Hadn’t been to grill’d for a while so stopped here for lunch and had a Caesar’s palace chicken burger, it was nice and fresh with plenty of toppings. I lt was pretty quiet so service was quick. Definitely a good burger option in Freo as being a franchise you know what your going to get.

I came here originally when it had just been opened 3 months and had a chicken burger which was good but I'm not a chicken fan anyway so I thought I would put in a review now I've been back for a beef burger. The staff were great, the buyers were delicious, in fact I think I could of ate 2 of them burgers. The grilled fries aren't for everyone but I liked them and one of my boys enjoyed them. We all had hamburgers and we all enjoyed them. Definately going back soon for the 2 burgers.

A visit to Fremantle is not complete without a visit to Grill’d. They really have great burgers! Vegetarians or vegans don’t have to worry because Grill’d also serves the Beyond Burger. The personnel is really friendly and you can sit inside or outside if you prefer that. I definitely recommend this place!

Very VERY tasty burgers!! No doubt. However the zucchini and sweet potato chips were quite oily than normal. The cup had a good 1mm oil settling at the base. Make sure to try the tomato relish dip.

One of the very few takeaway places we use. Really nice food, gluten free and low carb burgers available too, but about 1 out of every three times we order (takeaway or delivery) from the Freo location, if not every other time, they forget to include our sauces! Happened again tonight. A bit of a bummer when you get home and they are not there. Not worth the drive to go ask for them. That needs to be improved. Ordered again on 12/10/21 - our large Sweet Potato Fries were missing, I called, got voicemail, waiting to hear back. We were given a couple extra sauces when we insured they were all there but didn't think to check the rest of the order, though we shouldn't have to.

An amazing experience ! The burgers were great and very clean place too. I had a mix up with my order, which is not a big deal. It happens in a restaurant sometimes. I think the mask makes it difficult to hear at times.. But my order was fixed up in less than 10 mins :) Also, without asking lovely waitress Naomi (I hope got the name right!) gave ma a free burger coupon. Customer Service at its best !

The Wild Wild West Burger, will squash that hangry need.. Burger was cooked perfectly, was delivered promptly by friendly staff, whom genuinely want ed you to enjoy your experience!! Great burgers! Even a 'mini mee' version for child! Highly recommended for small groups when u visit Fremantle. There are 3 types of buns to select from: the flat low carb, the panini and traditional ones. We had the low carb and panini ones. The patty is nicely grilled and moist. Portion is just nice for lunch. If u are a big eater suggest 1.5 burgers!

First time I gave been to Grill'd Fremantle. Nice atmosphere, clean and tidy. The burger I had was crispy bacon and cheese with a side order of chips. The burger was the vest. The chip were golden and crispy on the outside and soft in the inside. Would definitely go there again.

Grill'd Fremantle is a good shoot for casual eating. The prices are are reasonable, being slightly higher than usual take away, as you expect for an in - dining experience. Tables are available inside and outside, and people - watching is on the menu, because Grill'd is right on the main Cafe strip. Wagu beef burgers are good, and the chips are as good as you hoped they would be. Service has been good each time we've visited, and children are readily accommodated.

This place has awesome burgers! And you don't feel bad for enjoying yourself a little bit too much since the meat is sustainably-sourced. Offers a good range of options for meats and sauces and breads. The drink menu is also very well thought of to match the burgers. Staff are great and can give the best advice on what to have. Food comes out pretty quick, too, with no compromise on quality. Easily a 5/5.

These guys and grilled in general throw down a mean meal. Especially if you are Vegan or have gluten/soy allergies I'd even say they're pretty ceoliac friendly if you tell them. The staff are always lovely, they could keep the tables and floor a litle cleaner which could turn you off if you're a grem phobe. Luckily I am not. And enjoy all their fine variety.

Ordered a lunchtime burger, chips, and drink which ended up slightly more expensive than expected at over $30, but was delivered by friendly staff and was tasty and fresh and served within a few minutes. The Fremantle store looked very tired, run down, along with ripped vynal seats and looked like the place was ready for a makeover. And the outside area to the toilets was just grubby with grease and grime and is in dire need of a good steam and scrubbing.

I had a great time at Grill'd Fremantle! A particular employee by the name of Isaac seemed to be the only one in the kitchen though. He made my burger all himself, served it to me and cleared my table. I was very impressed by the service and quality of food this employee presented. Definitely a going to visit this place again! :))

Wow, the last time I was a Grill'd was in Melbourne months ago and this location was 100x better. The wagyu beef burger and nourish burger were fantastic! I love the fact that they have a low carb bun option, and that they taste amazing! Seriously... I need that recipe. We did have an issue with one of the burgers when they originally came out, but the customer service we were provided was sensational which more than rectified the situation. We were given a sincere apology, an another burger brought out quickly, as well as a refund without even having to ask. Kudos to whoever is training such wonderful staff. I wish every customer service experience was this pleasant.

Came in for dinner on my break, ordered a burger and chips, they were busy (filled to the door with a line) and i only had to wait 8 minutes!! This place really genuinely cares about the quality of the food it serves and that made a world of difference to me. When I return to freo I will definitely return here to eat. Original Review : Really enjoyed the meal here. Arrived with a friend and waited only a short time to be served and even less to have a small but delicious meal brought out. Full of flavor and yum. Don't really recommend the zucchini chips. Mine were soggy with only two crispy ones in top. The aoli dip was non descript from a jar of some description which had no flavor. The sweet potato fries and regular ones were really lovely. And their accompanying dips were good. The burger, well worth the wait, albeit on a small bun. Will return.

I love Grill'd. It's one of mine and my partner's favourite places to eat. I love that it is open till 10pm everyday of the week. It makes getting take out that bit more convenient. When wanting to have take out but realise it's 8:30pm on a Thursday night and only being left with fast-food, this is a great choice as the staff are friendly, the atmosphere is nice, the food taste amazing and it supports the local community. Hands down I'd pick this place over fast-food, especially since they also have great vegetarian dishes. The only let down is that it can get packed but that is expected when it is located in Fremantle.

I think 4 stars is pretty good, my detraction is from the service and also the food itself. I've been to several of these chains in different locations and I think the food in the other locations were better, including the service. Here, the two hostesses / servers were just chatting with each other and didn't even notice we had come in, or didn't care. So it felt like they didn't want to be bothered serving anyone or taking anyone's orders. But staff will probably vary depending on when you go, so if you want grilld, by all means.

But thats ok, still tasted alright. Really enjoyed the tables. They were very sturdy and well put together. Good choice in tables. Subwoofer works well. Great clarity through thoughs low frequencies. The only negative was the whole place smelled. Smelled like cooking. I didnt enjoy that.
