We were met by the concierge, who gave us clear directions of how to proceed to the main reception and check in, which was smooth and trouble free. Our room was beautifully presented, clean and bright. Due to Covid, we had in room dining and the meals were very good. We also had our vehicle parked in the hotel parking and were very happy with the level of service by the concierge and the security and under cover parking. We were also offered bottled water every time we left the hotel and were given clear directions for our sightseeing trips. The best hotel we have ever stayed at.

Brilliant staff - very attentive, kind and professional. Foyer area is lovely and very well presented. Buffet breakfast was really, really good! The bed was super comfy. Downside was that the room was very dated - it would have been 5 star back in the 90s, but not so much anymore. Paint off doors, dents in walls, a very small tv. Overall had a lovely stay

My wife and I had lunch in the lobby on 26 Jan - when we mentioned to the cheerful waiter Derrick that it was our anniversary to our surprise he brought out a plate with Happy Anniversary written in chocolate adorned with fruit and macaroons. What a thoughtful gesture and we would like to thank Derrick and the kitchen staff for a delightful experience.

Super convenient location right in the middle of the city. Hotel itself is great, as is the staff - very friendly and accommodating. Hotel rooms are spacious although looking a bit dated by modern standards. No complaints about the actual comfort and facilities though. All in all a great place to stay, especially if you are an honors member.

We had a wonderful Christmas Function at the Hilton hotel. We enjoyed a lot of relaxation at the Pool and a Fantastic Dinner at the Vintage Bar and Grill Restaurant. We stayed overnight in comfortable clean rooms and were even allowed a late check-out the next day. Breakfast was fantastic. Thank you Hilton for making our Christmas evening a memorable one.

As a long time member of a competing chain, I admit it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff is fantastic, attentive but not pushy. A charming lady at the front desk handled check in/check out perfectly. My request for high floor and nice view was accommodated- the room was great. In case I needed anything else, somebody texted during the day to check on me. Keep up the good work, I wish you a lot of success!

I am a Hilton Honours member and if possible I prefer to stay at a Hilton Hotel. When I travel rest and relaxation is of outmost importance to me. I often opt in for the offered upgrades and pay the extra for a nicer and more luxurious room. Mattresses with canyons in the middle is certainly not something I would expect after paying extra for an upgrade. The main business of hotels is beds and a comfortable sleep. That is what they specialise in right? Especially a five star hotel. If I dive into bed and find myself in a valley it makes it clear to me that hundreds if not thousands of bodies lay there before me. And what is the guideline of a good hotel? Make the room so that the customer feels he or she is there first ever staying in that room. Ok, I don't expect to be first person sleeping on that matters but honestly hotels have to replace mattresses as they age. It is not a good experience to pay $300 per night and end up having to admit to yourself that you have a better bed at home.

My wife and I had a great stay with you a few weeks ago. The staff were as you'd expect, amazing and are truly a credit to your business. Room was super clean and we actually had a pretty good view, over looking Eagle Street Pier. I was a bit confused as to why I got charged 6 dollars at your restaurant though, as I'd already prepaid the breakfast for both of us, and got standard pot coffee? I'm guessing another table enjoyed a machine coffee on me, ah well. Will be back, thank you again for looking after us.

The Hilton Brisbane team went above and beyond to accommodate us during our extended stay. Tina at the front desk always said hello and wanted to know how we were doing. Ben, the head concierge, did a wonderful job of managing our valet service, along with the rest of concierge team including Ben, Simon, and Mikey. Would highly recommend staying here.

I marvel at how a company this huge can be made up of some of the loveliest staff I've ever encountered. Despite the Hilton being a massive hotel chain, their guest service is bubbling with next door neighbourly charm. Ben the valet was kind enough answer our questions about the city and the night staff were incredibly gracious when we arrived back quite late in the evening. I absolutely enjoyed my stay at this Brisbane location thanks to the comfy bed, beautiful view, lovely pool, and every hard working member of their team.

