離中國城很近離CITY也不遠 走路3分鐘就有公車站牌 不到10分鐘就有火車站
中國城就有銀行、手機行、華人超市

廚房有提供免費的麵包、米、義大利麵、泡麵、牛奶跟果醬。但是因為沒有抽油煙機設備，所以一到吃飯時間大家都在煮飯的時候靠近廚房的走廊就會瀰漫著油煙味。
另外因為大門跟後門沒有特別加裝鎖，因此可能會有非住客會混進房子內。所以一定要鎖好房門，保管自己的貴重物品。
