D. D.Great arrival experience with the wonderful staff allowing us into the room early at 12 when we arrived. The room was inviting and nicely appointed with excellent views of the Story Bridge.
My only criticism would be not being able to freely get a lift in the evening as they were packed full of guests from the rooftop bar easily waited over 15.
A. K.WOW! Fabulous looking hotel, always loved this art work and showcased so well throughout the hotel. Room was very well appointed with luxurious bedding, the cliff view from the floor to ceiling windows was truly amazing and gave a great sense of seclusion and peacefulness away from the hustle and bustle. Friendly service, breakfast was yummy, and what a backdrop for the riverside pool and deck - awesome! Gotta love Brisbane!
M.We absolutely loved staying at this hotel! There was definitely a staffing problem/issue in contending with COVID, BUT, our room was incredible...and the view out over the river and the Storey Bridge and the city was so beautiful.
The location could not be more convenient, very close to the city, James St., and of course, all of the fabulous restaurants on the Wharves, made the location totally perfect.
We highly recommend Crystalbrook Vincent as a fabulous place to stay in the city

Be aware for invoicing purposes there is no room service Monday through Wednesday, they advertise as though it will be available, though they did provide a letter to that effect so hopefully we're not *completely* screwed due to false advertising and lack of disclosure. Staff are nice, rooms are adequate. It's fine. Definitely not 5 star.
F. M.Highly recommend! A huge thank you to the receptionist for being absolutely the most helpful and cheerful lady (wish I’d taken her name). She helped my husband on 2 occasions once to carry coffees to the pool area and the other to retrieve his phone case from the room after checkout! Check in and check out was a breeze.
Also a shout out to the happy, fun young waiter at the poolside restaurant. Staff like this is why I’ve been telling all what a wonderful hotel this is. Looking forward to a return visit and will definitely be more than a one night stay!
V. B.It is on the much higher end of our budget but we got a good deal. Amazing and beautiful rooms. Our window looked out onto the cliff side. Everything was high end. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We had room service. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend
N. K.This is the sort of hotel you decide to stay at when you have some spare cash and want to behave in unspeakable ways. Extremely modern design, comfortable rooms and great amenities. I wouldn’t recommend sharing a room with a friend as the shower glass and bed is separated by a mere curtain. 😏

C. S.Crystalbrook Vincent is a hidden wonder of Brisbane. When you think of luxury Hotels in Brisbane your mind may think of the Emporium in South Bank or The W in the City, but you wouldn’t think of a hotel hidden under the Story Bridge on the river next to one of Brisbanes new dining centres Howard Smith Wharve.
The Hotel it self is visually beautiful, inside and Out. There is a roof top infinity pool, and roof top bar overlooking the City, River and Story Bridge. You have a spectacular view from all round, especially from the rooms.
Amazing architecture of the Story Bridge, having the Arch as the centre piece. Most of all the Staff was great and accomodating, any request was met with a Yes. Is it affordable? Definitely!
C. B.We stayed sat-wed. Do not recommend staying mid week. Feels like half the hotel shuts. No lunch or dinner room service available or even service for the pool area. Room was spacious, lovely and clean and we liked the tablet use for everything. We had a balcony suite and the view was lovely. Being to close to the elevator and access to the roof top bar it was very noisy the Sunday morning.
My advice would also to include a few more kitcnette amenities. Some plates, cutlery, larger mugs, etc.
The location is amazing, have so many bars and restaurants and a nice river front stroll towards the cbd.
But it terms of service, amenities and price I liked the W hotel much more.

N. L.We had a girls trip booked at Crystalbrook Vincent at Howard Smith Wharves. Unfortunately our room was not available due to water damage which was so disappointing to hear however the customer service Sharla provided was incredible. We were placed in the most beautiful replacement rooms and even complimented with a cheese board and bottle of Prosecco for the inconvenience. The service Crystalbrook provided was above and beyond. The rooms, the rooftop bar, the infinity pool, champagne on arrival are all amazing and high quality making you feel like VIP’s from arrival to departure. Thanks so much for an incredible stay. Looking forward to our next girls trip.

B.Originally booked to stay here when it was the fantauzzo, but thankfully there wasn’t too much difference with the new owners. Stayed here for two nights and had a fantastic time. Definitely recommend the rooms with balcony’s - absolutely worth the money. I was a bit worried about noise, given the hotel is right under the bridge. But the doors are so thick that this was not a problem whatsoever.
Very well thought out in terms of service and accessibility for customers (room service via iPad, can order from nearby restaurants, room had a chrome cast) made our stay that much nicer.
We will be back!

