Got some takeaway burgers from here on a Friday night after lockdown had lifted, the floor was sticky, the seating did not look inviting, and the online ordering process was really delayed. The food itself was alright, onion rings were cooked well but the burgers were lathered in too much sauce and the buns were a little too thick for my liking. Staff were friendly though

Very good burgers. 'Old Mate' burger is so tasty. Good alternative for the chips is the eastern spice chips. Very good. Have had a few times now. Nice people as well.

Went with an alternative delivery platform to normal today and discovered Pounders burgers for the first time. While the platform provided woeful service ended up taking 90 minutes for the delivery ( and requiring Pounder to remake my meal)... when it finally did arrive I was really impressed with the quality and value for money of their burgers. We had the Burger Off burger in beef ( also available in Chicken) and the Hot Mama chicken burger which was a juicy juicy burger. The onion rings were crispy and beer battered chips also very good. Would definitely have again but would order directly next time as they offer free delivery and a discount on their own website.

Small cosy place. Staff was friendly. Onion rings ($6), Hellburger ($13.95) and Philly Cheesesteak ($14.95) were good. Milkshake is almost $10 but it was good. On the pricier side for what you get but food is tasty. They do open till 3am so it's great for a very late night meal!

A nice burger place offering good food and decent portion-size. I tried the Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich which is good with a nice combination of cheese and mayo, but the steak was too tough for my liking. I guess this was a result of using too thick slices of beef which required them to cook longer but makes the beef tougher. They also had a new burger called the Big Boy Burger which was quite good with the beef patty cooked a nice medium. The Onion Rings are also very crispy and delicious. They also have a Kid's Parma Burger which is still quite large.

Tasty burgers, flavourful crunchy chips. We found the chicken burger more memorable than the beef. Be prepared for very messy fingers as the burgers are well slathered in sauces. A hiccup with the combo drink and chips: It was not written that certain drinks were not included in the deal. Mix-up could have been avoided if the menu was prepared with more care. The manager gave us a couple of extra cans for goodwill.

My partner and I were craving for a good burger. We stumbled upon Pounders Burgers while using EatClub app (a discount app - we love discounts!) We ordered Philly Cheese Steak and a Yank Tank. We loved both, but loved the former more. The Philly Cheese Steak was just rich in flavor. Every bite feels like unlocking a new umami taste (exaggerated, but it was for me!). Price was good, but is a bit little in portion. I was happy with the size, but my a big eater partner was left looking for a bit more 😅 Nonetheless, the experience was good! The burger place can be busy as we saw how different delivery persons just come in and out.

Nice and cosy place, the lady that serves us was friendly. First time at this restaurant, were just around the area looking for a burger. The burgers are delicious, we order 2 Burger off $10.45 each and Yank Tank $17.45, Large onion rings $6, drinks, and some crazy shakes, total around $62. Just make sure you have cash, as they don't currently have eftpos, they do bank transfer. Lucky we have cash, we probably missed out the nice burger, bank transfer not my preferred method (reason I gave 4🤩) The onion rings luv it! So try it out! Just across Glen Waverley stations.

Loved the hot buffalo wings here. 100% recommend getting them. The burger patties here are quite thick. So, we really struggled to finish the double pattied Yank Tank burger. They are cooked all the way through, whereas a lot of places now do their patties as "medium/a bit rare". That said, I didn't really mind, most if the flavour here is in the sauces. Interestingly, the chips (which were good) had a faint aroma I couldn't quite figure out. I think it was a hint of butter chicken. Anyway, it was different - but good different!

The burgers are just ok and the cost is a bit expensive. The bun is big but the amount of meat is quite smaller. Put too much sauces which has came out when bitten. Chips are not crunchy. The staff should be more friendly and polite attitudes. Good point is there more spaces to eat in.

Ordered delivery through Deliveroo and that was a complete stuffup though not the fault of Pounders. The meal came eventually and it was worth the wait. One of the best hamburgers I have had in years. Not sloppy (looking at you Hungry Jack's) and not artificial (looking at you McDonalds). Excellent flavour with just the right amount of ingredients. This place is on my list of good takeaway food outlets.

After hearing good reviews from a mate at gym next door, had to try it for myself. Yesterday evening burgers that come off the grill here are like the meat nectar. Honestly say that this place has one amazing vibe amazing food and great service from the staff, best part was we could see chef dancing, singing just being happy while cooking our meals, Cheeky guy ! Amazing burger place! The beef patties are really juicy and quality tasting, and their milkshakes are to die for! Also really recommend the eastern spice fries, a really nice twist on normal fries that a bit different to all the peri peri and other flavours other places are doing. My favourite burgers are the old mate (betroot on burger is amazing) and the big kahuna. Also if your looking at ordering from here through the usual food delivery apps, Pounders offers free delivery within 5km if you call and order directly through them (over $25, $5 fee under $25).
