Ordered a few times from Up The Road Burgers during lockdown with Uber Eats delivery. We must be on the edge of the delivery zone as each time the burgers and chips haven't been piping hot. Rather just above lukewarm. Orders have always been spot on with no errors. Still the Burgers are always very tasty, generously sized and filled with premium ingredients with interesting variations. Chips are crispy and well seasoned. Can't wait to visit them in person when it's easier to travel!

This is one my fav burger shops where you can find a variety of option of burgers and pizza. Staff are polite, helpful and friendly. Quality-wise, they have done a great job for the last two years with an improvement in delivering their sandwiches to the customers. You’ll be their permanent customer if you walk in and grab your first burger here.

Tasty burger 3 stars, above average. Succulent patty. 2 stars for the beef and lamb grill plate/patty pack. They forgot to pack the salad. So we had 3 patties, grilled tomato, chips and it was very dry. Different unfamiliar flavours in the pattie. Chips had spice and would have been great crispy. Takeaway packaging could be improved. Polystyrene for the grill patty pack, so the chips were a bit damp and not crispy over the 10 min drive. Not as enviro friendly as the bamboo/compostable types. Breathable/packaging and containera would help keep the food fresher for deliveries. Burgers are good. The grill plate bread was ok, chewy and soft and was the best part of the grill plate we got.

We ordered pizza the first time and it was really good. We went for burgers the second time around, we ordered something else and they messed up our order but that was okay. We asked the person at the counter who looked like the owner to heat the bread on the burgers but he looked annoyed at us and rudely said that there is sauce inside the burgers so they can't heat it. We quietly sat down to eat but the other person at the counter whose name I don't know but he is bald like me was really really really sweet and kept on asking us whether we were happy and kept on apologising as well. His customer service the first time around was exemplary and the second time around was good as well. It is because of his nice attitude and humble nature that the food tasted good too.

I am a regular customer for the past year and a half and I must say I’m highly impressed with this restaurant. Not only excellent foods with the best quality, but also great customer service. Staffs working there are very friendly and their sandwiches are the best in Melbourne. I will give them five stars for food and six stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️for their service. I highly recommend this place to all the people that love burger, sausage, jamboune & pizza and I bet they’ll all return. The only thing they need to consider is adding a lil bit more sauce to their sandwiches. Keep up the good work!

Got take away there tonight, fries, fried chicken and the super hot dog... so tasty! Good value/portion size, friendly staff, environmentally friendly recyclable packaging. easy parking. Hadn't ever had beef salami but it was delicious. The only thing that I'd say is that their close time is a little early as we're late eaters but we will just have to keep that in mind on the nights we feel like this, unsure if this is a covid closure time... in that case totally understandable.

Ate here for the first time. Travelled 45 minutes to eat here. And the burger and fries were very nice. Burger was fresh and full of flavour, loved the smoked turkey bacon in the burger gave it a beautiful taste. Also this place is Halal which is awesome, to have another place to eat at. One of my favourite burger joints! These guys know how to make a good burger! Ordered today and wanted to give some feedback. I ordered two usuals and one large super fries. I was initially only given one tomato sauce packet which is definitely not enough for what I am ordering so i requested for more and a bbq sauce. Was a bit disappointed that they wanted to charge me $2.50 for a small amount of bbq sauce so I told them not to worry about it. At least they gave me another tomato sauce packet for free. Would have liked more than 2 tomato sauces as it was definitely still not enough but I was a bit hesitant to ask for another two given I had just made the guy who was serving me dispense bbq sauce into a container and then refused to buy the sauce. Anyway the short of it is, I hope the owner reads this and gives instructions to staff to be more generous with the tomato sauces and possibly not charge for other condiments! Still love the burgers and want to support them! So still giving a 5/5

Burgers and loaded chips look very appetising. They use good quality ingredients too, but the sauces are bland, nothing popped. Place is family run and they are really nice they’ve done cool things to try and spruce up the atmosphere. A 35 minute wait (after being quoted 15-20 minutes) for their basic burger and chips was simply unacceptable. Really disappointing since there were 4 staff in total. Kitchen looked very inefficient and underutilised. Despite the inconvenience of the long wait time, the burger and chips were delicious and good value for money. Basic, fresh ingredients for the burger. Beef patty was cooked perfectly with that tell-tale just pinkish hue in the centre. Would like to see more bun options and perhaps a slightly more tender/minced patty. Chips were large and well seasoned/topped. All in all. Good/Great value. Just needs to work on timing and service.
