Honest Review Burger head Among those two softest pieces of bun was Zinger chicken, with a very tasty sauce, some salads, with dripping melted cheese, and lots of yummy sauces, making it one of the juiciest burgers I ever had in Peshawar. That juiciness i can still feel it in my mouth how juicy it was .i am in love with this burger . Believe me these photos are not doing any justice to the actual thing. I ate it after my work out but still couldn't finished it , it is more then enough for one person. The Taste, Stuff, Quality and Quantity was top notch. I would definitely recommend this place. And one more thing staff is nice. Overall (10/10) quality / quantity/ stuff everything was up to taste I will recommend it , try it once at least

Thought we would give burger head a crack. But we will not be returning ordered a cheeseburger which was pretty good. Also got a clucky burger but chicken was over cooked and swimming in sauce. The chicken bites were way over cooked which I had to take back as they were uneatable which they were happy to remake and were much better the second time. The chips were a decent serving size.

Best burgers in the west. My partner and I have come here many times over the last few years and have never been disappointed. Beef and chicken burgers cooked to perfection every time. I cannot recommend Burger Head enough!! I recently had my 40th birthday in the Blue Mountains and was lucky enough to have Burger Head cater for the event at our house. It was in December 2021 and I’m sure they had other larger events they could’ve catered for, however, Josh and his team attend my special day and boy did they deliver!! My wife and I have had their burgers at their restaurant in Penno, and I can tell you they’re just as good out of the truck as they are in the restaurant! Josh and his team arrived onsite and delivered 2hrs of amazing burgers!! Everyone is still talking about it! I can’t thank Josh and the team at Burger Head enough for making everything run so smoothly!!

Fantastic burgers!! I had the Americano with bacon-a life changing combo of beef patty, brisket and bacon. Wow!!! The chips with liquid cheese sauce were also amazing. Phenomenal service completed a great lunch experience. Would totally recommend Burger Head to everyone.

Finally after being told on a number of occasions that they make one of Sydney's best burgers i paid a visit! And you know what its definitely up there. I don't often have a plain Cheese Burger without hacking it somehow. So this was refreshing to try out their orignal burger and be able to taste delicious Smashed Pattie with Hi-Melt Cheese. I might have to try out Cheese Burgers more often!

Best burgers in town!! Serve is generous and staff very friendly and helpful. Last night it was six of us and they made sure that we all get food at the same time...and everyone paid separately. Not too many stand out places to eat around Penrith so this place is refreshing. The beer burger was lovely and really tasty and juicy the chicken burger wasn’t quite as flavoursome. If I went back we’d only bother with the beef. There is always a decent crowd but I haven’t seen it too busy The service is friendly enough for a take away shop. All the staff seem be quite young.

Travelled from Campbelltown for a friend who live's in Penrith's promise as "consistently the best burgers you will have ever had" once a few months ago and thought that they couldn't be THAT GOOD. But i was so wrong! Burger Head consistently delivers nothing short of amazing food across their entire menu. The menu may be a little smaller, but this just means every meal, every time is salubrious perfection. Fortnightly special burgers and shakes are always something real special and get me driving the 45 mins to Penrith just for a feed fairly often. Portions are pretty big and the team at BH are always delivering top notch customer service and happy to talk you through what's good if you are bringing someone new to try the BH experience. Bonus points for the velvet Kramer on the wall.

Definitely one of my favourite burger places ✨ Nine months later and I genuinely N E E D to reiterate how fantastic this place is - from the quality of their food to being vocal where many other places are not in regards to their ethics and their staff (fundraisers and shoutouts), Burgerhead are outstanding. Every special they put out is amazing - the Chicken Twistie burger and the Cease and Desist absolutely smashed it I'm very excited seeing Burgerheads plans for 2020 and the future (especially Burgerhead merch 😍) and can't wait to see them continue to achieve what they've worked so hard for!

Been a customer for the best part of 3 years, these guys are by far the best in the business, the level of consistency is extremely difficult to maintain but these guys excel in it! Wether it’s a burger special or the burgers that are on their menu, note: all burgers must go with their cheesed up fries, it is the best cheesed up fries you will ever eat!!! you will not be disappointed. I see a lot of reviews complaining about the price to McDonalds. Come on! Quality over quantity. These burgers are worth it, and on top of it all, their customer service is excellent. Through my experience with Burger head over the years, I have not had any disappointments with anything, highly recommend if you want a true burger experience!

