Fantastic quality local burger joint. Up there with the best in Perth. Can be busy at times, and constant stream of delivery drivers through the door. But fresh prepared burgers, flavoured fried chicken and milkshakes are awesome. Free 2player arcade game at the front. Service is good. Book for Friday and Saturday nights or be prepared to wait. Situation in obscure and small set of units. Wall and street art is up for interpretation.

Great burgers here in this hidden spot. Chicken was juicy in the Chicken Royal (I think it could use a little more spice) still a 5/5 burger. The charcoal bun beef burger I found very juicy but not soggy which is great. Boneless fried chicken had a nice crunch and the mixed fries was a novelty.

As usual, the food here are awesome. But more than that was the excellent service given. I came here at around 5 pm, on the 5th Feb 2022 to pick up orders. The young lady counter staff was really polite and kind hearted. She realised that I was looking a bit tired and thirsty, so she offered me water to drink and refilled my empty water bottle. All done in compassion. I really appreciate her gesture of compassion and politeness. She also was very professional in handling orders.

Just recently moved into the neighbourhood and was out exercising. Saw a group of shops and saw JM Burgers having $10 wings with chips on Wednesdays. Decided to try. Chose the sticky hot wings and they were very tasty. It could've been more spicy, but they do have sauces there for you to add. Would definitely come back to try out their burgers.

Dined in on a Thursday at roughly 6pm and was able to be seated immediately. Diner has space for about 16 people (if you include outdoor seating). We ordered 2 TBCs, 1 Chicken Royale, 1 Mac&Cheese and a serve of fries. Meal came up to $60+. Loved the beef patties in the burgers and the chicken was crisped to perfection. Oh, we ordered buffalo wings too but we found them to be a tad saltish and not spicy enough 😂.

Wonderful little hidden burger place. When I walked in I was greeted nicely. It wasn't busy when I ordered but moments after I had sat down the place was full. I ordered the JMB deluxe. And boy was this thing delete,presentation of my meal was simple, with a serving of chips on the side. The burger it self was a tower. This burger was $22.90 and I feel like I got my money's worth. It's not very often I can't finish a whole burger, this was one of them, I wish I could've because the flavours were spot on, the bun held together nicely and the chicken was probably my favourite part after their choice of sauces. I will definitely be coming back here to try more stuff of their menu.

Delicious burgers and amazing sides offered here. Any burger can be made with a vegetarian party which was crispy and delicious. A good selection of burgers and sides. The beef burger patty was succulent and juicy. My friend really enjoyed it. The chicken burger was coated in the crunchiest coating that was really tasty. We had the macaroni topped crispy chicken as a side. The macaroni was so cheesy I could eat it by the bowlful. The chicken has that amazing crunchy coating and goes so well with the cheesy topping. Great combination. The chips were the best I've ever had. I will definitely be back. The customer service is brilliant and very welcoming. The gentleman was helpful and explained the burgers and sides.

A lovely little burger place, this is a hidden jem! The food was delicious and the serving sizes decent. It was a little on the pricey side, $8 for a large serve of chips and $1.50 to add a side of sauce. One of the staff (I assumed one of the owners) had her two toddlers playing inside, which was quite noisy. I found it endearing being a fan of kids and dining alone, but I can see that being offputting for some people. One of the few burger places in the area that's open for lunch so I'm sure I'll be back 😊

A little hidden gem! Came here by the recommendations of a friend and it did not disappoint. The Bulgolgi burger was great (a little too sweet for our personal liking, but nothing to put us off it ), plenty of flavours, colour and a good combination of ingredients. Wait time can be a little long on busy periods, so ordering in advance may be an option for those after a quick feed.

A hidden gem !! One of the best burger joints in Perth in my opinion. JM Burgers is a small store located in Shelley. They have a large menu and also sell loaded fries and chicken wings. My go to order is the Chik n Mac, which has mac and cheese and fried chicken inside!

Wednesday lunchtime specials looked the goods from 11am-2pm, will have to have another crack during this time. Price was reasonable for burger size.

The food here is amazing. Mac and cheese, chilli con carne, amazing. One thing though, it's 8'C outside with wind blowing at 70km/hr, please turn on the heater dude... it's freeeeeeeezing in this shop. Aside from that, amazing place. Will come back again. When it's warmer.

