My 11 night stay was great I was treated very well and helped out with anything I needed. The staff was excellent especially Dolores who helped me out so much and was so nice. I really enjoyed my stay

I have completed 14 days of hotel quarantine at IBIS styles. My stay was in a nice room well catered. I was lucky i had a nice view of queens Park. The food was really good and enough. The hotel staff etc put in a good effort considering it would be different and difficult as it was not normal conditions. Thanks IBIS 😊

Amazing! The food is delicious and the hotel staff are so nice and will go above and beyond to accommodate your needs and ensure you have a wonderful stay. Great location and within walking distance to everything you need while visiting Brisbane. Will definitely stay again!

BOOKING AND PRE-ARRIVAL
Booking was Simple and done online with a quick and easy process.
There was a notes section to add notes to your booking should you need to.
ARRIVAL
Parking is located in the Myer Centre and if you park on the hotel side of the carpark the lifts will take you straight into the Myer Centre and a short walk to the hotel.
We arrived for a 2-night stay arriving Friday – departing Sunday
On arrival we were quickly attended to by reception staff.
Payment was processed and room cards issued.
I had previously been advised of a room on floor 18 being allocated, however, due to a maintenance issue the room was not available, and I was allocated a room on floor 15. I did question the change and the front counter person promptly looked up the room availability and we were offered a room on floor 22.
ROOM
General Room Information
Room number: 2205
This is Room 5 on level 22
Room Type: River View Corner Deluxe
Cleanliness
Overall, the room was clean all over. Clean windows allowed for a perfect view and many photo opportunities.
There was no dust, even in hidden locations like top of tv and top shelf.
Bedding was stain free and not a single mark could be spotted. The bedding was in excellent condition and very comfortable
Most air-conditioning ducts were clean except the one located in the bathroom which appeared to have a build inside it.
In Room amenities
The hotel provided the following in the room:
• Iron
• Ironing Board
• Coat Hangers
• Kettle
• Bar Fridge
• Alarm clock
• Hair dryer
• Safe
• Sugar, Tea and coffee
• Individual milks
• 2 Bath towels
• 1 hand towel
• 1 face washer
• Shower cap
• Sanitary bag
• Conditioning Shampoo
• Shower Gel
• Small cake of soap
Room Servicing
The room was serviced on the Saturday of our stay.
The following were replaced:
• Sugar, Tea and coffee
• Individual milks
• Towels and washer
• Shower cap
• Sanitary bag
• Conditioning Shampoo
• Shower Gel
• Small cake of soap
I am unsure if the bedding was replaced or if the bed was just remade as guests are not allowed in the room during servicing, however, the bed did appear as though no one had slept in it and bedding felt and appeared clean.
Bins were emptied and rubbish removed.
CHECKOUT
Were attended to promptly and the checkout process was quick and easy.
We were asked about validating our parking and When asking about it they had advised that it was cheaper to book direct with the hotel then to book with the Myer Center. I had previously been advised on the phone that we didn’t get parking through the Hotel and had to go direct through the Myer Center. When advising staff of this there were prompt in correcting the issue and refunding the difference.

For a four star hotel, this is as good as it can be.
Basic amenities provided, walk-n shower, etc [all good]. Sometimes the TV kind-of flickers, may be a simple connection issue. Nice city view from higher floors.

Was created by a very friendly and informative concierge, and the room was well priced and spotless. Good for a budget business traveler.
Parking is available nearby, in the Myer Central Carpark. This is slightly inconvenient but the staff were informative of this setup, which helped.
The only other little criticism was that the common area outside my room was noisy at times with doors opening and closing and what sounded like some people laughing and calling out, but it was not too intrusive.
Had an overall pleasant stay and would consider coming again.
H.
Amazing view from our room, clean and comfy. Friendly staff.
When adjusting my booking to include an extra person, customer service could have assisted with suggestions (adjoining room or book another). I had to hang up, to think of a solution and call back to book another room.

I have stayed here for 3 nights and also been in the meeting room all day. I can honestly say that the room was awesome with great views and well maintained. There is a young lady that has been working in dining room by the name of Jessica. She has been continously lovely and cheery to speak to and deal with. She has made my stay here so much more enjoyable. The food has always been perfectly cooked. I only wish there was more on the menu to choose from. Otherwise all round pleasant stay. I would recommend the Ibis Styles to anyone.

