First I thought the decor was ironic. They are portraying to be this green planet saving business, and the theme of the restaurant is industrial, and uses plastic plants of species of plants that could happily grow indoors. Plastic is made from oil. The impossible burger is indeed like beef. You can not tell its not beef. Only if it was better tasting that would have been great. Like some herbs may be, or something. After the second time I over eating a science experiment. Now make good tasting burger, please.

Always awesome tasty burgers with friendly service. Our kids love the kids pack and the latest heroes toys. Waygu beef burger was super juicy and full of flavour. The chips share plate is always a family favourite. Highly recommended.

We are regulars of GrillD and love it. However this was my first time at Grill’d broadway and when I asked for extra extra spicy for my chilli addict burger, the burger given to me was plainer than the normal chilli addict.

Quite busy on a weekday lunch, but not too long before food was out. Burger was a decent size, and tasty. Chips were very well seasoned. Price was a little high, but pretty good for a burger place in the city. Staff were friendly and efficient.

Part of the packed Broadway food court, I recommend Grill’d as an upmarket burger experience if you are headed to the nearby movies. I wanted to go a bit left-field so I went for a veggo burger option - deliciously flavoured! Moreish chips. My partner satisfied his appetite with a cute slider selection, so there’s something for all tastes. Prices on par with what you expect for this kind of dude-food.

Nice burgers, quick service. You can't really ask for more for a weekday lunch. Students should definitely take advantage of the free drink offer available between Monday and Wednesday. Free Kombucha? How good!

Most overrated burger in the town. We can have many options of healthy. But you charge $14.5 for that small portion is not the worth. I would rather go in Vietnamese and eat Banh-mi. Plus extra for drinks and chips. Change the prospect of the business by providing lunch deals. No one will spend $25 in lunch for one.

The burgers here were good and value not too bad. The service was exceptional under the circumstances as there was one worker taking orders, cleaning tables and delivering orders for the entire store. Come on give this poor person some help. It's a busy shopping centre and I'm sure you guys can afford 2 young people to do this and not just one.

The best Grill'd ever. We are from the Central Coast and whenever we are in Sydney we specifically visit this Grill'd. I have coeliac disease and they are always super thorough with limiting the cross contamination. They area also super friendly, and even though they offer the same menu items as the other Grill'd stores, for some reason they taste 100x better here!! Can't recommend highly enough.

The burgers here are delicious! I had the waygu burger with the truffles this time and this is definitely my favourite. The customer service is also good. The shop has limited seating capacity so its best to take away at the moment. I will be back!

Fantastic service! I was visiting with a friend of mine who’s allergic to eggs. We’d asked to have Mayo on the side and our burger came with Mayo separately. We have really felt looked after with very attentive staff checking on us and making sure the food is as expected. The best Grilld service.

Went today at grilld Broadway had an argument with another customer because he spat on me but then a manager compensated with a warm can of coke ,but then finally ordered the crispy bacon & cheese burger and it was absolutely disgusting ! I loved it I recommended it to the jewish marching band on George street and they spat it out , will be going back love your burgers, also furious that you can’t do your fries gluten free, I’m on a gen z fad diet although I’m not allergic to gluten I’d like to stay a supreme girl boss babe status and only treat my body like a temple , I did threaten to jump one of your staff today , told them to meet me outside of Lotus Dining , but never showed up , regardless your food is garbage and will be definitely going back!!! It was a miserable day outside so we decided to go shopping at Broadway. Lunchtime came and we walked past Grill’d and decided to stop in. Even though the place was jam packed and super busy the young guy that took our order was really friendly and warming as well as had a great sense of humour. There was a couple of guys(couldn’t say gentlemen) that were being extremely rude and disrespectful at the counter but the manager(Alex) handled the situation with professionalism, courtesy and total respect, even though the guys didn’t deserve it. The other server was so great he diverted the waiting customers to another register and continued with his happy, warm, friendly service and got them all all sorted. If these guys actually call head office or leave a terrible message about Alex or the staff, it is totally uncalled for. Thank you Grill’d Team Broadway for making our Sunday lunch a good experience.

Nothing exceptionally unique but has a buzzing atmosphere. Staff are very friendly and takes your order in a timely manner. It can be a hit-and-miss affair with the taste. I had a rather dry burger buns and soggy tomatoes. Overall it's not a bad spot for fast food and food to go. It's on the top floor of Broadway Shopping Centre near the cinema. No lavatory in this eatery but you can easily find one in the centre. Family friendly and kids seem to love the chips. Reasonably priced.

Never been here before but I will be back. I Had the beef & bacon burger around $13. Thought $13 for a burger with no fries or drink was a bit expensive, however the burgers were so big juicy, delicious & so tasty, you don't need the fries. They do serve fries & drinks for extra.i believe. Overall one of the best burgers I have eaten in my life & 100% a must go to eat place.

More than anything else - the staff are impeccable, especially the blonde haired waiter who went out of his way to make sure everyone was looked after. Would recommend.

Excellent customer experience. I decided to buy the fabled caesar palace, and it was made impeccably by the head chef. Staff were extremely friendly, always put on a smile and constantly changing gloves and maintaining good hygiene which is extremely important in these trying times. 10/10 would recommend.

I tried the truffled wagyu beef burger for 16$. The taste was great (not a taste you will find easily somewhere else) but the size of the burger rather small. I think it's a good choice knowing the other burgers were few dollars less. My kid had a kid menu composed of a beef burger, fries and an apple juice. I finished it and we loved it! On top of the superior taste, the fact that they give to local associations/communities and sell/use local products will make you clearly reconsidering having a burger based meal at Maccas or Hungry Jack's.

I love what this company stands for. Not only do you put something back into the community but you are eating relatively healthy (well for a burger bar anyway). Excellent burgers from a reputably gourmet company, in particular the sweet chilli chicken on this occasion was of immense quality, and always filling as it always is. Good prime steating, the kitchen is nice and in open view, the staff were very nice and the food was better than some other Grill'd outlets that I've been to. In a rush there is not much seating and there can be a wait, but that would appear to be a function of their physical store and not in their management of it.

GRILL'D IS KETO FRIENDLY AND SO ARE THE STAFF!!! So my boyfriend and I were sick of having to eat at home on this keto diet... although Keto is amazing... it can also be really crappy if you are a massive foodie like me. We ordered a hot bird and an almighty with zucchini chips- trying to take out the carbs and they they dissesembled the burgers in a bowl With cos lettuce leaves instead of buns! When the burgers came out we realised that the zucchini chip were coated in breadcrumbs 😩 And as tasty as they looked, we couldn't eat them. We had to be 'that couple' and leave them... however the lovely lady that served is understood the struggles of keto and gave us a refund for them! Thank you Grill'd Broadway for being absolute stars! We know where we will be eating from now on ❤️

The most confusing seating system especially when you are without company. You choose a table and stay in a line hoping nobody at the front of you selected the same table. What happened with the get a number when you order system? By the way the beef burgers are great.
