Good fish and chips , large and delicious fish (flathead) battered perfectly for $10 , a great price. Staff were friendly and were singing and having a great time. Chips were a little soggy and lacked some taste tho. Tartare and ketchup were tasty. Onion rings were perfect as well.

Unfortunately had to give 3 stars as food varies greatly. Staff and owner is lovely and customer service is great. Burgers are pretty good. Fish is often very oil which isnt good. Some days food is great and others not so much

My wife said to me , if it looks dodgy don't get fish and chips... walked in and the place did look dated but staff real friendly and I was hungry. Batter not as crispy as I like and a tad greasy but the fish used really made up for it, so moist and fresh and heaps of it! If the batter had been light and crispy this fish would have been up there with some of the best.

WOW! Haven't had fish and chips so good in many years!!! Great flathead in amazing batter, chips the way chips should be, and oysters fresh and plump. And all served by the lovely Kate who is so friendly and cheerful You put the Sydney fish and chips to shame Kate. Well done, we will be back.

It's the best takeaway in the area. Gets busy at times but that's because it's a hit with the locals, worth phoning in you order in around 10-20 Min earlier. They source all local ingredients & prepare food in store. ( chicken burgers are freaking huge.) Stop here before heading down the waterfront.

Great customer service. Awesome bunch of ladies. Ordered my favourite chicken doner kebab but to my suprise, turned out to be fried aussie snitzel chicken kebab instead of traditional shaved chicken kebab. It wasnt too bad and the wrap was filled with alot of chicken. Personally, I love the traditional shaved chicken kebab and wouldnt try this again but I think there are many people out there who would enjoy it. 5 star customer service, 3 stars for the kebab and chips, and 3 stars for the price. Overall, 4 stars. Thanks guys.

Very good feed, always get food on time, chips aren’t always cooked as asked but good enough, egg on burgers is sometimes suss but can deal with it, don’t put a lot of chicken salt on the chips though.

Great little find, sit by the water and enjoy the river breeze while tucking into a dozen oysters or a plate of fresh prawns. All for just spare change! Don’t forget to bring some wine as it’s BYO.
