A decent stay. The rooms were above average but don’t expect 5 star. The beds and pillows were the best part, which I guess is the most important thing! The location was handy and close to nice restaurants and bars and walking distance to the inner CBD action but away from the hustle and bustle. They were not very big. The pool and gym area on level 10 was great with a view. For the price point, it’s reasonable

I loved the room I got, floor to ceiling glass windows made for an excellent view across Adelaide from the churches to Adelaide Oval. I got dessert room service which was refreshing and light - and I want it again. They provide a small personal sleep spray atomiser if requested. The pool was nice, although where it is located, everyone at the bar can watch you swim. Which I found a bit uncomfortable.
B. N.
Great stay! Check-in was swift as I was assisted by Harsh. His customer service made me want to come back, along with all the support during the stay.
Would come back and recommend to friends.
Great location and close to a fantastic Italian restaurant

Staff were good.
Bed was great.
Views- amazing.
No complimentary water, no 24/7 room service, coffee machine in room was a hassle and didn't have a place for milk, Luke warm coffee-yuck.
Pool is gorgeous.
Overall It was ok, don't know if it was worth what I paid, but it was ok.

This hotel is like a home away from home. Comfortable and elegant. Service is kind and the rooms are always clean and attractive and smell good. The bed is so comfy but the pillows are a bit too bouncy. Great value breakfast if u prepay.

Restaraunt booking taken when it was not open and in room dining was disgrsceful in quality and presentation. Consider allternative dining establishments.
Great views, cleanliness as expected but unfortunately this does not override …

During Covid we have had many staycations in our home town Adelaide … the Crown Plaza has to be the best! From the moment we arrived the service was outstanding … all the staff were super helpful… the room amazing ! …

The room was lovely and very neat but I didn't feel the experience was the best. Quite a small room would always upgrade for a bigger one if we went again. Great clean gym as were all the facilities. I just wasn't wowed by my stay here.
B.
The hotel is in a fantastic location and easy to reach by public transport.
My room was on the 17th floor and vey spacious with comfy beds and pillows.
Luna 10 Bar has a nice range of cocktails and food menu.

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza as a treat using the SA travel voucher. The first issue was trying to find somewhere to stop so we could collect the parking ticket required for the carpark and if I didn't have someone with me this would have …

We enjoyed our stay. Room was quite nice. View was great although the windows aren't far away from needing to be cleaned. A bit disappointed our shampoo and conditioner was depleted and it took them several hours to rectify. …

we stayed in the executive king suite - 19th floor, for our 30th anniversary.
What was Awesome: the view - floor to ceiling windows looking right over the Adelaide Hills and city. …

Amazing staff at this modern well maintained hotel. We had a smooth check in experience thanks to Shivanka. Wai and Maria from the guest relations team was super helpful and gave us some solid recommendations for places to check out in Adelaide.
The Luna bar is a cool spot to hang out in the evening with a nice view on the 10th floor (possibly the second highest bar in Adelaide). We were served some amazing cocktails whipped up by Bhumi.
Kookai is the restaurant at this venue which we didn't go to with all the other local options being a short stroll away. Will update this review if we do get a chance to dine in!

Stayed for a small getaway as there is no interstate travel and give our 7 year old a treat to say that she went away for the school holidays. Found the service of hotel great staff very friendly and able to assist with all enquiries. …

My wife & I recently enjoyed our recent 2 night stay (our 3rd time at the Crowne Plaza). The room & bed were comfortable, good view towards the hills (level9), nice bathroom. We swam on 4 occasions in the pool - appreciate its length and …

The room at the Crowne Plaza Adelaide was very clean, tidy and very modern. The windows however were quite dirty on the outside, but this is understandable as they are not easy to get to. The location was very good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will certainly stay again.
L.
The view from our room was gorgeous. Only downer was that there was no spa or sauna for colder weather, and it was really difficult to order room service. We ordered/paid for an ice bucket and it never came to our room. Is it nice? Yes. But my experience could have been better. Will give it another chance in warmer months.
C.
We had the best sleep that we have ever had for the 3 nights we stayed. Bed was extremely comfortable and the rooms ultra clean. The location is perfect and amenities are of a high standard.
M. H.
Beautiful new hotel. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The room was lovely and cozy. The room service food was some of the best food we've ever had. And during the breakfast, the staff member Miriam was very attentive and caring.
T.
The Crowne Plaza Adelaide is a beautiful hotel but this time our stay was not as we had previously experienced. We had requested 3 rooms together only to find when we got there we were on 3 separate floors. This was eventually sorted. …