Very good stay. Prompt service. Clean, comfortable room. If they put to bed sheets on, to go with the duvet, rather than one bedsheet and the duvet, I would have given them 10 out of 10. My request for a 2nd sheet was responded to very promptly

The Hotel Pool area is beautiful. The room fridge is excellent size & highly efficient. TV is smallish but with a good selection of cable channels. Air Conditioning Fan was a little noisy. Leticia on the front desk is very helpful. The bed was very comfortable with a selection of pillows. Breakfast if included in your room rate is adequate. You may need to ask for extra's along the way. Didn't use Room Service, as it was all via an app. Lots of coat hangers. 2 pairs of slippers, bath robes, iron & board, room safe. So convenient being on the Brisbane Mall. I recommend the Brisbane Hilton for Business or a personal short stay.

I was very excited about having the opportunity at staying at the Hilton, however I was a little disappointed. The room was very average, I thought would be more grand being the Hilton. I didn't get any sleep as on the bed was a doona so even with the air conditioning on was very hot, if kicked off the doona then got cold. I just felt if had a top sheet & a light blanket would of been so much more comfortable. I am happy to report the room was the only disappointing part of my stay. The staff were lovely, welcoming, friendly and very accommodating. Had the full buffet breakfast highly recommend it, the food was fresh & hot. There was so much to choose from. The coffee although slow to receive was worth the wait. I would stay again, but would ensure I took a light blanket to sleep with.

Fairly average for the price - was expecting a bath tub (for my toddler) and only received 2 towels even though we booked for 3 whole humans. Don't hold your breath on getting anything at all on top of the price you pay without an exorbitant fee attached, but i guess that's business. Location was super convenient.

we stayed in Hilton for the Brisbane River Fire, walked to the Southbank in 5 min, enjoyed the fireworks.. Army planes/helicopter shows.. my boy had an excellent time. Clean. heated pool in the hotel, tennis court, gym.. close to all city shops, restaurants.. will be back..

We came to Brisbane for a 4 day city break. I originally booked an Airbnb which turned out to be possibly the worst Airbnb in Brisbane (it was also expensive). So I requested a refund from Airbnb and needed someplace to stay. My wife and I managed about 3 hours sleep in two days because the Airbnb was so bad. So to say we were exhausted was an understatement. We wanted quality , CBD location, great customer service , and of course a big comfy bed. And we got that and more at the Hilton in Brisbane. They were very understanding and even upgraded us for free which was awesome. Their customer service is genuine and the best I've seen from any establishment in Queensland and Ive been here in Qld for 4 years. After chatting about our bad Airbnb experience, Mio, who was checking us in, deliberately upgraded us to a room further from the elevator so it would be even quieter than it already is. It's little touches like that , that show the Hilton's attention to making the customer feel valued. You won't be disappointed with your stay at the Hilton.

I've stayed in many hotels in Brisbane but never the Hilton, I had harshly judged it from the outside assuming it was dated and tired. Admittedly the outside architecture is dated, but this cannot be helped, however on entry the hotel is very modern, clean and worthy of the 5 star status. I would certainly stay again. Well done to the staff at Hilton, the hotel would be suffering from the downturn due to COVID restrictions, but there was no glimpse of negativity or lesser service from the staff.

Valentine's Day is the season of love and it's also a busy season for trying to find a reservation at a great hotel. The experience we had this weekend was seamless; from the warm welcome at Check In, to the friendly waiter giving great suggestions on cocktails in the bar, to a great morning breakfast in the restaurant. Our Executive Suite was clean, with a beautiful surprise arranged upon arrival. The whole experience this weekend was very refreshing. Very high quality hotel very conveniently located in the heart of Brisbane city centre with access from both Queen Street Mall and Elizabeth Street. Staff are very friendly and helpful and the food on offer at Vintaged, the in-house restaurant, and room service, is really good. Best views are from the Queen Street side of the hotel - often with awesome sunsets silhouetted against the city skyline.

Located in the middle of the CBD (perfect location), the hotel is clean and provides you with great hospitality. The hotel staff are very helpful and will guide you throughout your stay. The hotel provides you almost every facility from good rooms, gym, pool and food and drink service no matter where you are within the hotel. First time staying here and we will be back! Perfect location in Queen Street mall. Fantastic experience from when we arrived with our car, to check in, and then again on departure. Clean, modern rooms with great views of Brisbane. The bar is excellent and all the staff are warm and friendly. We didn’t get time to try the pool or restaurant but they look fabulous too. Highly recommend especially for locals looking for a city getaway.