After seeing the Facebook reviews I decided to try this place. Overall the place looked tidy, the overall interior looked dark. The staff were nice when I approached the counter I was asked beef or chicken. I felt like beef and then realised there was only two to pick from. I went with the more expensive option. Tonight I felt the burger was overpowered with sauce that i couldn't taste the beef, cheese or caramelized onion. I hope this was a one off and would like to give a chicken burger a try. Price point was a little high for what i was served tonight.

I found this shop is deemed as top 12 burger shops in NSW but I was a bit disappointed as I have to say the classic cheese burger has a bit over sauce and which causes I can’t really eat how good is the meat. Probably the day before I ate a burger from American BBQ kitchen, their burger is overwhelming beating burger head. I also don’t like their crispy chicken bites because it’s too dry for me although it’s really crispy and hot. To be honest, Although their foods are not satisfied “me”, I still give them 4/5 as their service is extremely good.

Amazing food! Best burgers I have ever had, I have taken at least 8 people there since it's presence has blessed Penrith's food scene. It's not a typical burger joint either, you can feel the passion and love that goes into the environment and food that Burger Head produces. From the ever changing and amazing specials, to the lovely staff and experience you get when you go there, you're never left feeling unsatisfied or displeased. It truly is my favourite restaurant and I LOVE watching them grow and gain the recognition they deserve. Hats off to all the staff that make it a great place to go for a great feed.

Overall great place to grab a burger. It has a very small menu however the quality of the food was definitely up there. The burger was 8/10, soft buns with tender, juicy beef which was great. The brisket didn't really fit the requirements of a standard Americana burger although it wasn't the worst idea. The size of the burger wasn't as big as it looks on the pics so the portions aren't probably the size majority of customers would expect although the quality was still good. Excellent customer service with very friendly and approachable staff. Main reason I can't give full 5 stars is that I noticed the handling of the burgers was done without any gloves, which may trigger a lot of people out there.

Perhaps it’s better when you’re able to dine in. But, I ordered take away and spent over $80. It was good, and I’d return in future, but certainly not the best burger I’ve ever had. Seemed a bit unorganised when I went in and collected my order. Edit - just to be clear as I realise I didn’t type that out very well. I have no complaints about the price at all. I was trying to get across that myself and the others I ate Burger Head with didn’t just get one item. We had a decent sized order and therefore tried a number of items between us.

What a fantastic place. Not local to the area but came across when searching for lunch places. Friendly service, food came quickly and the place was fairly busy, which is a win with a hungry toddler. The burger was so tasty and delicious (The Louis) . My sons chicken was so juicy and tender, not a complaint from him as he demolished his food. The Oreo shake was also great although I personally would scrap the fake chocolate syrup. Will definitely head out this way again just to eat here!!!

I ordered from burgerhef today for my lunch, they were fast and efficient and I honestly wish I could have ordered in rather than take away. The atmosphere was lively and different, as well as a mix of old nd new music that kept it fresh. The food was great, I had The Louis, which was just lovely however a little bland, I wish I had a touch more salt and spices in the meat which would have perked it up a touch. Fresh ingredients and a good chip to burger combination, I wish it was also a little less greasy too. But other than that it was a great experience and a good lunch. Happy to go there again.

5 stars is an understatement of the quality of food found here! Having eaten at many burger places across Sydney, none compares to Burger Head 😍 Ordered the Americano, and was in absolute awe after the first bite. Flavoursome, juicy, cooked to perfection and a decent serving size 👌🏽 The service can't be flawed either. The welcoming attitude and friendliness of the staff is evident from the moment you step in. While the chips lack seasoning and the prices are on the expensive side compared to other burger restaurants, it'll not stop me from returning here time and time again!

