P. H.I was greeted with professional and polite reception it make me feel like a star. My room was very clean and looks very new restaurant and breakfast was always amazing . The manager Hope and her team were very professional and polite. If you need anything you ask it and they do it right away which is awesome to see.
This motel is the best ever location is handy to everything that you need, if you need to hire a car Hertz there’s one company right across the road there’s a tram on the same block. Doesn’t matter what do you fancy there’s always amazing food in the same block location location location.
In conclusion this is the best hotel in Adelaide don’t worry about any hotel go to Hotel Inn Express.

K.Full disclosure: We stayed pretty much for free using the great state voucher. So thank you SA. 2 things my partner and I wanted, to stay in the city and hot breakfast. You can’t beat this hotel for location and price point. Even includes free parking! Jack who checked us in was fantastic. He gave us a quiet room on a high floor as requested. Room was as spacious and clean as Crowne Plaza down the road which we stayed in earlier in the year. My partner is pregnant and wanted a late night KFC popcorn chicken and it was on our doorstep. The bed itself wasn’t super comfy but I did get some rest.
The only let down was the wait for the breakfast. If you don’t want to line up for your food, don’t come down in the last hour like we did and everyone else who wanted to sleep in. Due to Covid restrictions they had to serve you the breakfast and they need to have an extra person to help them serve. The lady serving was doing her best but she was doing the job of 2 people. Not exactly express! Also there are signs everywhere about IHG cleanliness and one of the wait staff was not wearing their mask correctly. Soon we will be expecting borders to open and many people will be staying here. We need to keep each other and ourselves safe and keep doing a great job. I personally would stay here again and recommend to friends and family. However my partner says she would not recommend Holiday Inn Express for pregnant women.

Cons: In close proximity to bars and clubs so it does get loud late into the night from Thursday-Saturday. Rest of the week is fine. Parking is $25 PER EXIT. I've had a conversation with the staff to please look into unlimited exits per day like other hotels offer.
There were a few issues that were quckly remedied by Connie and manager Mishy. These two are an absolute asset to Holiday Inn and IHG and have exceptional careers ahead of them. I wish you both all the very best and thank you for everything you both did.
Tips: Ask for higher level rooms for more tranquillity. Bring a reusable water bottle to take advantage of the cool filtered water. No room service or mini bar so bring snacks.