My dad stayed here recently. The glass lifts and central area are beautiful. The rooms are quite dated now but maybe the more expensive rooms have had an upgrade? I have fond memories of this hotel because it's where my grandparents always stayed when they came to Brisbane (when I was a child and they were still alive). The bar is sooo expensive. A glass of white wine and a rum and coke was $25. We ended up going to a pub where the same drinks came to $14 and were much more generous. But I guess that's to be expected at a hotel. Customer service is impeccable.

Enjoyed our recent stay at the Hilton for my wife's birthday. The valet team were very good, friendly and personable. Check in was smooth and easy, and the staff had organised some bubbles and Macarons for my wife's birthday, which was a very nice touch. The room was clean, and we got a high floor as requested. The only thing that let down our stay was our experience with our buffet breakfast. There was a waiter who was annoyed at our request for second glass of OJ, even though we were specifically told to ask staff for it due to COVID restrictions. There was also one of the chef's at the egg station not wearing his mask correctly, which really annoyed me, as all guests were being made to comply. I am sure this will be addressed, as the staff in general could not be friendlier and more accommodating during our stay, it is sad they have been let down by the team in the restaurant.

Beautiful hotel. Came in late and asked if there was anywhere to get a couple soft drinks, concierge told me the kitchen was closed but he would see what he could do. Within 5 mins knock on my door, he is standing there with 2 icy bottles of diet coke and when I asked how much I owed him. Told me they were on him. Glad I'm here for a couple days, hilton hotel, thankyou. I will be back for sure.

Hotel room wasn't as clean as I expected it to be; nitpicking but had bits of candy and bark on the floor. Concierge prior to arrival was good and made sure that amenities were in place for our arrival. Reception and check in process was smooth and friendly but the rooms were definitely very outdated. You can tell that this was definitely more for their business clientele rather than vacationers like us. All in all it was a serviceable experience but not the best way to make the most of your Hilton status. The breakfast was decent as well.

Great service. Counter staff were excellent, room service was great. I was there as part of a conference, but part of the problem was that other hotel staff were assembling other displays in the hallways area near our conference room... That made the event look messy and you could hear noise from the construction process during our conference. I understand that we are only renting the one conference area, but still, the place was a mess. Breakfast selection could have been better for the price though.

The restaurant vintage is top quality and the buffet is pretty good too. Tailored for corporates but we stayed as a family. Local restaurants are a little further but the mall is so handy especially with a baby.

I stayed here for a week with my mother. I was attending a conference in the hotel and my mother was touring each day to various parts of the city and region. This hotel served as a perfect landing place for both of us. The rooms were perfectly clean and the staff was welcoming and helpful. The lobby on the executive floor was an ideal refuge for any weary traveler, the breakfast was perfect (loved the juicer), the evening appetizers and drinks were lovely, and the man working up there in the mornings made our stay there feel like home. The room was just OK,we booked a deluxe room king bed,the mattress was too soft and not comfortable,the most terrible was the Air-conditioning,very noising like a airplane engine,we need to use a ear plug for sleeping! The three best things about the Hilton are it's comfortable beds, excellent service and location. The hotel itself is dated and in need of a makeover. The rooms are quite large but those situated on the corridors overlooking the central atrium are impacted by noise from the lounges below. We stayed there on a Friday night, and could clearly hear the breakfast music from 7am the next morning. Breakfast itself was very good with a good range of dishes from a variety of cultures.

We had another excellent overnight stay last weekend for a business conference. The hotel lobby smells amazing. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean. The king bed soft, the bed linen fresh, comforting and silky, the pillows were very good however a little to high profile - perhaps you could offer a low profile as well. The bathroom was clean with lovely smelling personal toiletries. The shower pressure, well let’s just say this is your biggest downside - there is none and for a five star hotel, this really needs to be addressed. Other than that, excellent location. Nice view. Really enjoyed my stay here. Room was nicely designed with a little separate office space by using the desk as a separator. Everything was very clean and modern. The staff from the concierge, front reception, housekeeping, etc. were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great too. A lot of times at other hotels you get food that you can tell that isn't the highest quality but the food here was top notch and had a mix of both western and eastern dishes. Only minor point is that the coffee served wasn't the best but it was fine.