This is my favourite burger joint by a wide margin. I've been meaning to leave a review for such a long time. Some things I love about this place: •The fortnightly specials are always innovative and delicious and I make an effort to try them all. •The staff are lovely and look after their regulars. (I even received a Christmas card last year) •They look after their staff. •The regular menu is great with a lot of variety, I'm personally quite fond of the chicken. •They have house made ice tea (I'm a huge fan of the lemon). •The location is super accessible to those of us in the north west Sydney. I regularly travel to the city for great food, but the quality of BurgerHead rivals some of the best, putting it right up there with bar luca. If Penrith is a bit far they regularly have food trucks that pop up in other areas like stratified, bellavista and i believe Bondi. Keep an eye out for them!

Staff were a bit unorganised and one came up to us and asking what we ordered, when I replied they rolled their eyes and yelled “not the order I’m looking for” as if it were our fault? Other customers stared and it was quite embarrassing! Burger was yum, 35 minute wait for take away but the “cease and desist” was delicious! The son of chick was lacking spice but still good! The chicken bites were great value and came with sauce (which I ended up putting on the son of a chick burger because there wasn’t much sauce but that’s okay!). Keen to come back and try the Louis!

THE best burger you'll ever eat. As a fusspot I am very picky but they tick all the boxes. I love their patties and buns- there's nothing worse than a hard bun!! The portions are huge and I've never walked away hungry. In fact we usually waddle away utterly full. We've never waited too long for an order and we've never had an order come out wrong. My only beef is the stools for outdoor seating (mama likes a chair with a back) but that in no way affects the deliciousness that is burger head.

One of the best burger joints in Sydney. Went early morning when they first opened at 11.30 not 30 minutes later the venue was already filled with people. Slight wait for food but worth the wait as it's fresh. We ordered the cheese burger, chicken burger both with bacon and the roasted white choc milkshake. Chicken burger was HUGE. The chicken itself was well cooked and tender, with the outside batter crispy and crunchy. For someone who doesn't love white chocolate the roasted white choc was amazing. Will definitely eat here again!

Burger Head know what's up. I've been here numerous times, but tonight they proved they know how to make the tastiest patties out there. The Better Mac special they had going was a symphony of flavour. I usually avoid double patty burgers as it generally highlights just how bland most burger joints patties are, but Burger Heads blend is so tender and perfectly cooked. Super bloody tasty. Their secret sauce, or whatever it's called, is top notch and they don't skimp on it, nor do they overdo it. You could take each part of the burger, and it would be damn tasty on it's own. I will admit that pretty much every time I order, I get a bit annoyed at how much I've just spent... That thought completely disappears by the time im wolfing my burger down, though. Yes, they are pricey, but they're worth it. It would be cool if the specials were still technically on the menu but you could only order them if you remember what they were There have been so many classics, but that Twisties burger was bad ass. And the Bolognese one. And the chicken Mac and cheese. Burger Head got it going on.

start off by saying the staff were friendly and helpful. But over priced for what you pay for. A beef burger meal (with chips and a can of drink) and a chicken burger meal were close to $45. I may have went with the wrong choice and got the chicken burger but was not the greatest or in fact definitely not worth as much was paid. The beef burger looked awesome but then again so did the chicken burger at first. The chips were nice and crunchy though. And only 5 burgers to choose from was a disappointment since this place is called "burger head" you'd assume it would have a larger verity. for better quality and or quantity would suggest outback steak house or hogs breath

We went on a Tuesday night. The staff were so friendly and thorough which was refreshing. We had the Louis burger with bacon added. The burgers and chips were AMAZING. I couldn't finish it all and seriously considered taking the scraps home for later. 2 burgers with added bacon, chips, 2 cans of soft drink and a milkshake it came to about $50 so I'd say that's pretty good. We will be back! Ps: we tried big poppas a few weeks prior and this place definitely trumps it.

Staff are friendly, efficient and helpful alongside a great selection of burgers and beers, accomodating to most dietary types with a very yummy vegan option -the mike tyson; a mushroom burger that has a texture similar to pulled jackfruit with a very smokey bbq flavour & crispy kale which is true to its description. The meat options are great and apparently delicious with the chicken burgers becoming something of a godly legend around penrith. Pretty solid burgers and fries, and nice and quick service combined with a chilled eating area outside makes this a good place to catch up with mates. The Clucker (fried chicken burger) was really great! Crisp fried chicken which was moist on the inside but crunchy and not too oily on the outside coupled with a nicely toasted bun and onions. Would recommend this place and the Clucker for sure!
