Great location, quiet side street accommodation and just a short walk or drive to shops. Staff couldn’t be more helpful! Lovely clean rooms. Beautiful district, worth visiting!

This place was a diamond in the rough. The people in town were so welcoming including the people at foodworks, the GORGEOUS bakery, and the policeman who was directing floodways. The motel staff were so helpful and accommodating. The outskirts of town were flooding and they did their best to help us evacuate ASAP. Also, the room was neat, the bathroom was modern and the outside table gave a beautiful open and calming feeling. I’ll definitely be coming back on our trips up north from Victoria, and I’ll be recommending Goomeri Motel to travellers. The only thing was the shower head needs replacing. A minor fix. otherwise, everything was great. Friendly, calm and inviting.

The proprietors were very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and well appointed - there was even a coffee pod machine! The shower was nice and hot, the air con worked, the tv remote worked and the bed was very comfortable.There was also undercover parking for the motorbike. Thoroughly recommended.

There's not a lot of accommodation options in town so it's a real boon to have a motel with comfortable, clean rooms at a reasonable price. Obliging and welcoming management. Central location. Undercover parking. Good old country comfort (to borrow from a song).

Excellent place to locate yourself if visiting the area. Situated right on the edge of the town's main street with easy walk to local shops etc. Clean good sized rooms, comfy bed plus value for money home cooked evening meals and breakfasts. Quiet location overnight. Will definitely stay there again.

We were very impressed with the room and its facilities. We stayed over in Winter and the A/C kept us comfortably warm over night. The room was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stay. Check in was friendly efficient and quick. Easy off street parking in front of our room for unloading and and reloading our baggage. Very high standard at a very reasonable price. We will stay again when we come by this way. The close proximity to the local hotel was an asset and the food at the hotel was excellent. We enjoyed a nioce cooked breakfast at the motel delivered right on time. Highly recommended

I booked a Queen Twin room. Everything in order when I arrived to check in. Room No. 3 had a nice covered carpark, table and chairs closeby and pot plants everywhere so it was nice to see some greenery outside my room door. Queen bed and a single bed in the room. I really liked the navy blue sheet and blue and white striped bedding. Such a nice change from awful white bed linen in most motels. The room had some updates, especially the bathroom which looked like it had recently been renovated. The vanity and basin was very high for a short person. Bathroom very clean. Heard an awful noise which went on for ages, but then realised it was someone next door showering and it was pipes/plumbing I could hear. Plenty of amenities such as fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave, cutlery and crockery, tea and coffee and biscuits. Got a coffee cup out and noticed drips of coffee near the handle from a previous guest so I thoroughly cleaned it before use. Had a great sleep as the bed was very comfortable. Big utes outside some rooms, and people leaving between 5-6am as well as truck noise nearby but I was up and about early. Late sleepers may be disturbed by the noise. Easy to drop your key in the letterbox outside the reception area if leaving before 8am. This was my second stay in 14 years and it made a convenient and comfortable overnight stay.

It was a halfway point for us to get from Gladstone to the New England. Perfect spot to stop with the most amazing bakery for breakfast! Motel was clean and warm. A great spot to stop

We spent a cosy and comfortable night during chilly weather. The motel is a short walk to pub, bakery and cafe but we enjoyed a tasty home cooked meal served up in our room.

Manager Desley was very informative regarding things and places we could see on our way to Goomeri, including the wineries. The Goomeri hotel chefs alternate with the wineries chefs and are highly recommended. Our room was spotless, everything we needed was there. Undercover parking is immediately outside room. Thoroughly recommend Goomeri Motel.

One of the cleanest Motels I have stayed at. We were a large group of people and the outdoor area was under cover with chairs and tables, great for socializing. Large TV and Netflix, Youtube etc. Would absolutely stay there again next time.

Very comfortable family run business with in room room service and licensed drinks too. Had a great night sleep staying the week though first night was Rissoles and awesome gravy veggies. Do cater for disabled wheelchair users great facilities and surprisingly quiet considering being on the corner of main street. Keep up the Great work newly found Aunty and Uncle.

Everything that was required was available plus extras that we weren't expecting eg cutlery, crockery, microwave heating container, container of detergent instead of a sachet, biscuits and washers. Very impressed with the outside area outside each door where you could sit around a table and enjoy the evening during summer. The carpark was undercover as well. Certainly recommend staying here.

My partner and I arrive for the pumpkin festival, they partially has the street blocked off so we drove through to try and check in amongst the chaos. We were both confronted by a traffic control guy saying we can't park in the street opposite the motel cos we will be towed. Tried to explain we had a reservation, so we then tried to park in the motel itself only to be yelled at by the proprietor, we were feeling very welcomed at this point and just wanted to leave quite frankly. So we check in $135 later. It was a nice very basic simple room and went to the festival. Upon return the whole street were full of cars so we got yelled at for no good reason. So...bed time. I pull the blankets back and discovered a big horrible toe nail in the bed near the pillow. See photos. That horrible violated feeling crept in. I guess they were too worried about joining the festivities rather than being thorough
