J. M.Staff are lovely but a little vague when it comes to giving instructions. Parking price is a little steep considering the price of room. Our request was met to be on a high floor with a view which was a plus. The pool was nice and clean and it has a gym too. The bed was slightly uncomfortable although it had modern televisions and a nice kitchenette with coffee and tea making facilities.
Overall it’s a nice hotel but very outdated 🙂
P. O.Convenient location near transport, shopping and restaurants. Has a nice pool and decent fitness centre. Rooms are larger in size and feature a small balcony. During my stay I had slow wifi however, and the fitness centre nearby was noisy in the mornings.

G. H.We stayed at the Oaks Horizons in a 2 bedroom apartment facing North Terrace with a balcony which was fantastic to sit out on and have drinks and lunch etc.
The apartment was very clean and we was well looked after during our stay with a special mention to Inuk at reception and also to that maintenance guy !!!

R. C.Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The room was more like an apartment & very spacious. Kitchen area, big bathroom area, balcony & good living area. Parking is $25 a night & guaranteed spot ( not "there maybe spaces")
100mtrs to tram stop. 150mtrs to Hindley St. 250mtrs to Rundle mall.
V. T.Very comfortable and well located. Currently lots of roadworks in the area so streets are hard to walk by. Excellent location if you're planning to attend an event at the convention centre. 2 blocks from the railway station and the tram. You can literally go everywhere from there.
The apartment was functional and it had everything we needed, including 2 bathrooms, one with a spa bath tub.
We were on floor 17 and it had a great view but it was also quite hot. We had the air con on all day long.
Not enough parking in the building but they have a deal with a private parking building nearby.
P. M.Basic accomodation but meets the requirements for a short stay with kitchenette. Pretty clean rooms.
m. p.Loved the apartment but it did get a little noisy at night and difficult to sleep. Price was good though compared to other places nearby.

Still beds comfy, 2 balconies (I hate heights but the view was still amazing from one side). Great for kids provided that they understand not to go out on the balcony- my children knew how to unlock the sliding doors and no key to lock them.
A. V. D. K.Over all: Modestly priced for a room with a kitchenette, separate bedroom, and bathroom. I do recommend staying a few nights.
Pros:

- Cooking facilities with stove top, oven, fridge/freezer, and dishwasher,
- Good price.
Cons:
- Swipe access for elevators is quite fidgety,
- Damaged furniture; seat covers had lots of rips and stains on couch,
- Close to main roads, can be quite noisy.

G. R.Excellent 14th floor apartment after upgrade. Huge bed , full kitchen, large lounge area . Great balcony view over then parkland and beyond . Car parking was full so had to use the next door park which was a little frustrating as they have no connection with motel so you must come down to ground floor and then walk a short distance along north Terrace to the hotel entrance. Staff , frindly and helpful. Overall great stay in excellent city location.

R. S.Older style with bare minimums when it comes to amenities. Iron but no ironing board. Bath towels but no hand towel. Safe is locked so we cant use it. Minimal tea and coffee etc. Good location and spacious. Staff are helpful within limits of the establishment.

W. A.This has a great location if you are in town for an event. I do like that the rooms are almost like apartment living. A separate bedroom to the rest of the space, dish washer, laundry and large bathroom. With the option to dine in or eat out at the many restaurants nearby you are spoilt for choice really. Even a dvd player is in the room, highly recommend

J. B.We loved the room , Oaks was wonderful as usual and the staff were helpful, polite and friendly. The facilities are currently closed, not due to the restrictions but as they are not ready to open yet. So if you are looking to stay here do not assume you will have use of the facilities.
We did have an issue whilst staying here, however the response from the manager was prompt and professional, and we have been provided with a full refund and compensation for our experience, and as such I would continue to recommend staying with Oaks.
The rooms are comfortable and clean and modern with great facilities. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a bath and kitchen and balcony. Nice city views. The king size bed was amazing.

