10 for Burgers. Meat needs to be juicer, ours was dry and pretty tasteless Milkshakes yummy, try the caramel. Sweet potato fries delicious.

Ordered the three burgers and two sides of chips through the Door Dash App. Reasonably priced and when they arrived they were still warm and fresh. Then to our nice suprise we received a free upgrade on the chips we ordered. The taste and quality were superb will definitely order from here again.

Two of us came here on a Sunday night for dinner and ordered the Hudson Valley Vegan Burger, New York Burger and large potato chips. The service was average, as the man at the counter wasn't all too friendly and there was quite a long wait for the food. But it was definitely tasty, which made up for any deficiencies in customer service. Thank you New York Minute for the delicious burgers and chips.

Have just discovered this restaurant during COVID times and have ordered twice now. Fairly well priced for the size of the burger and the sweet potato chips are delicious! I love that they offer gluten free buns so that I can enjoy my burger with my partner as opposed to having to order something different. I did request that they leave the cheese off, which they forgot and that was a bit of a bummer. I also think that some of the add ons, while awesome to have options, are pricey and add up quickly. Overall, good experience and would order again.

Never been one to leave reviews, though I’ve always praised those who do. What would you do without a good review? DINE ELSEWHERE! Lol! If you’re after a true New York style burger experience, ‘New York Minute’ is your place! I think it’s important to note firstly that I had my meal delivered, and the quality and freshness was something worth talking about! Not to mention the flavours! Oh boy the flavours! Quantity? Don’t sweat it, these small size chips were seriously enough to share with another! I’ll be back in store one day to enjoy what I’m sure is 2x better straight off the hot plate! Great job! Delicious feed!

Great burgers! My personal fav the eye fillet burger! Really large chips portions, even the small is an entire container!! And for any misunderstandings they are happy to listen, with the true motto of "the customer is always right". Our next door neighbourhood gem :) will see you again soon!!

A very very very good burger joint! We visited here today and I ordered the pulled pork burger and I must say it was one of the best burgers I have had. The Manager also threw in a side of handcut potato chips free. We were told that these potatoes were from their own farms and they were potatoes that were dug up last week. Excellent chips! This will be a place that I will visit over and over again.

Burgers that are hard to beat, with seating available to accommodate the weary traveller or hungry drunk. Imagine a 'clean', relatively quiet burger place, neatly (and conveniently) placed right beside your favourite nightclub. Thats New York Minute. But those burgers are something else! And that extends to their awesome Vegan menu!

'Cleanest' burger I've had in a long while. Clean in the sense that it wasn't dripping in fat like others tend to do, and clean in the sense that the flavour wasn't a mush. The different ingredients could be differentiated taste wise and yet, combined perfectly. That's not an easy achievement.

Perhaps the best fried chicken you can find in Melbourne, very similar to my childhood taste of fried chicken, they use high pressure fried machine to deep fried the chicken, so their chicken is extra tender and juicy, high recommended!!