Wow, what a lovely place!
Stayed here over the weekend and it was so nice!
The room was a little bit small and the view wasn't the greatest (facing other old buildings along Elizabeth St), however it was extremely clean and very cosy.
Front desk service was great too.
Definitely worth the money paid, ($152/night).
Will be returning again, thanks guys. :)
N. M.
Welcomed by the wonderful concierge, and the top floor riverside room had a gorgeous view. The room was clean and modern, but no minibar facility. Very affordable and accessible to the CBD, though be mindful parking is in the Queen St Mall underground car park (will be validated upon checkout).
A. E.
The breakfast and restaurant staff was amazing, the bed comfortable room small but cosy. The view was a let down on level 3, told couldn't have a room higher because we requested 2 beds and they were only on the lower floors.
Great position in city.
R. J.
View was amazing but the king room felt some how small in relation to price range.
B. M.
I didn’t stay, but my colleague is there now. But I had to cancel due to Border restrictions and they moved outside of their cancellation policy. Thanks Ibis! You have probably bought our loyalty for life, by responding generously in this turbulent climate :)
J. T.
It's a nice place to stay if you are heading out on the town for the night. Comfy beds, full length windows, blackout curtains. Just all around a good place.
C. W.
Hadnt stayed here for 3 years. Lined it then and still lime it here. An overnight stay in room 2005. High floor cnr suite overlooking the river. The view was amazing. Comfortable bed. Clean. Very friendly staff. Not a quiet location as the Irish pub is next door and has a band playing. This didn't bother me as I liked the music they were playing.
D. S.
We enjoyed our stay here. The staff were most helpful. We had an incredible river view from t h e 19th floor. The bar staff were so friendly.
T. D. W.
A nice place to stay for a quick trip. Bed was comfortable staff were friendly. Only downside was that there was only one chair in the room so the other person had to sit on the bed. No hot chocolate either apart from that. The price was a bit expensive once you added parking.
H.
The room was very clean tidy and modern. Considering it was a small room, I was surprised to find that it still contained everything you would expect to find in a hotel room. The bed was very comfortable as well.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is fantastic, right next to the Myer centre and within walking distance of the Queen Street mall.
D. S.
Very good hotel in cbd. Upgraded to a higher floor as part of a deal and took a corner room. Could not of been happier. Very nice view of the river. Very friendly staff at reception and at breakfast the gentlemen was very helpful with helping us with directions. Will stay here in future and recommend to all
J. S.
Check-in was painful with only one staff member working for quite sometime. Room is comfortable and blackout blinds make it awesome for a sleep in, however accoustic's in the hall way needs to be be addressed as all you are able to hear all night is door slamming and people talking while heading to their rooms.
R. P.
Great room, comfortable bed plenty of room for the wheelchairs. Staff were amazing so helpful, friendly and resourceful. Nothing was to much or too difficult for any of them.
D. &. N. L.
Once again we very much enjoyed our stay.
This time when celebrating our Birthdays.
We made great memories and once again had a most enjoyable stay. Thanks to all the Team & especially Kristy. Very much appreciated.
Happy New Year.
M. B.
Staff extra helpful & friendly.
Rooms great. With fabulous views. Clean & stylish. Easy access to the city or theatre area. Free car parking
Meals great.

Huge shout out to Tyler, who helped me organize accommodation for some work colleagues. I had made the booking through Booking.com and had to keep making changes. Tyler was so helpful and friendly, will definitely be using this hotel again for future bookings.