The most enjoyable part of our stay here was the breakfast.
I’m used to walking into a hotel room and reading the brochure or information folder and there was nothing.
There was no additional blanket, only the one quilt that was on the bed. I found that to be very odd too as I’m used to places providing an extra blanket if required. We certainly would have used an extra blanket if there was one.Bed was comfortable and big.
Another peculiar thing was that there were no bin liners in the bin. We had no view other than construction and Budget rent a car. We assumed that it was because this was booked on a great state voucher even though that still ended up costing us $159!
Staff were nice on level 10 and during breakfast there was one particular staff person whom was excellent.
We parked in the car park nearest to Crown Plaza- $10 which wasn’t bad.
T.
The new hotel's best feature was the breakfast. The room was fair for the price I paid. The customer service at the concierge was not good enough. The carpark was terrible from an access perspective and the understanding that I needed the …

Great city views from the junior suite room, but let down by the numerous little things. Rooms are clean and functional, but it was clear the little thoughts that distinguish between an average hotel and a great hotel is missing. …

We had a short "stay-cation" at the Crown Plaza, and couldn't be happier with the room and the view. We booked a King room and ended up on the 19th floor in a corner room. So far, it is the nicest hotel we have stayed in within South …

We stayed as part of the SA Great State vouchers and were both excited to try one of the newer hotels in Adelaide. Overall it was okay, but I think there are a few items that could be much better.
Location was excellent, really close to rundle mall and rundle street so getting to dinner and back was amazing, as was being able to order uber eats and have it so fast! The view of the surrounding rooftops is a little lackluster, but the views of the wider Adelaide region, hills and nearby construction (I'm an engineer so I enjoyed it lol) was nice. The entrance is a little awkward, the front steps feel very tight and small but otherwise good.
Can't say I agree that having reception on level 10 is a great idea, especially since there is also a bar, restaurant and pool also on level 10, it was a terribly busy area! The wait time for lifts was also pretty average (usually 5 minutes) the whole weekend but I would attribute this to them being particularly busy. We checked out the pool but considered it too close to the bar/lobby to use, not a great location for the pool, you have to walk near reception and past the bar to get to it.
The room itself was lovely, really clean and simple, with good lighting, a fantastic view and a good bathroom. Sadly the windows were a bit dirty but thats pretty typical for a highrise building. The TV system was pretty good, was nice to be able to cast our own movies/shows to it. The bed was also a generous size and surprisingly comfortable, as were the pillows for once! thank you!
Parking was a little pricey in my opinion, at $30 for the 24hrs we used it, the unlimited trips in/out was nice, but I still think considering a normal room/night is $259, parking could have been further subsidised.
Overall we enjoyed our stay and probably would again considering the excellent location
K. P.
We arrived earlier than check in time and were told our room was not ready but they could upgrade us to a bigger room only difference the bathroom had a shower curtain instead of a door, we thought ok when we got there the bathroom was actually set up for Disabled people, which we thought should have maybe been told to us and we could have made the decision to wait for our room or take up this one, so that was we thought disappointing. We did stay in the room without complaining
E.
We had a very comfortable stay at Crowne Plaza Adelaide. The room was lovely, clean and spacious with everything you might need. The bed was absolutely amazing, it was so comfortable, i would say better than my own bed! The staff was nice …

Excellent New Hotel for Adelaide great service Spacious Rooms .Great pool and Gym.Breakfast area quite small and very busy. However a generous selection of continental and cooked oppsions. Would certainly recommend and re visit.
n.
My wife and I stayed for a night and had a few drinks at the bar, which serves some really good food by the way! Only thing I can think of needing improvement were breakfast being buffet-only, and the fact that we didn't have any minibar items stocked in our room.
m.
Unfortunately the scale of deception regarding the luxury and grandeur of the rooms was disappointing. The King Deluxe Room was smaller than my own bedroom, with lacking interior design, city views or atmosphere. Other than the food from …

A very welcoming experience arriving into the modern crowne plaza hotel. The efficiencies of the multiple lifts make a smooth check in and check our process. …
B.
Clean, comfortable and in a great location near to great shopping and sights. Loved the room with a great view of Adelaide. And the bed was so comfortable. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and our stay was perfect. Food at the restaurant was wonderful and loved the bar area near the pool.
M.
Great location, close to Rundle street restaurants, Rundle Mall and Museum.
Very good on-site restaurant, bar staff were very good, receptionist and concierge were great. …

