Been here a fair bit, overall good experience but when you purchase the 'crispy cheese & bacon', you'd expect more then this

Ordered 3 burgers, bbq bacon cheese, GF Wild West and GF Baa Baa. Found when I got home that the Baa Baa was missing the meat patty. The 4 stars are for the Manager on at the time, Cathy. She was very apologetic and professional in the manner in which she conducted herself. She is a credit to Whitfords Grilled. If there is a recognition scheme for excellent customer service then I would like to recommend that she is recognised for excellent service. As a note: it was an extremely busy day, the crew on at the time were doing their best. Mistakes do happen, I understand, as I make mistakes myself and happy to admit it. Overall, I would recommend Grilled Whitfords, nice juicy burgers.. : - )

I had the kid's chicken burger but i could not finish it. The serving size was too much for me but it was very nice. My daughter had the Sir Truffle wagyu burger. She liked the grilled wagyu but the cheese they used was too overpowering, she could not thoroughly enjoy the wagyu taste but she finished her burger.

One of the better Grill’d locations that I have been to. Zucchini chips were REALLY good when compared to ones received in other stores. Seating options are good with indoor and outdoor (ones that have a good lookout). They serve Pepsi range instead of coke range which should be a crime. Otherwise thumbs up from me.

service was quite kind however more attention could have been out on the order as ingredients were present that were meant to be removed. I felt the chicken bites were better than usual as they were a bit more crispy and fresh. Chips were also far more fresh than usual which was amazing.

Not one to normally complain however they did forget the chips share plate. Burgers were as expected. It's awkward sitting waiting for chips after finishing the burgers. Staff weren't the most helpful. Standing at the counter with limited courtesy. At least one of the chef's asked if I was ok. Never had any problems at any of the other Grill'd so if this was my first experience, I would not go back.

Went to Grill'd last week and there was a sign for a promo that had expired. Not only did the manager honour the promo, he was really apologic and kind. The burgers were absolutely delicious. Definitely recommend.

This Grill'd location is quite a nice one, seating both inside and out by the water. Of course the burgers are nice (expensive as always), nothing new to report there! The good bit about this place is that they don't mind when you and your friends are all eating food from different places in addition to Grill'd burgers.

I go here a fair bit. Can't possibly fault the staff or the food. Even during the height of covid scariness these guys were professional and efficient. Try the Sir Truffle if you haven't!

Really great service. The staff makes sure that their customers are having a great time in their store; also asks if anything else is needed by the customer. Had great music, not love but the classics, both old and new. Overall I highly recommend this to visitors of the area, anyone looking for great food as well as a friendly environment to eat.

First time at this Grill'd and happy to say the quality seems to be the same through out the chain as it is always hot, fresh and tasty. Price is reasonable for this type of meal. A good selection to suit most everyone, even gluten free buns.

Normally I love grill'd and can never fault it, however I keep thinking about this one visit I had recently and just thought I would bring it to attention. I enjoy eating at grill'd as all the burgers have all the ingredients available and I can easily see what contains dairy and can therefore avoid it due to my breast-fed daughter having a dairy allergy. I had a decent conversation with the man behind the counter about making sure the burger I ordered was dairy free only to have my burger come to me with cheese in it. Unfortunately I took a bite before I realised which meant my daughter had a reaction later that day. Not sure how this happened considering the burgers don't have cheese normally anyway? But I just think people need to realise that food allergies are important and even though accidents happen they need to be more careful. I will come back to this grill'd however I will definitely be more careful before I take a bite.

Great burgers.Pity the place is filthy could do with a good clean. Went there on wkend with grandkids and husband still noticed its looking dirty and needing a good clean think we'll go elsewhere in future as obviously they really dont care too much about cleanliness .Yes husband did talk to someone to voice his concerns. Wipe tables and how about sweep floors with all the food there when your not busy,its just not good enough.

All Grill'ds are great this one is in an amazing spot with beautiful views. The staff are always super friendly. It's more expensive than your standard fare burger joint but it's also significantly better quality. Would recommend.

They do make a good effort to make good food vegan, and they tell you when your choices might not be vegan. So I thoroughly recommend them if you enjoy a vegan lifestyle. Also, they do serve alcohol, but you can't have it outside, which is a bit of a pain.

There are many positives but to be disappointed with few flaws. Firstly its at hillarys boat harbour so its in a beautiful place and overlooking the seaside. In a big space with friendly staff you can order a huge variety of yummy burgers. I had a Sir Truffle burger and wasn't very happy with it. Im not a regular at Grilld but that burger wasn't worth the price. The burger patty was just minced beef created into a small patty. I was expecting a thick wagyu patty or something close. I could get a similar burger at maccas with fries and a drink for a cheaper price. So hopefully this isn't the case in every other shop or it won't be worth it. Overall Grilld is an ok for pricey burgers.

What more is there to say about grill'd. Burgers that make you cream and staff members who talk to you like your their friend. Have had the same at every store I've been to and this is no exception.
