U. A.A good place for newcomers. They don't require any bond.I have been living here for 3 months now. The building is a bit old but it has all the required facilities. It is located conveniently. Bus interchange and a shopping mall are just across the road. The overall experience really depends upon the floor you live and your neighbours. Staff is helpful and cleanliness is taken care off. Security is good overall but yeah the maintenance staff can access your room whenever they want to. That might be a bit risky.

J. D.Been staying here for a week now. Awesome place away from the town. Courteous staff, airy, clean and bright rooms. The city is easily accessible. Supplies for food can be got from the nearby tea tree plaza.

It's the ideal place for new comers and also for people who want to stay by themselves in peace.
The staff here is super friendly and helpful.
The location of this place is so good one can get away without learning how to drive. Access to the Indian Grocery Store, few restaurants, Mc Donald's, Coles and Woolies are all just a matter of crossing the road.
The O bahn facility makes this place more of a delight. One can catch the M44 bus and it's just three stops to the city. And if one misses the M44 then a 5 mins walk to the Tea Tree Plaza Interchange and there are several other buses. One can catch the bus as early as 5.30 am. There also Express buses to the city which go about without a halt in the early hours before 9 am approx and then in the eve.
T.Spent half of a year there. The place is well maintained, clean, and very comfortable. The staff is also friendly and always try resolve any issue on my floor. No complain from me.
D. O. M. B.Clean, affordable accommodation. Bus to come city just five minutes walk away via O-Bhan, and shopping made easy as Tea Tree Plaza Mall is just a stone throw!
F. S.Even though its bit expensive but you get access to all necessary services and you can have a tension free and very safe stay in torrens valley. Moreover the place was pretty clean.

n. m.(Translated) I have lived here for a few weeks 😊 Lives on the 6th floor. The facility has a kitchen and its equipment with regulations, anyone who cooks must remain there, must not leave the kitchen while the cooking process is still in progress, then wash all utensils and dry them. The bathroom facilities have a bathtub, but I don't really like using it. There are also leaflets and readings.

Aku pernah tinggal di sini beberapa minggu 😊 Tinggal di lantai 6. Fasilitasnya ada dapur beserta alat-alatnya dengan peraturan, siapa saja yang masak harus tetap di situ, tidak boleh meninggalkan dapur saat proses masak masih berlangsung, lalu mencuci semua peralatan dan mengeringkannya. Fasilitas mandinya ada bathtub, tapi saya gak begitu suka menggunakannya. Ada juga leaflet dan bacaan-bacaan.