One of the best stay in Adelaide CBD! Everything felt very clean and fresh, staff were friendly and helpful. Luna 10 bar offers many option of drinks but the mini bar was closed due to the restriction. The best part of the hotel is the rooftop pool located at Lv10, I'll admit that sitting there and watching the sunset over the ocean.
A. U.
Good city location, with East End cafes, bars, restaurants. Spacious bedroom and bathroom. Lots of natural daylight and effective block-out curtains for night. As we were on 16th floor, great views north west (cathedral
m.
I took my 2 kids to stay here and we had a fantastic weekend. Amazing location, so close to everything. The room was great, spacious and a lovely view, we kept the curtains open right until bedtime.
M. C.
Spent a night here with family and enjoyed the experience. Friendly staff took good care and upgraded to a better room without even asking!
Open air swimming pool offers a majestic view of the entire city and the Adelaide Hills.
Enjoyed the wonderful service and hospitality in the restaurant Koomo.
A. W.
Enjoyed our family weekend gateway here. Good location with good facilities. It's clean and modern hotel. Our room is very decent size and have plenty room to move around. Have a coffee machine in the room which is a bonus, although its good if they top it up (coffee pod and milk every day). Stayed there for two nights but they didnt top up the pod nor the milk for day two. Breakfast was ok, but if you have a children that is extra cost. Staff are friendly and profesional. Gym also very well equipt.
J. L.
Great hospitality and facilities. The heated pool and spa was well-used and everything was just right. Staffing at reception however could have been better as there was quite a queue to check-in and check-out. Otherwise a perfect stay.
R. S.
I truely loved my short stay at the hotel. The staff were very helpful and friendly 😃. The rooms were clean and tidy. I will for sure come back to stay longer this time.
R.
From the moment I arrived at Reception I was greeted and treated in a professional yet friendly manner. My small service requests were actioned without fuss and quickly. I stayed on a Wednesday night and whilst slightly over my intended budget I stayed with my wife the following Monday.
B.
Staff on arrival were friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious with great amenities.
We enjoyed a great night in the restaurant, the food was magnificent and enjoyed the after dinner drinks at the bar
C. D. (.
Excellent room, clean & modern however there were no instructions on how to use some of the brand new items in the room. Check in was easy & the staff were friendly
T.
Fantastic hotel we have stayed several times and each time gets better. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are beautiful and make relaxing a breeze.
T.
Room nice, but not outstanding, clean, great location, but way overpriced. The first great State voucher I’ve redeemed where breakfast was not included! Much better value at other hotels.
N. B.
Located in the Eastern side of the City of Adelaide, this modern hotel complex offers a range of quality accommodation, with onsite dining and function rooms. Excellent views of the City of Adelaide, including Adelaide Oval, The East End, Botanical Gardens and the Adelaide Mount Lofty Rangers
C.
The place was near Rundle Mall. The room was clean and bed was big and comfortable. Bathroom is clean as well but you still need to request for other items like shower cap, toothpaste and toothbrush etc.
D.
My room was very modern but unfortunately the curtains didn't close and I had to ring up for condiments for the bathroom.
They tried to repair the curtain but in the end they moved me to a new room but …
k.
The hotel and rooms are good for a business stay. The gym is adequate but I didn't get a chance to use the pool or the restaurants. The bar was quiet.
H. F.
A new modern hotel in the heart of the east end, a central location perfect for the restaurants and shopping district of rundle street, and great location for festival season in february and march. A bit pricey for the small room size, but the hotel amenities are nice, with lovely retaurants and bars, as well as a pool. Sadly, views from the pool deck and north facing rooms are now blocked by a new construction but otherwise the views are great! Would recommend and would go back.

I can not express our gratitude enough for such an amazing experience we had at the Crown Plaza.
The staff were welcoming and check in on the ground floor was efficient.
And then we got to our room, hands down one of the best rooms we have had the pleasure of staying in. We left the drapes open to take in the view all afternoon, night and morning. To be honest we didn’t want to leave.
The location of the hotel in the East End off Rundle St is so central to restaurants, bars and shopping in the CBD, just perfect.
Room service for breakfast was prompt and delicious.
The car park is very convenient and cost effective.
I can say the establishment certainly lived up to our expectations this stay. A lovely stay celebrating our anniversary.
Thank you to Sunil and the Crown Plaza team for a lovely experience.
C.
We had excellent service from our arrival and through to our dinner at Koomo.
The room was spacious and comfortable with superb views to the Adelaide hills.
We’d happily stay again.
M. G.
We stayed here for 8 nights. The staff were absolutely fantastic, nothing was too difficult for them and they were always smiling.

What can I say, I booked a room at your hotel for my husbands bday. We used the great state voucher. The hotel was very busy for a Sunday (which was great to see) we had great plans to watch the sunset with cocktails and friends on the …
R.
The room was fresh and clean, the bathroom the same, the building layout is a little confusing at first however staff weren’t helpful in explaining this and we had to discover things ourselves. Parking is a hassle and again not explained at all.
N.
Very clean and well appointed rooms. Loved the bathroom which had nice products and again very clean. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. The only thing I was unsure of as was my first stay was parking but will know for next time.
L. T.
Nice and clean room, good size, bed was ok. We had a corner room with a great view of the city, the hills and across to Adelaide oval. The bar was good, reception is on the 10th floor for those playing along at home, and the carpark is next door, requiring you to check in before you can park. Handy location for Rundle street restaurants, and rundle mall shopping. We'll stay here again.
A.
Very comfortable bed, slept like a baby. Good breakfast options, friendly staff. Excellent location for exploring Adelaide.