We have just spent the weekend at Ibis Styles Elizabeth Street and I can’t speak highly enough of this fun, beautiful hotel. From the welcoming reception staff, through to the comfy beds, everything was perfect. Super clean, functional rooms with stunning river views and everything within walking distance - we shopped, we ate & we relaxed. A great little overnight staycation... we can’t wait to go back!
G. R.
Enjoyed the room, bed was 2 smaller beds joined together which was a tad uncomfortable. Breakfast buffet was good but didnt have a big selection.
N.
Is was a very nice room. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was stylish. I got all this for a very good price.
Also it was great that it was in close pet the Myer centre and takeouts nearby.
A. J.
Amazing stay at the ibis! Altho i got lost in the Myers car park, I still give this place 5 stars! Rooms are small and convenient, has everything you need! The view is beyond amazing (stayed in a city view king suite). Loved my stay here and I'll be coming here again
L.
Really nice staff, especially Valentina on reception and Natalie at breakfast.
Rooms are small but fine for short stay, comfy bed and modern.
Breakfast was very nice too.
Ps. Please pass onto Valentina that I found my electric shaver after thinking I had left it my room. I called on the way to the airport and she went to my room to check if it was left behind. When I got home to Sydney I discovered my shaver had fallen inside my spare shoes in my bag!
A.
great location. staff were also great. due to our style of trip we were staying here on and off and they were so helpful with letting use keep our main luggage here while we did something for a few days. rooms were great. a tad small but other than that good. we had a few different rooms but the view over the southbank area was nice.
c. m.
A good budget hotel. Nice rooms, but very small. I found that my room let way too much light in, despite the curtains, and that the walls are very thin. As a result, I was woken up several times in the night by my neighbours coming and going in the hallway. I'd recommend bringing your own pillow as the pillows you are provided with are very thin and uncomfortable. The hotel's cafe, The Social, was better than I expected. My breakfast was nice and so was my coffee which was a refreshing change - most hotel coffee is stale. I would stay here again.
J. M.
We've stayed a few times and it's always a good experience. Last visit recently was our first hotel stay during COVID and everything felt appropriate and comfy. The front counter employee was lovely and went up to my room with me when I had an issue with my room card. Room was cheerful and clean and our room with river views was lovely. As an Accor member, we were well looked after with the extra benefits 👍🏻
A. H.
Quirky colour scheme, we had very tidy studio unit. Ideal for when catching up with friends in the city, great comfy bed.
R. T.
Perfect location and incredible view! Visited here and the view was spectacular. Wonderful view facing the Brisbane River with floor to ceiling windows. The staff were lovely and went above and beyond for our visit. The restaurant was delicious and we enjoyed our included breakfast each day of our stay. Located right in the heart of the CBD we were walking distance to everything we needed including public transportation, we would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The Ibis Styles is brilliantly located with shops, bars and restaurants literally on the doorstep. The hotel is bright and modern and staff are friendly and helpful.
The rooms are not large but are well designed with a work area, hanging space and storage for cases/bags. There's also a handy fridge, a safe, plenty of power points, good lighting, iron and kettle.
The bathroom is compact with limited amenities (just shower gel, soap and shampoo) and weirdly no hand towels but the shower is fantastic and really powerful.
Bed is super comfy. The best thing about the rooms though are the floor to ceiling windows - especially if you're lucky to get a river view! This hotel is amazing value and for the price and location, it's got to be hard to beat!
C. A.
You have to pay exorbitant prices for parking. This is not clear on the website, service on check in was rude. Hot food and coffee at the restaurant for breakfast was cold by the times you get it back to the table.
On the upside though service was good, room was clean, bed was made daily, while we were out, the Wi-Fi was good, as there was next to no reception on the 25th floor, the food from the in-room menu (room service) is well priced, arrives in a good amount of time, is hot, and yummy. Also, the views from the 25th floor are spectacular!!
t. g.
Best ever love the Ibis - we stay here every month and the staff are great. Rooms are great and have all amenities just bring a magnifying mirror it helps.
The views of the river glorious.
M. S.
Very good value for money. Great location but minor issues such as room fridge not really cold and no proper hand towels. Otherwise would have given 5 Stars.
S. N.
Nice, new and clean with a new TV that is Bluetooth compatible for watching Netflix or plugging in a games console. Staff were friendly and helpful. The view was great and we enjoyed our night away. Lots of cheap restaurants are nearby and ut's a short stroll over to Southbank and the Cultural Centre. Nearest parking is at The Myers Centre but cheapest parking is a block over at Wilsons.
J. Ö.
Amazing friendly and professional staff, clean functional rooms with an fantastic view! Will definitely be back.
E. F.
Had a wonderful stay with my partner, rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Had a good view though we asked for city view and sort of got half half of the river and the city but not a full view but that’s ok! Still waiting to get my $50 back though so hopefully that comes through soon as we stayed on Wednesday and left Thursday ☺️ I’m sure it’s being dealt with. Loved the design of the room and great value. Will definitely visit again.
M. V.
Truly one of the best views I had in a hotel! I was in the 19th floor and it was simply amazing to sleep looking at the city, the river and the lights!!
The room is perfect, bed confortable and Bluetooth speaker is definitely a must.
Will come back again and again!

