I have been here a couple of times for dine in and even if the shop is not very busy the wait times are significantly higher than other Grill’d shops. The burger and the customer service was ok just like other Grill’d shops.

Mainstream burger with lo cal bun. Average to be honest, not a good temperature, was cool, some chips hot some old and dry. Not the best grilled. So real service, never asked how meal was as they usually do. But food let review down.

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Always look forward to Grill'd as the service and food is always great. We got the Beyond Vegan Goddess burgers and Chip Plate to share. They helped us make sure our sauces were Vegan with the chips (as they're not usually so) and came over and asked.

The asian girl at the counter was yelling at me over the loud music. And they gave my burger to someone else, i have to wait quite a while for my burger to be remade. But the girl serving me was really nice and friendly, she quickly realise something is not right and recheck what happen to my order. But overall, it's not so pleasant experience.

Came here for a late lunch. I ordered the classic chicken burger but as you can see in this photo, that wasn't what was served to me. Maybe the girl at the counter wasn't paying attention or maybe she couldn't hear me properly over the obnoxiously loud music or both. I didn't bother having my order replaced because I was starving already and I didn't want to wait another 10mins. The food was okay but since I was starving it turned out great.

“Sir Truffle”, yes sir! Those premium Wagyu pattie with aged cheddar, cos lettuce, basil and truffle Mayo... Simply the best, simple ingredients, taste so good! And they do serve this low carb bun too, made from almond meal, (tapioca flour?) and honey, it was light and yet so good. I would give 5 star review if I taste and found basil leaves in my burger as described, but I think they forget to put in. Zucchini fritters, was lightly crumbed, and seasoned with sea salt, perfection!

Located in the ever popular World Square, Grill'd stands out as one of the best burger stores in the vicinity. It offers delicious and carefully made burgers with a good number of options for ingredients such as the type of buns, the patty and the sauce. My personal favourite is the Beyond burgers which, being plant based, gives you a lighter feeling once you've had one. The prices are very reasonable given its quality. Even though it is fast food, it feels more like a proper restaurant than your typical McDonald's.

Sad ambiance, music too loud. Friendly staff trying to make up for it, but it is an uphill struggle. Burgers are ok, but nothing to write home about. The sauces coming with the chips are varied, the herb one to intense in flavour, the chilly could not be identified as chilly. The chipotle was great though. Considering it all, I would have to say I'd rather go to Hungry Jack's.

Omg Sydney's best kept secret is Grill'd healthy burgers i only got the crispy bacon n cheese and best burger I've eaten since I've been in Sydney previously thought the salty squid at the Sydney Fish Marrket had the best burgers well honestly they don't even come close to comparison without running them down they are completely flavourless when Comparing to Grill'd , Grill'd is honestly on another level to anything else in Sydney sits by its self on the Top shelf you get me like a 11 out of 10 it deserves its sixth star. Everything started bad and I was already in a very bad mood. My vegan burger come with dairy mayo. In my opinion, the stuff should ask if the client wants a vegan option or a vegetarian one. The tall Asian guy in the service turned me from an upset to a happy client within seconds. He offered to replace my burger and he apologised on behalf of the kitchen for the mistake. For 1 more time, this place proved that the stuff training is really good. On the top of that, I received a $20 voucher. Thanks guys. You are the best!!! See you next time.

Grill'd is a nice casual restaurant. When you come in, they seat you at a table and give you your menus. Then you get up and go to the counter to order. When your food is prepared, they will serve it to you at your table. It's quick, and because there is less labor than other business models, the prices are reasonable. The restaurants located in the very popular shopping center. The person taking our order was concerned enough to take ownership of making sure that items that would cause an allergic reaction were not included. We interfaced with the order taker and the delivery person. Everyone there was very nice to us.

Bless the Grill'd World Square employees. Each and everyone of you are amazing. Always polite, attentive and efficient. Wait time is not long and the food is consistently good. The restaurant offers good service and is well furnished. However that being said, i wish Grill'd management would better direct their energy to pay the staff a decent wage instead of creating their fancy pancy interior. It is solely the hard work of the staff that make this place work. Hopefully customers and grill'd management show their appreciation more. Thank you all.

Grill’d never disappoints. Great location for a pre or post movie meal. Liked that they now have the nutrition amounts on the menu. Couldn’t choose which burger to have so got 2 sliders and they were more than enough. My friend had the low carb bun which is awesome to have available

The staff are really nice. The food is quite average but still tasty. The chips are quite good but the burgers are average. Grill’d is quite expensive. My favourite part about all grill’d s are that you get to support charities from the bottle caps you get on your tables.

Visited this place many times and mostly happy with food and service They change the menu so often that sometimes its a bit confusing to pick the right burger. They offer bun less burger in a bowl, vegetarian and a great range if traditional burgers. Prices are a bit high with a burger, chips and a drink more than $20. The interior design and atmosphere is cool. Staff are mainly nice and friendly and tables are clean.

Great for variety, they play with lots of ingredients and combinations to keep the humble burger interesting. Been there three times, twice it was great and once was meh. Pass on the wagyu variations, but the brisket burgers are worthy contenders. The real star of the show here is the fries.

Surprisingly good. I ordered the beef 'mustard & pickled' burger and regular grill'd fries with herb mayo sauce. It was my first time ever visiting Grill'd and it lived up to expectations, after wanting to try but never getting around to it for many years.

My local grill'd. Excellent location really large restaurant. We often get take away cause we live just up the road. My partner gets the same burger everytime beyond garden goodness and often they'll ask vegan or vegetarian and he always says vegetarian but comes home with a vegan one not realising until he's back haha however they've never got my order wrong.. Maybe it's his accent. Anyway he has me ordering for him now 😂😂

Great place.. Burgers always good, and we eat here often.. Our kids especially like this place. (Just one annoying thing - when you turn up to eat-in, before placing your order, you need to pick a table and tell them at the counter.. Hard to do this when you haven't sat down.. )

I love the taste of their burgers! But the music in there is way too loud, and the outside sitting can be a bit awkward... some random guy came up to me and ask for $5. Twice. On separate occasions. When I said no, he tried to negotiate, then try to intimidate me. It really put me off. But that's not the restaurant's fault. It's just the location.

We flew into Sydney from Perth, on our way back to NZ. We were tired and starving, and just about ready to eat our own boots. Him: "Are you sure it's worth the uber, can't we just get something around here?"