Long wait to check in. However the staff were lovely. Main issue was that we could hear the people in the next room. Just a normal cough and we could hear it. Which means they could hear us. Not very private. Also paid to be a little higher to have a view but the windows were so dirty you could barely see out.
S.
Crowne plaza stay was great!! Hotel is new, service is great! Food is excellent and view is amazing.
Thanks to staff who did a amazing job. Will definitely visit again!

Great hotel that must have been recently done since everything feels so new! We were lucky enough to be upgraded by the amazing staff and we couldn’t be happier with our room! Stunning views, great bed and nice bathrooms, the room really lacked for nothing. 100% recommend staying here when in Adelaide!

Fresh clean spacious room, with excellent views of the city, parklands and foot hills. Staff courteous and friendly. Short walk to Botanical Gardens, multiple bars and restaurants.

Stayed here on 21 August with the SA Tourism great state voucher and it was excellent value in a nice room, brand new hotel, with great proximity to Adelaide's fancy East end, Rundle Street, Rundle mall and other attractions including the botanic Gardens.
It was great to support a local business that has been hard hit by the COVID-19 travel and lockdown restrictions
F. c.
A easy way to stay in town to eat and drink without worrying to drive home (which is a long way) but did find the room a bit small compared to the Intercontinental but was clean and great view
J. A.
Crowne Plaza Adelaide is new with tasteful decor, stunning views of the city and hills and excellent facilities for a comfy stay. Location is just perfect - rundle street with all its restaurants and rundle mall for its shopping, is right there!
Check in was quick and staff was very nice.
We stayed on level 5 facing the Adelaide Hills. View was nice but partially blocked due to surrounding buildings at lower levels.
Room was spacious, well decorated and had essential facilities like TV, coffee station and seating spaces. TV streaming is available as well as wifi. I found the in-room menu pricing exorbitant - $12 for a chocolate block 🤬. Several restaurants and convenience stores nearby for a good feed or groceries at reasonable prices.
I am very particular about cleanliness and Crowne Adelaide did not disappoint.
We dined at Koomo on Level 10 and had a good time at the Luna Bar. Great views and stunning decor.
Parking was $30 per day which is honestly ridiculous. Crowne is in the city so you can find many car parks within 2-5 minutes walk that are much much cheaper. Free street parking is also available nearby.
Overall, my stay at Crown Plaza is always great and this was no exception.
C.
Our stay created the beginning of a none forgettable stay at a special time in our life. Saw us on our way into our future and something we will not forget. Will return next year as we hope to use the postponed tickets for our wedding anniversary.

Not as good as you would expect. For a brand new hotel it feels like it’s a few years old.
The AC clunks and rattles. The breakfast was uninspiring with little options if you are gluten free and don’t eat pork products.

Had an amazing stay at Adelaide’s premier hotel. Very spacious room with sensational views from the room. NY style lobby with spectacular views and friendly staff makes it a great check in experience. The service was impeccable overall and the food was delicious at Koomo and Luna 10. Guest amenities were world class and the infinity pool was clearly the star of the show. An outstanding hotel with perfect location. Will most definitely return for another stay

New hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Room is very clean with amazing Adelaide city and Botanic Garden view. Location is excellent, close to shopping mall, Botanic Garden and Adelaide Zoo. Great breakfast.
S. G.
Excellent stay. We stayed for a night on a Sunday and it was lovely. The staff were accomodating and the room was spotless. The bed was comfortable and the views from level 11 were enviable. This hotel has earnt its 4 star reputation and it shows. The place itself oozes elegance, sophistication and style with inner city chic intertwined. We opted for a corner room which provided views from either side of the hotel. This made for an excellent morning wake up and a beautiful evening view. The complimentary coffees, tea, water and the champagne they set up for us was lovely. We would pay full price for this room next time.

Top class hotel, fantastic service, very clean spacious rooms with incredible views of the surrounding city and Adelaide Hills to the east. Extremely comfortable beds/pillows with indoor Smart TV entertainment. Bathrooms were very clean with high quality fittings.
Lovely infinity pool and great restaurant. 4/5 as the in hotel Japanese restaurant has a very limited selection of Japanese dishes (better off walking to the local restaurants along the very close Rundle St)
Will definitely return, highly recommend.

From the moment we stepped inside we were greeted with the most amazing service from every person we encountered from the front desk team, the restaurant staff, the lovely chefs at the buffet, the maintenance man.. literally everyone was fantastic and so friendly ! The room was beautiful, the views spectacular and the breakfast was so good! This was our first stay here and we were blown away by the whole experience and so sad to leave after one of the best weekends away we’ve had in a long time! Thank you so much to the entire team at Crowne!