One of the best Ibis Styles hotels. Good reception area, sufficient and efficient elevators, a nice casual bar and restaurant. The rooms are small but are modern and in perfect condition with lots of windows, many offering extensive views over the river and to the hills. Very convenient location in the CBD. This hotel is excellent value for the price.
M. L.
I only opted for a cheap room, and it was better then expected. Good value, clean, comfy king bed, good aircon, good shower etc.
The staff were friendly and helpful, and we're very accommodating allowing us to leave our bags with them before the room was ready, and also after we checked out (having a flight later that evening).
The only suggestion for improvement: the blinds are slightly too narrow, so the morning sun will creep through one side or the other.
K. Y.
All of the staff are fantastic especially Reception! So helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Location was also excellent and paid parking was easy and reasonable next door. Will definitely be back.
A. M.
The bed was comfortable, room was clean, the staff were very friendly, love the colour scheme and it had a feeling of luxury. Love not having a minibar, loved the clock radio were you can charge up your phone without looking for a spare switch to plug the phone into. It was just great to make a coffee in the room with a nice size cup and not a small cup, the wine glasses were nice to drink out of and the towels were soft and the pillows were very comfortable. I enjoyed my stay here will do it again.
J. R.
Stayed in the hotel for one night after a long an busy few days on the gold coast.
Staff at check-in were great & explained the parking (if in after 7 pm & out before 7 or something like that) it's a flat fee $12AUD.
Room was spectacular with an amazing view over the river to the south bank.
Didn't eat in the hotel but got an UberEats. As the only place to chill while working was the business center which is attached to the restaurant we did feel a little awkward eating, but the staff member was cool about it.
Overall great hotel, nice room, a poor show with no toothbrush available but still a great place to spend your time in Brisban
M. T.
Small and quaint rooms with a delightfully soft bed. No kitchenette so you have to get water for the kettle from the bathroom sink. Basic amenities provided: soap bar, shower gel, shampoo and shower cap, but no toothbrush or toothpaste. The bathroom and shower itself was very modern and felt like a 5 star hotel.
Buffet breakfast is good value for money with a small but varied selection. Not amazing but I was definitely satisfied.
N. M.
Well presented hotel. Parking is a little difficult to access. Friendly, helpful and professional staff greet you with a smile at reception. Rooms are clean and comfortable with decent amenities. The pub/club on the corner can be heard in the rooms late in the night. Nice views of the river at night.

I stayed here for the week and was very impressed.
Lovely view from the 21st floor, my room was absolutely beautiful and despite being small was cosy and EXACTLY what I wanted. Every member of staff there including housekeepers were super friendly and more then happy to do anything to make my stay more comfortable. For the price of the hotel, how close it is to everything inc. trains and shops it was a fantastic choice. I would say the only downside to my entire stay was the cost of parking and the fact the hotel wifi wouldn't work for me.
Other then that, I'm definitely going to be a repeat customer, I won't hesitate to make this my first choice hotel in the future. Honestly great service :)
A.
Stayed 2 nights at a discounted price with trivago. Very happy with our stay, comfortable clean room, very comfortable queen bed, awesome river view. Restaurant was nice for all meals & priced well. Perfect location for walking to the casino, the wheel, shops & various other sights. Stress free & enjoyable. For the price & location i highly recommended. Only downfall was they had a group of over 100 coming so the restaurant only offered a $35 pp buffet which wasn't what we were wanting so we walked a few metres around the corner for the best chicken wings ever.
K. H.
I chose Ibis Styles primarily because of the location. I was very happy with my room and the service I received during my stay.
The staff on the desk were very friendly and efficient. The only thing I had trouble with was that no one told me to use my room key to make the elevator work. Luckily a cleaner got in the lift with me and told me what to do.
The room was really nice. Very comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed. I liked the decor too.
I had a continental breakfast included in my room booking, so went down to eat about 8am. The dining room was well set up and the selections available to me were very nice. I was offered an upgrade to the full hot breakfast buffet but declined.
Check out by 11am is a bonus. Most places are 10am and the extra hour meant I could lounge around a bit longer instead of rushing to leave. Express check out is very handy; just dropped my keys in the box and left.
Overall I really enjoyed my stay and will not hesitate to recommend Ibis Styles.
A.
Excellent value for money with a twist of modernism. The Ibis Styles cannot be faulted, it’s not lavish or plush but more trim and well appointed. The view (26th floor west side) was mostly city architecture with a wedge of river, Nice! The bed was excellent and well dressed, the shower was big enough for two but the tap placement wasn’t thought out well as it was easy to bump. Extensive use of modern colourful wall papers and floor coverings throughout the halls and common areas and feature walls in each room give it its unique feel.
N. C.
I stayed on the 22 floor and I did enjoy my stay. The staff were helpful and very nice. The Social which is the inhouse restaurant was affordable and provides some good options
I had a king room - it was great for one person but not a lot of space for two.
There are basic facilities like a kettle and a chiller-not a fridge per sé
The gym is small, I would not plan to do massive workouts here is an afterthought/small room. Just run outside or bench your suitcase.
There were some minor cleaning issues as you can see by the attached pictures:
The bed cover had black marks on it and the bathroom vent was just horrible.
Parking can be an issue but it's advertised on the website so pre plan to arrive on non peak times.
Overall for the price point it's a great spot. I would stay again.

