Great burgers and great service. This place offers an amazing ambience with quick, efficient service. We took advantage of the buy one fable mushroom burger and get one free offer. The restaurant was so busy as it was the last night on offer, yet the service and staff were amazing and faultless. The mushroom burgers were delicious and a really great vegetarian option. My favourite burger ever is the fable spicy cheeseburger. I will definitely be back to eat more of these burgers. So happy I have a delicious option that I can enjoy.

We weren't impressed with the burgers here many years ago. Tonight, our views changed completely after each of us sank our teeth into the burgers. Each burger was delicious. Although it was a bit pricy it was worth it as all of us got happy meals. The chip was good too. By the way, the surcharge on public holidays is 15%. Cheers! (2021-09)

I love Grill's for its burgers and store atmosphere and would normally give it a 5 star. However, the rating of my review today highly depends on my experience with this branch and the food I ate. Had the super sliders and it was average. The avo chips were a little weird as well. The restaurant's vibe was a little dead, might be because its a Monday noon.

Great place and very accommodating staff, loved it! We had a birthday party for a 12 year old and 7 other kids that had a blast! Awesome food, and the Sir Truffle burger paired with the side of zucchini, sweet potatoes and potatoes chips...all were just the best you'd ever expect from a healthy burger! Highly recommend you give it a try! Family friendly and great service! Big thank you to the staff there!

Great service and even better burgers. If you are ordering a kids meal with chips there is no need to order extra chips for others as the kids serve of chips was enough for a table of 3.

Ordered and paid online, arrived at 7:05pm. Staff told us it'd be 5 more minutes, so we sat and waited. After 25 minutes staff asked us for our order, to which we responded that we already ordered online and had paid. We were then told that the kitchen did not have our order and were going to start making it - so we gave them our order. After another 25 minutes, at 7:55pm we got our food. Not entirely the restaurants fault, just wished they would have been more upfront at the beginning if they didnt have our order. Food was good as always, hopefully this doesn't happen again!

I have been to Grill'd 4 times now and found the food not as good as it once was. The burgers and chips are really nice but decided to have a change the last time chose the spicy salsa salad - what a huge disappointment. There was way too much lettuce and very little chicken and anything else. The dressing that goes with it needs a re-think, not very nice at all. My advice is save your money or choose something else. Also felt the shop needs a thorough clean with the wooden tables being scrubbed down to get rid of that sticky feeling of just being wiped over and not cleaned properly. I feel the whole shop could do with a good clean.

I don't usually review, but some ppl believe one bad experience is a cardinal sin. My parents and I had a lovely time at grilled, everything is made unique, nothing feels like you could get the same thing elsewhere. Even the way they serve the burgers is fancy, as if it's needed? But it enhances the experience. The drinks were quality and I didn't taste anything "cheap" if you know what I mean. The burger was PACKED and a little bit unwieldy but that's why they put a toothpick in, if you don't already know keep it in there to hold the burger together as you eat it. Oh my GOD are the fries lovely! I'll always come back for the fries, they could turn tomatoes into delicious fries if they wanted to. Apparently the salads are nice too, but I'm a carnivore, so I really don't care. It was a classy place, i was worried i wouldn't fit in but it was casual enough and i did dress up a bit.

Perfect example of explementary customer service. A Friday not too long ago I went to this Grill'd for a burger, only to find out that they'd ran out of bread due to a statewide 2-for-1 special and the replacement I was given was disappointing. After a leaving a comment on their website, I was contacted within 12 hours by the Area Manager, Mark, who immediately rectified the issue. Grill'd has always been a restaurant that I've enjoyed, and would've gone back to again regardless, however the fantastic response given by Mark, and then then by the manager instore, Jack, really reinforces how good a restaurant Grill'd is. Great burgers, outstanding customer service!

Always a good feed at Grill'd! Burgers are fresh and the chips with Herb and Mayo sauce are just awesome 😁 Good service, freindly wait staff. Parking can be an issue though if it is busy at all the restaurants in the area.