D. L.We were pleased overall with our room and stay, it had everything we needed and more than we expected. We did notice a couple of things that needed improving though. The hot water in the shower never got hot enough, we had to run cold water in kitchen sink to make shower hotter. The garbage chute is encouraged to be used but there is a list of things not allowed which is just about everything. That aside, very comfy and would stay again.
S. G. G.Fantastic location right in the heart of the city in walking distance to all the action. Close to the casino and best restaurants. Apartment is fine you can buy your own food and cook in the apartments.
B. M.Good spacious rooms with balconies. Bed was comfortable and plenty of cooking facilities in the kitchen. Cleaning could have been improved especially in the bathroom which was looking very old. Parking was expensive so parked in the nearby Light Square uPark for the weekend. All hotel facilities were closed due to covid so the cost should have been alot cheaper per night. Would stay here again after covid is over but not worth it until then.
B. W.Oaks are a good standard of hotel, this property was as expected. The hotel is in a good location, just out the busy part of the CBD but close to the night spots and within walking distance of the mall and the casino. The room was clean and tidy, enough space for 3-4 people. The staff are friendly and maintenance is quick to respond to issues. The lifts can be a little tricky to get to work but if you are patient and read the signs it works well!
S.Love this hotel, have stayed numerous times and will always go back! Nice friendly staff, always happy to help. Rooms are always cosy and clean, water pressure is decent, very hot water which is awesome as the other places I've stayed the hot water is too cold to shower in. Convenient location, love it

C. S.I've stayed a few times here. From this visit alone I was debating whether to give a 3 or 4 star review. The room I was in this time had faulty vertical slat blinds which were missing some slats, that affected the privacy to the room from the neighbouring building. It wasn't a huge deal, but just a general maintenance issue which the hotel needs to stay on top of.
I'll likely stay here again in the future, at which time I will reassess my room and therefore my review.
The service at the front counter was great.

S. R.Great location right near the train station and short walk to buses and trams. Good staff, nice room, serviced daily. Restaurant/bar overpriced. Rooms at the back of the hotel get a lot of street noise from behind, especially Friday/Saturday nights. Our room was lacking bowls/plates so we had to keep washing up after every meal. Some maintenance issues but they were fixed promptly. 10/10 Will stay there again.

Parking was a bit of a pain however was within walking distance to Zoo and Rundle Mall.
G. U.I stay in the apartment with my husband and son. We rented an apartment with 2 rooms. The living room is clean and toilet is ok. Remember to bring toothbrush and slippers, as they are not provided. Trains downstairs, convenient location. Costs us 1288.88 Australia dollar for 3 nights. Not too cheap but acceptable

D. R.I have stayed there a few times now for business. I was in 1505 and unfortuantley the bed was like me sleeping on springs and I'm not a big person. Plus it was so noisy from the traffic and street in the lounge. In the bedroom was quieter. Big apartment, great space. The other time I stayed was perfect.

d. a.Great location in the heart of Adelaide, rooms are presented in a very clean and tidy condition, the staff are very friendly and committed to assiduously attending to the comfort or wishes of their guests. Huge negative goes to parking. It's not easy to find the parking and there is little of it available. I paid for parking and was ushered into a privately owned park belonging to a permanent resident.

Location to CBD was perfect for what I needed while staying in Adelaide which was partially for personal business.

T. S.Stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment, the place wasn't clean. Only One bathroom that has 2 entrances 1 to a bedroom that has no lock and if someone goes to the toilet at night the bathroom light is bright as through the door.
Didn't get told the spa would be out of service.
The pool was extremely cold.
And we did a late checkout but the cleanser kept trying to come in before the normal checkout time. We won't be staying again.
K. K.Facilities are generally very good and the location is quite convenient to free transport and the nightlife side of Adelaide. Lifts are quick and seem adequate for a building this size. We rarely waited for now than 20 seconds for one. Light sleepers might be bothered by the lack of double glazed windows as some traffic noise is heard as high as the 17th floor. Our room did not have a hair dryer and only basic shampoo/conditioner/soap. You will want to pack these but there is a convenience store nearby if you get stuck.

T. M.We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of our trip. I forgot my GPS and it is nice that front desk called me promptly. All the staff was very friendly and helpful at the hotel. The room we stayed in was clean. I would stay again in a heart beat.

We did not use gym, swimming pool and spa there. Cleanliness is always maintained. Our adelaide tour was pleasent. Oaks is also one of reason.

The ***agement in the hotel is a total joke. Fantastic location for our needs. This hotel is convenient for public transport.