You can tell a really well run hotel from the moment you walk in the door, at least I can.
The Club ACCOR Priority check in was manned (actually Womanned) which is sadly not always the case at other properties). The young woman who checked me in won my award for the most efficient check in I have ever had - anywhere; seriously I was on my way to the lift in under 2 minutes and I hadn’t already checked in on line.
She and the other staff were being assisted by Todd, who 10 minutes later when I made my way to the restaurant for a late lunch, filled a brief service gap by taking my lunch order. I saw Todd again briefly at reception on my last day when I dropped down to ask if I could get a later check out. They processed it quickly without a problem. Turns out Todd is the GM, I nicknamed him the ‘Everywhere Man’. He’s in his hotel ‘boots n all’ supporting his young team, which is exactly the way it should be done.
The rooms are small but well equipped and maintained. My corner one on the 16th floor had a lovely view over the river. Only negative was the water pressure isn’t great in the shower but in a world where someday soon fresh water will be our most valuable commodity, one can hardly object to it being reasonably conserved.
The location is great and just a brief walk to anywhere around the city, including Southbank. There is even a bus stop literally at the front door.
There is also a nice little Gym on the 1st floor with all the basics, including free weights.
Breakfast was well organized and comprehensive choices.
The rooms aren’t cheap, but rates in Brisbane city seldom are but it is a really well run, convenient property and I have no hesitation at all in recommending it.