E. M.We had a beautiful weekend at the Vincent. Our room looked over the river and was stunning. The bed was the most comfortable one I've slept in my life. The bath was the best bath I've ever had. Everything was deluxe, even the bathroom products, black out curtains, artwork and pressure of the shower! The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We loved the rooftop pool, the view was amazing, and cocktail service to the pool. The rooftop bar Fiume was beautiful. Location is perfect - right at howard smith wharves, can scooter or walk to city and to teneriffe/new farm; can walk easily to the valley for more dinner and drinks. We will be back!!

After you finish your Burgers, enjoy a view like this. It's only a hundred yards from Crystalbrook.
t. m.This place is a bit pricey for what you get. I think you are paying for the location. Didnt enjoy the included breakfasts, strange menu in my opinion. Also excluded the reception staff i found staff memebers to be quite rude on a number of occasions at dinner by the pool and the flume bar. Wont be coming back for that money.
C.HAFFA served us late last night and she went over and beyond. However, we were first served with THE WORST customer service , but Haffa pushed through the technical issues and helped us get through it. We were very grateful for how kind and caring she was.

Close to lots of restaurants, bars and riverside walks. I have already booked to stay again in a few months time. Pool bar shuts earlier than expected (9:30pm.on Friday night) so we missed it... but on the to do list for next time.

L. F.Top notch hotel! Very modern and stylish. All facilities are in working order and there is everything you need. Very quiet and relaxing. Even though it’s right under the storey bridge, you cannot hear any traffic noise when windows are closed. Amazing location, with lime scooters always available outside. The hotel is unique with its art and design. Very clean, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Had no issues with our stay. One of the nicest places we’ve stayed.

James was super helpful and deserves an honourable mention for his outstanding customer service. Room was let down by no bath and a main light not working. Breakfast wasn't great so would go elsewhere for that. Infinity pool was lovely but lacked a spa which I love but the outlook made up for it . Would l stay here again? For sure!! Great stay. R. C.Location was amazing, hotel 5-star standard, staff were hospital , Wi-Fi Fast, and king Bed extremely comfortable. The hotel is surrounded by exquisite restaurants and there are electric scooters within walking distance - a great way to do some exploring. Gym was ordinary..
But cant fault the hotel otherwise!
M. N.Excellent location and comfortable room. The biggest let down of our stay was not being able to use the hotel pool facility due to a private event. We weren’t informed of this at the time of booking or check-in and is disappointing when we had booked a hotel with a pool to utilise during a summer night stay. Perhaps in the future if a private event is being held in the bar area you could figure out a way to still allow guests to the pool seen as though they are paying for the facility of a roof top pool.

L. W.I stayed here as a part of my wedding package with Howard Smith Wharves but I decided to also stay the night before and the night after (with my husband the night of and night after). The rooms were wonderful and spacious. We stayed in a different room on the third night as the room we were currently in had already been booked and this room was really good as well - it had an amazing deep bath which was a great addition. We could not fault the staff who helped us wherever they could. We found ourselves needing something at 10:00pm at night and they pointed us in the right direction without hesitation - they were actually very helpful with every enquiry we had. It was close to all of the restaurants within the precinct and was not too far from Queen Street Mall. We would definitely stay here again.

The pool area was beautiful with an outlook to the bridge and river. The gym was underwhelming. Foxtel channels didn't on the TV and no in house movies (Chromecast available but didn't work).

