Went there today, a decent size three piece box, maybe could have been cooked a bit longer but pretty good, sadly no drumstick but still a decent size meal and fast service. Maybe lend your staff to the Malaga store and get it running right.. that place is the worst, just read the reviews... anyway, well done today.

Deep fried chicken has a special place in my heart and yes thats definitely in the clogging of arteries sense. Not much beats KFC in the takeaway game and this store has excellent drive through service. 9 times out ten the order is ready before you're at the window!

KFC these days have changed. But the biggest change was the staff being young adults and they tend to forget the little things like drink with your order,napkins, utensils but we all know someone who works there 😉 lol

Since moving to Kelmscott we have ordered from this paticular outlet many times in other words we are regulars. Ok here is the reasons for 3 stars: FOOD:One week fantastic then weeks following continuously poor. Orders wrong consistantly with very rude staff mostly the young new girls who serve with attitudes and argue that the menus are wrong. Always running out of basic menu items Cold,ineatable chips. Hit and miss Zinger wraps if indeed you receive a zinger. Tonight we ordered our usual order No Pepsi max,eneatable chips,No gravy, No large potato and gravy instead two small tubs. Yes I did get my zinger wrap with no complaints and yes we received extra chicken but without explanation of the order not as advertised with several missing items Tonight is our last time to buy from KFC Kelmscott. We have bought our complaints to instore managers and for one order only everything was purfect. We are no longer willing to spend our hard earned dollers to constantly receive poor service,poor food and incomplete orders and staff with less than friendly attitudes This review will be passed onto head office UPDATED 24/03/22 Thank you to the management and area manager. Tonight we had the best,freshest tasty meal from KFC Kelmscott served by super friendly staff. Because we could not fault anything we give a well deserved 5⭐'s We have changed our star rating accordingley. I'm leaving the original complaint on this site to remind KFC the problems we had encounted and to help KFC Kelmscott not slip back to old ways

been using the app for awhile and always head to KFC Kelmscott for a number of reasons : 1) the take note of feedback and always constantly improving 2) the speed of service and not compromising on the quality 3) Bend over backwards for customers ( once made the wrong order online and lovely girl at the counter was willing to swap sides for me ) I've been to countless KFCs in Perth and this outlet was hands-down the best !

Brought a tender box and as I was about to eat one of the tenders I see a mosquito in it, I immediately stopped and chucked it in the bin. Really turned me off from eating kfc

I arrived at 9pm and i am still waiting for my food and its 9.29pm. Unacceptable service for a drivethru service. And to top it off the chips tasted like they had been in the bag for 15 mins or more. Birthday dinner was ruined by poor management, cold food warm beverage and a wait time of 29 minutes. Thanks KFC.

Went a week ago and food was freshly cooked and assembled well, at an off peak hour. Good spice coating made chicken tastier than other outlets. A little slow on drive thru and I don't like that they use gloved hands to touch oven handles and still assemble your burgers but I didn't get sick so... I think that happens at every fast food outlet unfortunately.

This KFC had clean tables, clean floors, and clean toilets. The staff member was very informative, and very helpful and gave a suggestion as a package meal that meant we got what we wanted at a lower price. We did not have to wait very long for our delivery of food and drinks. It was delivered as ordered. Great food. Well done

Our 5 pieces of Original Recipe chicken looked ok but was had a strong burnt taste which probably means something was burnt in the oil it was cooked in...thankfully the popcorn chicken and chips were ok and tasty. When we rang the store to let them know, we got a recorded message saying “No-one is available to take your call and you cannot leave a message” so we decided to report it through this way. 🍗 🥴👎

There will be atleast 10 cars infront of me but yet you'll only be waiting around 15mins or so really fast service the only kfc ive ever been to that is as quick and everytime my order is correct and fresh the staff is always polite too which is great . Inconsistent, too many young people not trained to care enough about giving good service. Chips are either super good or have no salt and undercooked. Chicken is usually good. Burgers can sometimes be dry.

Excellent service. Excellent food. Always white chicken in my rooster roll. They never forget sauces. Always have serviettes. I've recently discovered home delivery and food's always delivered within half an hour and still great and complete order.

Very slow service and quality on a few occasions was below standard and their prices are slightly higher than the other KFC shops. Also we were given less pieces of chicken than ordered a few times. Will only go here if in not in the mood to drive further.

Today and my family had lunch at the new and improved Kelmscott KFC. We were served by a lovely girl who gave the impression that nothing was too difficult for her. Being diabetic I asked what she could recommend and showing that she has some knowledge of a diabetic's needs, she was able to ask me appropriate questions that enabled me to make an informed decision. Thank you for taking the time to do this. Everything about the new building is wonderful. When you walk in the front door there is a totally different atmosphere - it's very relaxed and happy. There's a lot more space and it's more modern. The public toilets are fresh, clean, and spacious. In addition to the usual men and womens toilets they also have a toilet especially for those who have disabilities, or have babies that need changing. The newly revamped carpark also has a disabled bay, in addition to a lot more bays than the previous one did. Also outside they have catered for all the extra people that they get in the drive thru by having two drive thru lanes. They also have two drive thru windows. At one window you pay for your order and at the second window you collect your order certainly speeds up the process. I can't recommend this store enough. If you haven't been there yet, make sure you do and take your friends and family with you. It's worth the effort.

At least 1 out of 3 times something in my order is misplaced. On occasions ive had really burnt chicken then others ive had very nicely cooked chicken. One occasion they had run out of most chicken peices and only offered wings and a few breast peices. I was fully re imbursed all times ive had issues with this kfc though id rather eat at haynes kfc.
