The park Is well run, with immaculate amenities (some are brand new). The staff were out and about cleaning very regularly, even late at night.
Emu Park is a great holiday location, the park is a short walk to town where there are just enough shops and cafe/takeaways, but not too many!
The Nearby Ocean Brew Eatery is great for coffee.
Emu parks beaches are beautiful, there are several great walking paths and playgrounds nearby.
We've previously stayed in Yeppoon several times and now prefer Emu Park (but it's still reasonably close to Yeppoon).

We were fortunate enough to be able to spend 7 nights in the caravan park which enabled us to both relax and explore the area completely. Try to book ahead as the CP is very popular and therefore sites are at a premium.

Short walk to Drake's supermarket and coffee shops good takeaways available too.

A. N.Ideal location right next to beach, walk to shops and park, caravan park has 2 sets of amenities one new one old all kept very clean, there's a camp kitchen & BBQ area, most sites are grass unfortunately some not level, drive through sites & normal sites, very busy so book ahead
P. D.A good Caravan Park and very popular. We have stayed here several times before. New amenities block is very good with the exception of the waterless urinals which by the end of the day stink so much you can barely stand the odour. Something is not working!

l. a.We traveled up from Melbourne and stayed at Fisherman's beach holiday park for 6 days. We found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. They kept in contact with us prior to our arrival with suggestions on what to do. We found the park to be very clean and well maintained. We walked around the shops, gardens and beaches and the only word to describe what we saw is "Spectacular" I would be surprised if any one was not impressed with the gardens and parks with the BBQ areas and seating. Site very clean, amenities great, short walk to the beach and a great place for us and our dog. Plenty of native wildlife - frogs, bush turkeys and more. I didn't rate the bats, they were smelly and loud, but besides that a magnificent spot. Will definitely keep it in mind next time we're up this way! Thanks for a pleasant camp ground.

Why?
After four months on the road, across four states, seeking, confirming, booking, staying (and sometimes leaving prematurely) various pet friendly accommodation, I was running on three rules to book by:
1. Don't expect much else if it's pet friendly
2. Beachfront clinging caravan parks were not pet friendly
3. Call & speak to owners to confirm pets are allowed
And at most caravan parks, regardless of location, usually the conversation would be that pets are allowed on (caravan and camping) sites, but not in cabins. A couple others allowing pets were not overly attractive or well located.
When Kelly answered my phone call, to see if they were pet friendly, and had some accommodation for me, pandemic lockdown was in full effect, and the places I did manage to find were not sympathetic to my needs much less with two dogs in tow.
Fisherman's Beach Holiday Park looked stunning, there was absolutely no way I would be able to get residence, let alone a pet friendly cabin, let alone residence in a pet friendly cabin within beach earshot.
After explaining my situation and requirements, i was quickly assured there was a cabin. It was too good to be true, I checked, her confidence was a little unsettling after so many negative experiences.
I remember pulling into the park, and thinking, oh i'm definitely at the wrong place, there is no way they actually have pet friendly accommodation, I wanted to hide the dogs until I was sure I was at the right place. It is that beautiful, clean, well maintained & welcoming...
The staff that greeted and assisted me gave me confidence to remind them I was after the cabin for myself and the dogs, of course they assured me. Let me tell me you in one sentence how pet friendly the cabin is; there is a metal pool-fence-style enclosing fully a miniature backyard around the back of the cabin - this cost alone shows without a doubt not only the owner's commitment to a great pet friendly experience, but an almost perfect park for everyone and their needs.
Within a day of arriving, I extended my stay for another week, and soon after that, I extended for as much as i could. In the end I spent nearly all of April there, in pure beach front bliss.
I sit down to write this review, three months on from staying there, in July, and it remains by far the best place I've stayed at, or can imagine you could find in a clean & beautiful, beach-front, dog-loving, gold-class caravan park.
E. F.I loved this Park so much I didn’t want to go home. I originally booked for two weeks but then added an extra week but could have easily stayed another 3 weeks. The staff are friendly and very generous of their time making sure everyone enjoyed their time at the park. The facilities are older but they are well kept and tidy. The park is right on the beach and we swam and walked most days even though it was June. The shopping centre is very close. There is a pool and tennis courts right next door. The markets were also on in the park next door while we were there. We attended a couple of the events with other camper while we were there and had an amazing time at both Ferns Hideaway and at the Pizza and Tappas night! We will definitely be coming back here.
m. p.Great spot! People are friendly and there seems to be social events most days. The park backs onto an AMAZING beach, I was able to enjoy my morning coffee while walking along the soft sand. Water temperature and pressure was good and the bathrooms were clean. I also saw some flying foxes in the nearby trees, which was quite exciting for me.