M. O.Loved this hotel and it's a brilliant location... except we were located in a room right at the front and it was noisy on a Fri & Sat night. The facilities were excellent, the gym, the rooftop bar, bike hire were all great however I'm not so sure about the pool being on the far side of the rooftop bar. I don't think there are many guests who would feel comfortable walking through a bar in swimwear.
D. G.I couldn’t afford to stay here, but it looks like a lot of wealthy people would. I probably wouldn’t be able to go there because I don’t really like wearing shoes and choose to identify as a barefooter. I believe having a raised heel in a shoe or having any amount of heel drop within a shoe can hinder the kinetic chain and result in inappropriate loading and strain on vulnerable muscle groups. I wouldn’t want any of that. But if I were wealthy this would be a prime location to stay with great ammenities by the looks of it
G. T.A great place to stay with fabulous staff. Bars and top restaurants virtually outside the front door. Great views of the river and the city. Best position in Brisbane. Unfortunately, we found the studio suite a little too tight. The hanging space is too small, so too are the bedside benches. It also became dangerous as the cabinet positioning was not thought out very well. I lost a bit of blood and still have a headache as a legacy. The edge of that cabinet should be at least 20cm further in. Look, I would love to stay there again as it is a very nice hotel but next time it will have to be a larger room.
D. B.Weird celeb worshiping hotel. Full of paintings of random Aussie celebrities that I’ve never heard of. My room was full of pictures of Heath Ledger - felt like a teenage girls room, very odd. Great location and great staff, but odd art. Shame.
L.Definitely a must stay hotel in brisbane. Front staff were very helpful & welcoming, love the hotel design couldn’t stop admiring the art work ohhh views were spectacular eye candy for days! Pro one of my fav stays to date in my home town. Thank you for having us we will be back.
A. S.Want a brand new snazzy stay whilst you explore Howard Smith's wharves on foot, bike hire from the hotel or e-scooters? This is a great spot for it. Nice and spacious rooms given it's central location with full amenities. Small pool space, so get in early. Fancy in room dining menu direct from the hotel restaurant. S. W.Convenient location, easy parking and simple check in process. Staff were lovely. Modern decor, but still cosy feel, the art is amazing! Very comfortable bed and the room facilities were spot on. So quiet in the room, which surprised us, as the hotel is located under the Story Bridge and close to bars and pubs. We went for a nice walk along the river in the morning before breakfast. Will definitely return to this hotel.

My only negative was that the pool closed early due to the bar reaching capacity. It’s an expensive hotel so it was disappointing to miss out on using the facilities because of too many guest not staying at the hotel.

But this place definitely has one thing going for it above all else...the rooftop bar, Fiume! With stunning views and incredible drinks, this place couldn’t be any better! But it’s the guys behind the bar that really make it. All brilliant and smiling even when the bar was packed on a Saturday night. Special mention to Logan who ran my group through an amazing range of gins, helping us decide what would be right for us.
Can’t wait to be back to try some more of that fantastic gin in front of that fantastic view!
J. B.The room was beautiful , I loved that it had some atmosphere rather than the sterility of the usual hotel room . The service is what blew us away the most , the check in staff , bar staff and even security on the pool bar were so helpful. It was amazing.
I. T. K.Nice bed and quiet as we had the «view» of the stone wall. The gym was close and had cold water.
However, the pool never has space, as there are 8 chairs around which are ALWAYS full. Trust me, we tried several times per day for 5 days!
The housekeeping service is okay, but they arrived at totally different times every day, from 9.30 am to 5.30 pm one day. And when they arrived late, they asked if i wanted service, to which I said yes. When we came back, they had’nt even taken the trash and the bathroom was only halfway clean. For three girls coming in, it’s not a good job!
P. B.The hotel and reception staff were really good, however the host in the restaurant for breakfast was incredibly rude, I would not recommend having breakfast at the hotel unless you want to be rushed.
V. F.Stayed here for a couple of nights. If you have travelled to the other art series you will be happy this is the same. The location is probably the best of any of the brand for business travellers into the cbd which is a quick and nice stroll around the river. Rooms are good but the only difference to the Melbourne and Adelaide locations is there isn't a kitchenette. Bar was nice but would say a few local craft beers added on tap would be good addition.

L. W.Love the aesthetic of this hotel and I think the rooms are generously proportioned. I was in one of the entry level rooms so didn't get to enjoy the spectacular view over the river but I found that looking out into the cliff/rock face actually gave a nice intimate feeling despite its extremely urban environment. The location is unbeatable too with plenty of options right on your doorstep plus close access to city and surrounding suburbs.
The main thing to detract from this hotel, and it seems to be a growing trend everywhere so I can't hold it just against them, is the use of two flat sheets instead of a doonah cover. I can see how having only one type of sheet must add efficiency for the hotel but I ABSOLUTELY HATE IT! Once you have untucked the doonah from the mattress the sheets become loose and if you're an active sleeper like myself, by the morning you have kicked the sheets all over the place and you are sleeping with a doonah that now has no cover which is pretty gross from a hygiene perspective.

P.Room was nice (minus filthy balcony) and location was great, it was a little too close to their own open air cocktail bar (open to the public) which was quite noisy, we were also near the lifts to the bar which made things worse! Service was a bit ordinary too, everyone was lovely and genuinely apologetic but so many simple mistakes added up and just left us frustrated. A couple might have been forgivable, but it's was more than this.