We stayed in Ibis Styles Elizabeth Street Brisbane for two weeks. Although the room was small, but it was always being serviced daily, always clean, the staff are always friendly and helpful. So thankful they provide free laundry service for their guests, all we had to do was just bought the detergent; really helpful with this laundry service for long-term guests. Its location is so perfect, so close to anywhere in Brisbane CBD. Literally just 5 minutes walk to the food court, perhaps 10 minutes to the train station, bus stations are around the hotel. We definitely would love to stay at Ibis Styles Elizabeth Street Brisbane again in the future!!
A.
Convenient to city centre. Good value for the price. Fantastic colour scheme throughout the hotel. Bright, cheerful and inviting. We had a handicap room but were disappointed there was no table or chair or second luggage rack. Bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was included and we didn't need to upgrade to the hot one. plenty of food available. Nice having a lounge/bar/cafe available at all hours.
P. B.
I was there to attend a conference so my three night stay was almost perfect, I stored my bags until the room was ready on time. The room was everything I needed, clean and comfortable. The house keeping staff where great and I loved returning to a clean and made up room every night. The bed was comfy and I slept really well without traffic noise. The view from the room was superb. River/city views ... just magic.
The best part of my stay was the day staff! I was a little grumpy when I arrived and was greeted by the best smiles and courteous service. The way I was treated by the young man that registered me made me just know that this hotel stay was going to be a breeze. My only let down was on the morning of my departure I ventured into the restaurant to grab a coffee only to be charged for it. I had also tried to dine there but there was absolutely nothing Vegan . Seriously. It's veggies or salad or maybe a curry.
The restaurant was my only let down but reception staff made up for that as did the restaurant across the road.
K. S.
I've stayed here a couple of times. With my partner we had a great view over the river. Great location meant we didnt spend too much time in the room. Really is a place just to sleep. Both times the room wasnt clean with hair in sink and floors needing vacuuming. Breakfast is okay but i wouldnt pay for the hot breakfast. Better places close by.
3 star for location and price.
K. C.
The room was new, fresh and clean and sufficient for an overnight stay. The staff were pleasant; though was difficult to get through on the phone. It is in a good position for the cbd. We had a large/tall vehicle which we had to find our own parking for as we did not fit in the available parking at the Myer centre. We also arrived at peak traffic time and were not supposed to pull up in that zone in front of the hotel to unload our bags. Quick check out where we deposited our keys in a box was great!
T. M.
Great for simple travellers who just need a comfortable bed & room for the night. Very well kept. Bed linen & towels were clean. Basic toiletries were provided.Only con was the bedroom doors slam shut. Would have been better if they could soft close.
S. T.
Hotel is perfectly located near CBD and the Southbank. The reception staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but are clean at arrival and very modern. We had requested for a room as high as possible with a good view and they honored our request. The weak point of the hotel in our experience was its house keeping. We stayed there for 2 nights and the house keeping had only tidied the bed and put a new shampoo. We had to request for a shower gel. The bed wasn't even made up well and the floor wasn't vacuumed. The breakfast is, in my opinion, too expensive. You get charged for the wifi (10 dollars per day), although wifi is free of charge in the city. It is not fair and classy to charge for the wifi in 2017 anymore.
L. M.
Was ok.
Bathroom had the FOULEST smell seeping out of the drain. We had to keep the door shut.
Bed was as soft as a cloud!
J. “. B.
Small and clean rooms. The bathroom is really nice. Stayed 11th floor Riverview. I usually sleep with the tv on a timer for noise but the bar downstairs blares all evening. It is not part of the hotel so they have no power which I understand.
I love that they have free laundry but hate that I have to go to the store to buy some. They should sell some.
B.
Stayed here during our honeymoon trip and the staff assigned us to one of the best room available at 25th floor and not only that they also gave us a bottle of sparking wine which is much appreciated.
I would also like to mention that the hotel is well renovated, clean and staffs on duty was really friendly and helpful. Will definitely love to stay at this hotel again if we come by Brisbane again.
Highly recommend this hotel to everyone!
A. M.
My partner and myself needed something last minute to stay in and this place did not disappoint! It was central to everything and it was a fantastic apartment to come back to at the end of a busy day exploring the city. The buffet breakfast was delicious (although I would recommend getting it included in the room otherwise it's $20 per person but that didn't both us at all!) and the bed was really soft and comfortable and the view from the 19th floor was beautiful as well, especially at night.

Great location for shopping
Sightseeing and eating. Riverview rooms have great out look over South Brisbane and Surrounds. Rooms are compact but modern decor. Nice furnishing and great bed
Good breakfast and dining options with bar. 3rd visit in 3 months!
S. B.
The hotel is fresh and clean. Rooms aren't large, but full floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Brisbane river and Southbank make the rooms feel spacious and light. Big (king) comfortable beds. A good place to stay very close to the Queen Street mall.
N. M.
Nice hotel in a great location. Good modern furnishings in the room. Did not have a proper wardrobe, just a small open hanging space which is OK for a couple of nights but would be a pain if staying longer. Getting an uber or taxi pick up in the morning is not easy as buses are always stopping out front, so best to walk around the corner for pickup.
M. B. M.
Very clean and hygienic rooms. The hotel staff were very helpful, friendly and polite. Room was very clean and the king size bed was comfortable. The restaurants in hotel were really good. If you didn't want to go out, the restaurants we're good.
A. R.
Very friendly and helpful staff at the reception, who misinformed me twice today: city go card is NOT valid for the airport train, and it is NOT refundable. Best intentions are often not enough, as the story goes!
The hotel itself is rather good though. Window view, location and breakfast were excellent. No wardrobe in the room, dark bathroom and noise from the street every night were not. Ironing set was a pleasant surprise for a conference delegate!
D. T.
It's close to the queens mall, very convenient. Affordable prices specially the breakfast buffet. The room is a bit small and there is no cabinet. I guess for just quick get away not too bad as long as the bed are comfortable and the views amazing. The only negative is everytime the other room door closed our wall on the bed vibrates. Over all. Nice stay and friendly staff.
J. H.
Beautiful rooms, with nice facilities. I didn't get to experience their breakfast options or any of the menu. However the room service was quick and efficient. Amazing views are on offer pending on the room you choose. There are some great offers available so remember to look around to find your best deal here.