A small little burger place tucked away in the suburbs that sells 5 star burgers, whether it's one of the many amazing burger options they offer or the mouthwatering sides, you can't go wrong at JM Burgers. The interior is a little bit austere but it does the job. My recommendation is the rib meat burger and a side of mac daddy bites.

Would rate as one if the best burger places in Perth. Been several times and NOT once have I been disappointed. The service right through to presentation and of course the taste supersedes any others by far.

Their burgers are pretty good. The buns are sweet, the beef patties are juicy and flavoursome. The sauce combo balanced more between savoury and sweet spectrum, and is complemented well with the right type of veg without making it sloppy. I’ve tried the fried chicken, in both by itself and in burger form, very crispy and not over cooked. It is mildly spicy, and I like it overall. I’ve not tried the sauced chickens (eg, buffalo, etc). Their chips are tasty, but can sometimes be a little too salty. I’ve tried the beer battered, sweet potato and onion rings. They all complement the burgers well. Not tried the desserts yet. Good friendly service, and even has a free arcade machine to play inside.

Loved the food We had the cheese burger, and the charcoal mushy. It was cooked perfectly, and not too dry or overcooked. The mixed basket contained onion rings, sweet potato fries, wedges and regular fries. Which was nice as we had a bit of each :) The menu is pretty extensive, with various options of burgers and wings Parking was a breeze, and we will be back. One of the best burger joints in Perth! I don’t usually write reviews but I have to for this place. The Big Burger is what I call The Juicy Legend Burger. So juicy and full of different flavours that one is not enough. Highly recommend anyone to try any of the burgers here because all of them are one of a kind.

Had a Hamburger meal with fries and coke was excellent a proper juicy tasty beef burger with a beautiful fresh bun, American cheese, salad, bbq sauce and freshly cooked fries. Highly recommended will be going there again. Fed up with the McDonalds and Hungry Jacks ever shrinking tasteless cardboard burger, bun and filling and chips not freshly cooked.

Amazing place, went with my wife and kids (11 & 6). I got the bulgogi beef burger which I had to keep stealing back from my wife, delicious, up there as one of the best. My wife got the fried chicken wings and delectable, nice bit of spice and plenty of serving. My daughter got the pulled pork which was very nice, but bulgogi was better. Pulled pork loaded fries were a treat and generous with the pork and a vanilla milkshake to share. Was an amazing meal and spent the last 10 minutes looking at menu planning our next trip. To quote my 6 year old as we left "thus was awesome". Thanks JM burgers amd Selene for being a lovely host

If you're looking for a different kind of gourmet burger then you come to the right place. It's more of a fusion type of burger, for example, korean fried chicken in a burger, squid ink pasta sauce with charcoal buns, you get the idea. Overall they tasted quiet nice and their sweet potato fries completed the theme. It's worth at least to try them once.

These guys never miss. I’ve had the TBC, chicken royale, pulled pork burger, the big burger and now the rib burger and they are all incredible. Onion rings and chips are always good. I have tried the lemon pepper chicken, southern fried chicken and popcorn chicken and again they are all top notch. Who honestly goes to the effort to blab on to google and put up a bad review. Its a pathetic thing to do. Every single one of these bad reviews are clearly butthead people with no sense to speak to staff in restuarants in a correct manner. I eat at jm burgers a few times a week the food quality is amazing and cosistent as. I have only ever had one mistake by them where i confused the waitress and recieved a different mini buger to what i thought she understood i asked for (i take foreverrrrr to order and got multiple minis) Anyways only ever had one or two cant even remember what other mistake was as im not petty like the ppl leaving bad reviews in a lame attempt to tarnish the busniess. They provide great service food and after eating there so much i actually consider these people my friends (didnt know them from a bar of soap before they opened.) I find these petty bad reviews offensive and sound totally stupidly exxagerated. If you had a better attidude and for some reason had a problem if you spoke to the staff they would look after you. To go and write a bad google review just makes you look daft really. I cant fault the service and food what so ever ive even eaten all the odd stuff on the menu i wldnt even normally eat and that is even all good stuff aswell n i am stupidly fussy. Rant at stupid rude other customers over