Quality control is the biggest issue, some days its good, some days its average, some days its bad. I also dont know why you would take the best burgers (Moroccan Lamb/Pork belly) off the menu. Dont think i will be going in the foreseeable future

Fantastic service and friendly staff, burgers were great. Thanks to Gary and the team for supporting the Booragoon Junior Football Club and looking after the Year 10 team at their team lunch. No easy feat to fill them up!!

Pretty decent burger place with enough variety for the vegetarians who were dining in the party. The chips were very nice and so were the zucchini chips! The only recommendation I would make is to have more than one "communal" tomatoe sauce for the patrons at the restaurant. That said, the staff were helpful in tracking the tomatoe sauce down from another table!

skipped across to this place when the "now!" place across the road was too crowded and noisy to be enjoyable and we were starving and tired of standing. Peace and quiet ! Hooray! We could converse again! A good selection of indoor and patio seating was available with very effective cafe blinds and a heater to keep out the cold on this winter night. Not a flash joint, with ordering at the bar, but for good straightforward honest nosh this was hard to beat. Our group of 10 had a variety of burgers and salads and all were declared tasty and satisfying. Ingredients were fresh and good quality. The chicken strips in my salad were perfect-charcoal grill flavour on the outside but soft and juicy within. Alcoholic drinks available with all wines by the glass or bottle reasonably priced. A house red was perfectly palatable. There were no desserts on the menu, but we did not enquire about their availability. The service was very good-friendly but respectful, flexible and prompt! Well done guys. The only minor quibble was that our wooden table tops were a bit sticky. How about using a de-greasing cleanser when wiping them down!? A very pleasant night and great value for money.

For me, this is a convenient and comfortable place for a social or business meeting, but I'd say it could also be a nice spot for a cosy or romantic dinner. Because this is a busy [read popular] area, parking might 'appear' difficult at first, but I've never had any problems during the peak lunch period as there is a large carpark and reasonable street parking. Service is friendly and efficient and the menu has lots of nice temptations. Certainly well worth trying.

As the place got busier the staff kept pace and continued to provide friendly and efficient service. They even went out of their way to ensure my 4year old was happy and enjoying her visit. Pencils and colouring pages were provided to her and they made a point of talking with her and listening. Will definitely be back here soon.

Today was quite a disappointment. We have so enjoyed our visits previously. Zuccini chips today were very overcooked and stuck together. Centres were squishy. Sliders (my preference) were dominated by mayo, or equivalent. We were trying to impress our friend from Bunbury but didn't! Obviously no quality control. Sorry to do this but felt compelled. Shame.

Update - have used the online ordering since they recently introduced it. Works well! This used to be my go to place for a cheeky take out when we didn't feel like cooking. I would ring through a phone order and pick it up on the way home. Unfortunately for whatever reason some days nobody ever answers the phone. Even after multiple call attempt it just rings through. I can understand if they were busy but thats why every other place answers the phone and asks you to hold for a minute. When nobody answers after multiple attempts I move on and pick another dinner option. Unfortunately after repeated experiences like this i'm less and less inclined to even try ringing Grilled Applecross anymore.

There burgers are the best i've had in a long time, honestly even better than what my mum could make! It's ok, that's how I'd rate grilled in Applecross, Venue is nice, sometimes really noisey as they get busy, that's fine, The food is consistently average, burgers are just not as good as other grilled stores, and I can't ever put my finger on why... Stale buns, undercooked Patty's Chips usually are dead, don't be afraid to send them back, Take away usually ok, But again paying $15 for a burger which is average... I guess you see where I'm going... Staff interactions are ok, but like many places the quality of the staff affect the output of the food - average If you can make the trip the Cockburn grilled is very good The vicpark one is on par with Applecross And Cannington... Plus parking for all three is problematic at best... I'm not sure if this review helps.... But if you want a good burger... Sadly I'd say go elsewhere. To the point that the hungry jacks down the road is better... I know (!) The grill masters with their fake smokey sugary sause should not be even in the running to compete... Don't take this as a huff review - I have been here 20-30 times over the last 3 years... As some other reviews cite, sometimes burgers are good... But I have not had a good burger from this grilled in years... I visit at various times day / night - the food is always the same, yes staff are friendly, and the table stick system works if you miss out something, they will come and check so table service is quite good!