This hotel bar is overlooked in my opinion. It offers a comfortable, spacious, elegant area for a social get together, combined with the impeccable service and hospitality you'd expect of an international hotel. Went to Hilton Brisbane for a professional event on the weekend. Was smiled at by the man near the cars and luggage, found reception pleasant enough and quick with their answers, lifts arrived promptly and the venue was good. Most importantly, the temperature of the room was good. The only thing was that when I left, a lot of the toilets were not flushing so I followed the other women to another bathroom and had to wait again. It was alright though because I managed to catch sight of the amazing ceiling view on my way through! Reminded me of one of the amazing hotels in Shanghai! For this, it gets a 4th star.

This review is based on our most recent stay. Previous stays bumped the score to 4 stars. Hilton provide the opportunity to request certain things for your stay when you book online. We requested a room as far away from the lift as possible. We got the room right next to the lift. Normally they get this right so benefit of the doubt. They moved us up the hallway after a trip back to reception. Normally when we stay we request a couple of extra towels and son different pillows. These requests didn't follow us to our new room (we can't be sure they made it to the first room as we didn't enter). We got it sorted eventually.

Had a wonderful experience. Was my grandfathers first time staying in brisbane and the hilton staff made our stay exceptional. The service, the lovely spanish lady at reception and gentleman spent time explaining everything to him till he understood. The staff were always willing to help and very polite. The buffet breakfast was wonderful catered to all different diets. Valet parking was wonderful (cost $58 pay when you checkout) and the lovely gentleman open doors and assisted getting my 90yearold grandfather out and unloaded, carried and reloaded luggage. The room was superb well ventilated, well lit and throughly cleaned (see photos, this was a double bedroom 2 separate beds). The room cost was $234 on a Saturday night. To top off the weekend they sent up wine for his birthday.

A very nice hotel in central location, good & helpful service staff but the overall rating was marred by a specific front desk staff named Shashi. We generally stay at the Hilton chain when travelling & hope that Shashi was an isolated incidence. In our stay in Sep/18, upon our arrival, she was trying to aggressively convince us that to upgrade for lounge access, we'd need to pay $95 (in the email from Hilton, it's $65). She then gradually lowered the price & stopped at $70/day. We mentioned that on Hilton website, it's $65 & that's what we paid in our previous stay. That was not enough to convince the lady to lower her tone. As said, this was an isolated incidence with Hilton in our travel. A real surprise - the haggle process at a 5-star hotel & being aggressive to customer. Other than that it's a great hotel which met all our needs (central location, nice restaurant, good swimming pool, well maintained & equipped gym, helpful service staff). We'd return but check in with a different reception staff

Event was in the fifth floor conference rooms with a small expo outside. The wait staff were efficient, friendly and polite. Quite discreet actually. Food was good, eggs were a bit watery but that was the only negative. And hey, it's hard doing scrambled eggs in bulk! AV for the room could use some work. The audio was a bit hard to hear up the back where I was and the screen was difficult to see through all the heads. A delay screen and speakers could solve that problem.

One of the better Nice 5 star Hilton hotels. It's old a building but appears to be recently renovated. I stayed in a deluxe king room with views of King George square with nice views. Room was big and rectangular. Bathroom was nice and modern but lacked a separate bath tub so be aware if you have small children, or want a tub. I prefer a stand alone shower anyway. I dislike 5 star hotels with a shower and tub all in one, not very 5 star feel. Should always be separated. hotel has a pool and tennis court and large gym. Location is excellent right in the queen street mall in the centre of the city. Walking distance to everything in the city. It's a little pricey for what you get as other hotels offer similar location and rooms for less...maybe not the tennis court. Overall very comfortable stay and one of the few luxury 5 star hotels on offer in Brisbane. The breakfast buffet was average. Location: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Room: 4/5 (a separate bath tub would have got 5) Food and breakfast buffet: 2/5 (needs to be more extensive, not much variety) Facilities: 5/5