We just had an overnight stay at Ibis but we were very impressed so colourful and fresh as you walk through the front door a very impressive revolving glass door at that, then we noticed straight away a Devine smell in the hotel foyer it was really nice. In our room the first thing l noticed was the beautiful comfy beds lovely linens soft fluffy towels and nice modern decor in the rooms. In the morning we enjoyed a full buffet breakfast in the lovely restaurant all included in our room rate, l give Ibis 10 out of ten couldn't fault one single thing we will definitely return.
A. M.
We had a lovely stay at ibis styles Brisbane. The lady at reception upon check-in was very friendly and accommodating. She assisted us with car parking and also delivered additional milk to the room. The room was small but comfortable and clean. There was a flyer in the bathroom stating to hang up our towels if we didn't want them replaced and washed, so we hung them up, but they were still replaced. The cleaners did not give us fresh mugs and teaspoons however. Full breakfast was pleasant. There is no car park at the property, but they utilise the Myer Centre car park next door. Unfortunately this still costs $38 a night, which is not cheap. All in all, a very nice stay in a really fantastic location.
T. B.
Has a quirky boutique feel. Floor to ceiling windows are fantastic if you are on a high floor. Rooms are small but immaculate, fitout is all new with a reasonable quality bathroom, beds very comfortable and overall, not as budget-feeling as the price you pay (i.e., good value). Included hot breakfast buffet was small but quite good. Wine selection was very ordinary. Clientele are as you might expect in Kuta.

Service was friendly and prompt. Room was very clean and tidy and the bed was so comfortable we need the brand of the bed :) Rooms are small but efficient for short term stay. Not much hanging space or space for bags. Limited space to put stuff in the bath room but all very clean, neat and tidy. Car parking is very inconvenient and expensive if your driving in. Having to drag your bags a long way down into a car park under the Myers center was not fun. But over all we enjoyed the stay, loved the bed, service was happy and with a smile. Very convenient location to everything. All within walking distance.

The ibis styles is a very budget hotel. Don't expect a lot of room, it's quite basic. The decor is very fun and refreshing. We experienced underwhelming customer service. Whilst checking in, we were talked down to and would be charged an additional fee for checking in 30mins earlier, which is fine but a ride agenda was on the service desk consultant. Another incident we had was at the restaurant. The hotel advertises $12 cocktails everyday all day. When ordering one, the bartender turned us away as he was too busy restocking the bar. The gym was adequate, don't expect anything exceptional. There are no towels, the water dispenser has no cups next to it for us and minimal space without a workout mirror. Overall the place is nice although customer service and delivery was quite dissappointing.

Great for the price. Booked the corner king room with river view. Checked in with express ahead of time but had to wait 15 mins in queue. Few issues with prepaid food/drinks arriving incorrectly and not fixed without an up charge. Ants in room. Epic view, bathrooms, and amenities for the price but subpar service.

I enjoyed the city view room. The room was comfortable and the king size bed excellent to sleep on. The room cleaning was excellent. I used the restaurant and found the meals to be good quality. My one query is the notice given to guests about the buffet breakfast, which I did not learn about until the last day.

The room was clean, fun, and very modern (though kind of small). The hotel's location is great: it's very central, which makes it easy to get to a lot of places nearby, or to public transit. The staff were nice and the breakfast was good.
There are four elevators at the hotel, but for some reason it always took ages for one to come.
For visitors from other parts of the world, please be aware that the rooms only have Australian-style plugs. Luckily, the room has USB chargers in the phone and the alarm clock.
The Wifi (which has an extra fee unless you sign up for Le Club Accorhotels) is kind of annoying, because you have to keep signing in over and over again. It's fast though!

I'm not usually lucky enough to get a good view, but just WOW! Walked into my room on the 20th floor and view straight over the lake and lit up ferris wheel!
Good service and friendly staff - nothing was too much trouble for them! Neat and clean room with bar fridge, kettle, iron amd hairdryer. Great size shower! Would have been good to have a bit more vanity space in the bathroom though - maybe add another shelf?
Decor of the hallways were pretty crazy! But you could look past that for all its pros!

