I visited this restaurant at lunchtime on the weekend. It was modestly busy but the staff were friendly and efficient. They kindly gave me some water for some flowers I had in my shopping trolley. 😀 I had pretty standard burger and a light beer. The beer was cold and the burger was yummy.

Fantastic place serving delicious burgers. Lots of different options available from beef, chicken to mushroom meat fable burgers which are my favourite. Great customer service. The young man was incredibly friendly and helpful. We really liked the zucchini chips. The beef burger was cooked well and juicy. I really loved my mushroom meat fable spicy cheeseburger. One of the best burgers I've ever eaten. Like that there are lots of vegetarian options available.

Not as crowded as it used to be which is great. No long waits for food and the quality is still top notch. Very juicy burger packed with flavour. The staff are very friendly and they even go around asking customers about their experience. Well done. Keep it up.

As expected, simple process of ordering, good efficient service and juicy burgers! The only feedback I have is that I wish they offer tap water as part of their service. I never know where to get the water from and I couldn't see any water station around. Didn't end up asking as I was occupied catching up with a friend but then I walked out thirsty (disclaimer: I understand I could have bought a bottled eater, but why should I consume water from plastic bottle if I can avoid it).

I haven't been to Grill'd in a while and was so amazed at the Low-carb bun!! Had it as the Baa-Baa burger and it lended to the flavours perfectly!! Very impressed! And the zucchini chips were delicious too 👌❤

Yes it’s a chain restaurant, but still I like the burgers at Grill’d, they offer fairly good quality burgers amongst WA. I especially like Wagyu burgers cheese, it’s juicy. The servicing staff are friendly and in any outlets they always ask us to make sure there is no problem while eating.

The atmosphere was friendly and enjoyable, with upbeat but not obnoxious music, a rare find in my experience. Made me think of more peppy and happy 90s and 2000s music. The burgers were great and completely customisable, which is a huge plus for some of my friends who have a mustard allergy. I greatly appreciated their option of vegan friendly beef on any burger, which in my experience was different to regular beef, but not in any bad way that made it unenjoyable. Overall I'd recommend for a fun night out with friends, especially since they have a nice selection of ciders!

Burgers are good. Healthier options are very nice. Gluten Free friendly options are good. The Vegetarian options are good as well. Even the plant based patties are good. Service is all fast and the staff are friendly. Seems to be the case with most Grill'd!

I'd have given more stars, the staff are good, the food was good - for my friends, but nothing on the menu for the description of the Mary's Kebab prepared me for the amount of pepper in the lamb patty. It really was to the level of pain. I'll put it down to an unfortunate one off experience because everything else was very pleasant.

Usually grilld is OK (albeit expensive) but they recently gave my vegan partner a full on meat burger when he wanted a vegan one. I don't know if it was a name mix-up as he has quite a common name but he was disappointed. On a positive note, the staff are lovely. I think it was a simple mistake.

3.5 stars Haven't been to Grill'd for years. It's my first time to come thus branch. Causal setting. Prompt service. Nice staff. I tried Lamb Burger (A$15 .5) with chips. There are 3 choices of buns. I choose bun with seeds. My first impression was that the bun's size was not big- shrunk. The lamg patty was jucy. Green was fresh. Taste yummy. Chips were good but not the winner.

The only downside was the Caesar Salad I ordered just wasn't as good as some other branches unfortunately. Regardless of that, the burgers on our table smelled mouth-watering and the salad was still nice.

Grill'd has the best gluten free hamburgers I have ever tasted! The staff are friendly and you can customise your order (no mayo, no onion etc). I have lunch here every time I am in Claremont.

Friendly staff and good charity causes. A good range of drinks to select from, including a range of alcoholic beverages. Food can take a while to be made, have had to wait for up to 20 minutes on some occasions. Staff are all pretty young and tend to spend a large part of their time chatting or on their phones rather than helping/serving the customers. Food is pretty good, but dont know how accurate the statement of "healthy" burger is.

Grill'd is always a favorite of mine but every single time we order it through ubereats our drinks never arrive. This has only ever happened with Grill'd and everytime we call ubereats they say the fault/problem is because the restaurant didn't give the driver drinks. It's so frustrating because we always want a drink with our meal and instead have to go through the process of complaining and attempting to get a refund for our already overpriced (non-existent) beverages!

Food: The burgers here are touted as being healthy. I'm not entirely convinced, but they do taste nice. The choice of traditional or ... whatever that white bun is, (panini?) is nice (traditional is good) and the flavour combinations of the menu work well. Wild Wild West is a favourite choice, but their lamb burgers are also quite tasty. I find the steak in the steak burgers sometimes a bit sinewy, a bit chewy, so I don't really order them anymore. 13/20 Service: Staff are friendly. Unfortunately, occasionally the wait is a bit long, due to being busy. Not really much to say about the service of a burger joint. 12/20 Ambience: Haha. It's dressed up nicely enough, it's clean, it's in a nice shopping centre. Don't need to ask for more. 13/20 Overall: I do keep coming back. Are they the nicest burgers in Perth? No. Are they a nice tasty treat while being a bit less unhealthy for you than some of the competition? Yes. 13/20