G. A.Very well located park next to beach, park, shops and pub. Some nice shade trees on site. They were installing a new amenities block. No concrete pads on sites but water and sullage. Prices are very reasonable. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Only downside is a flying fox colony down one end of the park

g. 2.Fantastic place! The folks here really helped me out when I went for a hike a few k's up the road and lost my effing keys to my car. They picked me up and helped me to get things sorted.
Otherwise it is a fantastic location, nice and clean, with friendly staff. All good :)
R. H.We go to this amazing holiday park nearly every school holidays. It's location is brilliant, you can hear the crashing waves on the beach, walk or ride to the local shops and pub, enrol the kids in swimming lessons at the local pool next door and meet wonderful people.
Great activities are held in the holidays, the staff are amazing and the amenities extremely clean. Can't wait for our next stay in a few weeks.

M. F.Stay here 4 or 5 times a year, easy staff to work with unlike some other parks at the coast. The main Toilets and showers are new and allways very clean. 3 to 5 min walk to town for IGA food store and the Pine Beach hotel has great food and live music Friday night till midnight with a courtesy bus.
T. P.We arrived late but called first and they were very nice and told us we could just pick a spot and pay in the morning.
They don’t increase their prices over the school holidays, unlike some other places around that increased their prices by about $20 a night during the school holidays.
There is a very green jungle between the site and the beach that looks very nice. Nice green grass too.
There are bats in the area next to the access to the beach that fight quite a bit.
Lots of beautiful butterflies and we even saw three hummingbirds.
Hot showers and clean toilets.
P. H.Clean, tidy caravan park in terrific location within just minutes of walking to beach, town centre, heated public pool and coffee shops. Traffic noise nil or negligible. Can't wait to return.
A. F.My partner and I loved the location of the park. We rolled out of bed in the morning for a beach walk and met friendly locals more than happy to smile and wave. The park was always clean they have 2 undercover BBQ areas making it easy to meet other park visitors or even have your own gathering and the staff and management were friendly and always willing to have a conversation. The local shops are just a short walk for coffee and crossiant. We will be staying here again.
B.One of the best caravan parks we stayed in. We where thinking of staying two nights, but decided to only go for one and see how we do and if we like it. We certainly did and stayed another night. Such a lovely place! The Wi-Fi was amazingly fast! Showers a lot of pressure, clean amenities. The beach was just on the other side of the little park and great costumer service. Thank you for the great experience!

A. M.I found my stay here pleasant, it was shady and with a sea breeze, cool when it is a hot day. A short stroll to Emu Park centre for supplies or a coffee. It is also not too far to have a fish in the Coorooman creek. Sunday market was a nice day and fish and chips on the beach at sunset is magic. Thanks go to the staff at the park as well. Amenities were clean as well as the camp kitchen.

B. D.We have spent two one week stays at this park this year and will be going back next year. The sites are large and most are nice green grass. It is only a short walk to all the shops you would need also to parks and beach. The facilitates may be old put are very clean (apart from when some feral tramp sand all through I would hate to see their homes if they do the same there), I was told the owners are thinking about rebuilding the blocks. There is a good camp kitchen and a Bar-B-Q area, there are two laundrys. The only down side is they need to police dog on leads at all time rule more strongly.

A. L.Had difficulty finding the campground as it is called Bell Park Caravan park in the brochures. There are bats in the grounds, so you need to choose your site carefully. Amenities could use an upgrade. Ask for the fridge key. Hosts are very obliging. A great location for walking into the town centre.

Right from when we arrived the small lady behind reception (sorry we didn't exchange names!) was a delight, and made me forget about the 4 hours we had just driven!
