So nice and easy to have a gluten free burger and chips that are safe to eat on a strict gluten free diet. The gf bun is good quality and didn't dissolve or fall apart. Ordered via the QR code for delivery to our table.

Came here a couple of times, the burgers were decent but a little too small for its price. For $13-$15 one can get better and larger burgers elsewhere. Greatly dislike how dirty the place is, came on a Monday and I had to walk from table to table to see if there was a clean one. There wasn't. All the chairs were dirty and the tables didn't look like they were properly wiped. Good thing is staff are friendly, and I support their responsible practices in encouraging people to eat vegan burgers as well as donate to charities.

Amazing burgers! Highly recommend the waygu or the simple cheese and bacon. The exhaust system from the restaurant is easily the best free advertising Grill'd in Chatswood has, you walk anywhere nearby and you get the scent and you are instantly starving for a Grill'd burger

The restaurant fit for me and my other friends comfortably and I was really fascinated by my burger! I chose one of the vegan options and it was very well done and super tasty. The restaurant also listed out the calories which makes this a perfect place for me to visit knowing how much I am eating. The burger is super tasty too, and I would recommend the Beyond Garden Goodness Vegan burger!

Tried the summer sunset and bird and brie which were both quite nice. The bun was burnt which made it taste bitter but otherwise a nice burger. They do get quite busy which is a bit annoying. Average price per burger is $11. I find adding chips is a bit too much but they do tasty chips.

Had been here twice which was 2017 and 2018. The hamburger's bread had crispy outside and softly inside texture feel when it get to your mouth. Also the amount of roasted sesame stick outside the bread was crunch enough which make the beard taste better. Shop were self services but still OK for me. I absolutely love this place. The quality of the food is great and they are very fast delivering the order to the table. The staff is very friendly as well. I would say that in COVID times, the tables inside the restaurant are a little bit close to each other, especially in the upper floor, but they indeed respect the minimum required distance by law. It's just probably a perception as the place is not too big, compared with other restaurants of the brand. They also have a bunch of tables outside. During peak hours, the street is really busy with heaps of cars and noisy buses and people walking close to the tables (the restaurant is in one of the busiest zones of Chatswood) but outside peak hours, dinning outside is really nice and makes the Grill'd experience even better.

I can say one of the best burger but pricey one. The taste was good. Amazing part was the bun. The sauces inside are in right proportion so no worries of Pattie and other fillings getting spillers out while eating as everywhere been the case I usually experienced. The chips were good but too dry from inside. I am not a fan of dips so didn't ordered but then found chips were pretty bland in taste. I suggest others to order dip and don't assume by herbs garnish on chips as they don't add any taste or flavour to chips except the salt sprinkled on chips.

This store is a bit smaller than sone of the others and have outside ( on the street side) sitting as well as inside. When I got the burger I thought the bacon was missing but when I opened the bun there was a small circle bacon hiding under the bun. I don't like circle bacon. Nov 2018 update: Today's visit has shown that the quality of food is not being maintained - the patty in my Almighty burger is overcooked and hard as nails. Add their inability to carry out a simple instruction of leaving out the beetroot, and lack of brioche buns and I'm reducing their rating to 3-stars. (Previous comments) Now that they have reduced the salt in their chips and burgers, I think their burgers are among the best around Chatswood.

We usually go to the one in Rouse Hill so we thought we try the one in Chatswood too...and can confirm the food is consistently yummy wherever you go! Very tasty, with quality ingredients, fresh, great selection and friendly service. I love the sweet potatoes or zucchini chips with my chicken burger, beats the usual fries any day. They also support 3 different local community groups/causes each month, - each group gets a jar and when you order your meal you get a token to put in one of the jars, and at the end of each month the one with the most gets $300 and the other 2 get $100 each which is pretty cool.

This is a great spot to chow down on a delicious burger and to do some people watching on busy Victoria Avenue. The burgers are delicious as usual for a Grill'd franchise, and it's very easy to find. I recommend the mustard n' pickle burger and the summer sun. The fries are delicious with their herb salt as well, so make sure you get some to share for the table.

I come for the burgers, I leave because of the hipsters. Entering Chatswood Grill'd, you are greeted to this little burger joint by incredibly friendly staff who seem to glide around the place on rollerskates rather than walk (unfortunately, not literally). With the speed and efficiency that they get around, they are sure to work up a sweat serving their hungry hipster customers. There is always a small queue at the ordering counter. But this allows you to digest the menu as an entree and make perhaps the most important decision of the last four minutes - "what burger will I have and will I risk going for those crazy green hipster chips instead of potato?" After you have ordered and settled down on a hipster table, you will busy yourself staring at the hipster wallpaper on the hipster walls for a quick few minutes until your food comes. If the hipster decor doesn't appeal to you, don't worry, you never need to wait very long before you're looking at a plate instead. Or, you can get your meal for take-away so you can get your burger on the run. When you receive your burger (again, very friendly and prompt staff), you will be enjoying a burger which is of a good size and of rather excellent taste. They never last long. Those hipsters certainly do know how to make a good burger. The juice that's left behind on your plate post-enjoyment is the perfect sauce for your chip of choice. Grill'd chips are some of the best i've had. Excellent seasoning and just the right amount of salt and crunch. I've never had a bad meal here. On the surface, the prices appear slightly high, there are certainly cheaper ways to eat out. The atmosphere might not be for everyone, it's certainly a place for the dangerously hip (do the kids still say that?). Saying this, when you receive your burger, it all makes sense for a glorious few minutes of taste-bud bliss. There is one other thing to mention here. When you place your order, you receive a bottlecap. This cap can be used for one of two purposes. You can use this cap as a form of currency when we finally blow ourselves up and are living in a Fallout-inspired post-apocolyptic wasteland, or you can place the token in one of the given jars near the door. This is a form of democratic charity, where each jar represents a specific charitable cause, and the business will donate a portion of profits to the most popular charity. This gives you a warm fuzzy feeling as you leave, with your tummy delightfully full.

We waited on the street for an order that never came. Before I could ring this man, his number vanished. We are receiving a refund but some wounds can't be healed. Igor, this is not over.