Great location with walk in straight to Queen Rd and the CBD. LOOKING FOR PARKING, definitely use the Wintergarden public parking booked ahead using online services such as SECURE PARKING. The elevator from this multistorey parking opens straight to Hilton foyer on level 6. Very convenient. Basically you shouldn't expect much of a view from Brisbane CBD in general but if you're looking for one we upgraded our room to level 20 which is the Delux rooms floor and this close to the best view you'll get. The rooms were 4 out of 5 good and the service and the pillow menu was a Hilton grade as expected. The buffet breakfast was good but short on staff on peak hours. In general the location and the close proximity to a multistorey parking if you are on a hire car were the hits as it saves us $50+ per night on Hilton valet parking which is a price of a room on its own.

The glass doors onto Lvl 5 function area remain closed off the 2nd day which inconvenienced the attendees. I know it’s a small item, but the devil is in the details. Review 2019 Our karate season of the year 2109 started on the 23 February with the Sunshine Coast Karate Challenge . The IKD mob had a great time and it hailed lots of medals: 4 gold, 3 silver and 6 bronze medals. We had a great day at the AFMA Competition in Brisbane on the 3rd of March, with outstanding results from the IKD-Australia team: 5 gold, 4 silver and 1 bronze medal. The QKA State Titles were on the 16th-17th March 2019 and Dustin, Delara, Diba and Jethro represented IKD Australia in Brisbane. They had a great karate experience and came home with a lot of medals: 2 gold, 3 silver and 2 bronze medals. And I must also mention a well done to David and Daria for refereeing all day strongly and fairly and for sitting and passing their referee exams! Our 5 IKD-Karate-Australia Queensland State Team members Daria, Dustin, Delara, Jethro and Diba represented Queensland at the 2019 Australian National Championships in Launceston/Tasmania in August. The Nationals were truly a success for our 5 IKD-Karate-Australia members, who brought home 1 gold and 4 bronzes medals. And David did an upgrading on his national judge accreditation. Then they were the Sunshine Coast School Championships in October 2019. We had our young karate warriors Zac and Dana competing for their first time ever! (3rd place in Kata and Kumite and Dana 2nd in Kata and 3rd in kumite). They were so cute but also strong and did a fantastic job: Dana won silver in Kata and bronze in kumite and Zac bronze in Kata and bronze in kumite. The 1st IKD-Australia Internnational Gasshuku (Seminar) was held at the end of October 2019. It was our first Seminar with Shuseki Shihan Woon-A-Tai and it was superb! Shihan Woon-A-Tai conducted a truly great seminar from which everyone was able to further their skills in a way that hasn’t previously been taught by other instructors. We received heaps of positive feedback on the new skills that were being taught and look forward to another seminar with Shuseki Shihan Woon-A-Tai hopefully in the next year! Our MP Tony Perrett and our mayor Mick Curran were present at the opening ceremony of our seminar. We are impressed with their unwavering support towards our or Organisation and their impressive speeches! We were also lucky enough to have a Kyu and Dan grading with Shihan Woon-A-Tai. It was a great honour and so good to see that everyone did so well and passed their grading! Our last tournament for the year was the Queensland School Championships in November in Cleveland. Again, we brought home many medals with cute Dana again winning a silver medal and a bronze medal. All together we got 5 gold medals, 3 silver medals and 2 bronze medals. It was a very pleasant tournament and what a great finish for the year it was! Our break up party for 2019 was held in November at the South Side School swimming pool. Our karate family had a great get together and enjoyed the sunny day immensely. We wish everyone a happy and healthy new year 2020!

Hilton Brisbane is right next to probably the busiest shopping and entertaining district in downtown Brisbane. There are tons of restaurants, all the high end shops, and several shopping malls within a 3 blocks section of pedestrian only street. The river is just short walk away either to the east or to the west. It is even within walking distance to the fabulous South Bank. This hotel offers what you would expect from a high-end Hilton. The room is clean, and with all the amenities you would expect. The gym and pool are great, and the staff is really friendly. It's a good place to stay if you like to be in the middle of everything of downtown Brisbane.

The Brisbane Hilton has a huge 'hollow pyramidal' atrium. It is the same as featured by the Luxor in Vegas, same height but only half width. Brisvegas?
