Had dinner here last night for the 1st time. I ordered thr Errol burger and chocolate shake. The burger was very yummy and delicious. The chocolate milkshake was very nice. My partner had the Spencer burger on a red bun and she loved it. She also had the "the real deal Mango" and loved it. We also ordered the curly fries with Aioli sauce. We totally enjoyed our food and of course the staff are very friendly. 10/10.

Victoria often struggles with quality customer service compared to rest of the world, but some places make up for it. Wonky Trolley is one of them. I've given this place 5 stars for a number of reasons. The welcome, the hygiene, the ambiance, the food and the prices. We didn't plan to sit at this restaurant/cafe as we were undecided, but the warm and welcoming owner/manager greeted us in a very non intrusive and calm manner that we decided to have a bite here. The tables and chairs were clean and the owner ensured they were cleaned further. The location of this cafe is chic and vibrant, again not too much going on but enough for North Melbourne vibe. The prices were very decent and not overly pricey for a family business. The food was delightful with delicate attention to the ingredients and flavours. The portions were wisely planned ensuring minimal food wastage, yet sufficient quantity to overcome the hunger. The veggie bites, onion rings, the dips, and the vegan chicken burger were the ultimate winners with the vegan burger. Using a light pea protein patty rather than a soy protein, a fresh & soft bun, combined with the skill of the cooks resulted in a crispy, airy and delicious burger! I'm surely visiting this place again with more family members and mates.

There are a big variety of burgers: beef, chicken, vegetarian, vegan... their menu is extensive, the burgers are juicy, fresh with excellent quality ingredients and the service is fantastic. Oh those curly chips!!!!! check the pictures! If you have not yet tried them, you MUST! Delicious is the only word that comes to mind. A pack of them with some aioli and there is no way to go wrong. What a beautiful surprise on a quiet afternoon..... Now we are looking forward to come back and try the burgers,

The woman who took our order was friendly but very busy. The table we sat at was dirty. The burger buns were dry and crumbly and didn't seem fresh. We chose different burgers but did not enjoy them, they were okay but not very tasty. The salad on the burger did seem to be fresh which was good. 3 stars is not a bad review it is genuinely the way we felt about the experience. Basically meh. We were tempted to give the place 2-stars but decided 3-stars was fairer, which means that we found the place to be okay. Also for quite a bit of time the woman was wearing her mask under her nose. Quickly made. Chill service + atmosphere somewhere between a casual hip place and a take away shop. Ate plain crispy chicken adding pineapple and cheese. Disappointed the other chicken burgers are only offerred as grilled. Chicken was EXCELLENT, no faults. Could do with more lettuce, even an option of tomato or other veggie slices to balance out the meat and bread. Chips are really average requiring sauce, portion of which was quite small. Another late night which I CBF’d cooking, so decided to scroll through Deliveroo to think about what to order for dinner. Stumbled across Wonky Trolley which has great reviews and decided to try. They got our food ready so quickly- thank goodness cos I was a bit Hangry! I couldn’t help but helped myself with the chips as soon as I got my hands on my delivery. Hrmmm the chips were really dry and a bit too salty. So dry that it got stuck in my throat and I found it hard to swallow. The chilli burger w egg was quite nice, the beef patty was cooked medium and it’s juicy. There wasn’t much of a chilli kick but on the whole the burger was quite good.

Good burgers with fresh and succulent ingredients, chips are fairly crisp, and serve size will satisfy even the hungriest. The sauces were nice though bun and overall flavour was 4/5. I ABSOLUTELY recommend the cheese/gravy/bacon loaded fries and OMG you MUST try the apple pie bites. After a big, deliciously filling meal, these little bites are just the perfect amount of desert and are to die for!!! Definitely recommend popping in for a bite to eat.... and come with an empty stomach! While the trolley may be wonky, the experience certainly is not!! 😛

Unfortunately, the meat was over seasoned and instead of tasting delicious juicy Aussie beef, you get this juicy herb flavor with a hint of meat. Staying in Melbourne for broken shoulder during coronavirus. Everywhere was closed and we could not find any food until we noticed the Wonky Trolley. I can't quite remember the name of the burger but it has some numbers in it. Anyway we ordered the meal and it came with the burger which was delicious and the chips and lemonade. Unfortunately the owner at the time we arrived was getting absolutely hammered with ubereats and deliveroo so we had to wait about 40 minutes at least. I didn't really mind though because he was working alone and had to get his parents to help because it was too much for him. Plus because of the long wait he even gave us free drinks while waited plus and extra one with our order. Anyway GREAT burgers, nice man, and thank you for giving us me one of my favourite burgers ever during such a bad time. 😊😊

Went in and had a Veggie Wrap with the missus, she had a chicken wrap. In all the years I'd been visiting this place I was astounded with the way my wrap was. Perfect amount of sauce, the ingredients placed in as though its creator was creating a perfect bite each time. The wall next to the counter shows photos of all their menu options (mostly burgers), with options of double-pattie burger stacks, to more standard and less intimidating burgers. I had a chicken and avocado burger with chips, and the meat was tender and perfectly cooked, and the ingredients fresh. And the side order of chips was hot, crisp and well seasoned. Amazing place!!!!! Great food as always!! Had a big issue with uber eats where I ordered a burger from wonky trolley and it never came. Uber eats did nothing to remedy the situation. So we walked up to the shop and went to order ourselves. While there, we explained what happened and the lady was so apologetic and kind!!! Even though the fault was nothing to do with them. But not only that she also refunded the order we just placed and gave us the food for free!!!!!! They handled the situation amazingly! Will definitely come back again (as we always do).