Location is good for inner city, although no real places for taxi's or friends to drop you off except the street. In the reception area there is a definite overuse of air freshener, very strong. The room was clean and very bright decor. The views of the city and river are very nice especially at night. For a one or two nights was pretty good.

Staff are friendly and helpful, room was perfectly positioned for a fantastic view of South Bank and the river. Decor and room was fresh and upbeat. Buffet breakfast is nice also, only downside being that it can be a little confusing getting from the Myer centre carpark to the hotel itself, other than that cannot fault. Looking forward to staying again, would definitely recommend.

The room was on the 6th level and was very nice. Our spacious room is facing the river and the Ferries Wheel. Room was clean and the size expected for the price. Staff polite but would have been nice to offer those waiting outside in 34deg heat water whilst waiting. Thanks for the awesome weekend Ibis Styles.

The overall experience was good. My intention was to book a room with a city view, however, I left it a little later and ended up with the option of a Superior Room with a river view. I'm pleased I received this room. The view overlooking Southbank and South Brisbane right out to greater Brisbane - was perfect from the 21st floor. The service from the reception staff especially Norman was friendly and professional. The room facilities were modern, clean and accessible and you could see the design was well thought out for the customer in mind. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again when I visit Brisbane. If I had to rate this out of 10 with 10 being perfect and 1 being unacceptable, I would rate this experience 9/10.
C. T.
Nice clean rooms that are well maintained, friendly reception staff, good amenities. Didn't get 5 stars as parking is provided by a third party at ridiculous Brisbane CBD prices (ie $70 for 1500 to 0930 overnight), and there is no free WiFi ($10 per day min)
S. F.
Ideally located when in shopping mode, although the rooms a tiny and there’s is not enough space for big bargains. The view is stunning if you in a higher floor.
Check in staff is a bit tough with restrictions, even if they haven’t red their own rules. Breakfast is okay and what you expect in this price category.

The Ibis Styles Hotel is excellent. It is in a great location in the centre of the city. It is a short walk to the shops, transport and the river. Our room was not large, however it was just right for the two of us. It has a very bright bathroom and an accessible shower. There is a good size safe available to store all your valuables. The only problem you may encounter is a lack of storage space for clothing. Our room featured panoramic views [even from our bed] of the Brisbane River through floor to ceiling windows. The staff are very friendly and we had a very nice dinner in the hotel restaurant - The Social. We would definitely stay at the Ibis Styles again.
z. k.
Just checked in and the place is amazing. You definitely get your value for money. There's a restaurant with great food, room is spacious with all you need. The only thing I can fault is the toilet roll dispenser being way too low on the wall, not an issue that should demerit a 5 star rating however
J. M.
Excellent. Staff were engaged and promptly welcomed me at every opportunity with warm smiles and efficient service. From checkin, dinner, breakfast to checkout, every staff member was brilliant and projected the sense of enjoying their job. VERY unusual indeed. Coleman at checkin was absolutely fabulous. Fantastic front man. Well done.
Only real negative is noise from Pub. Asked for "high floor" with online check in, got level 8. Bit disappointed. Still, despite, this, the staff would be a reason to put up with the noise and the beds are soooo comfortable. Excellent. Loved the bright feature wall. Fantastic. Really fantastic value especially with breakfast included.
Would definitely stay again.

Great location in the CBD, but close to public transport. The rooms are well setup with new furnishings and decorations. They're maybe a bit smaller than usual, but they're functional. The restaurant is convenient, but isn't going to win any prizes. The staff were helpful

I always enjoy staying at Ibis Styles. the colours, and smell, make me feel happy. the bar/cafe has a nice ambiance. the rooms, whilst small, alre clean and comfy. You have good views and everything you need. great location and rooms are reasonably quiet.

I did not get a very good start at IBIS as check in took a bit of time. The lobby is small and there was a long line of people wanting to check in and out so the process took a bit of time. In the end I got room 711 and luckily the lifts were good, and I got to my room fast. The room did not look bad at all when entering the room. IBIS is usually youthful and colorful, and this was also the case here. The room was small, had a king-size bed and a long desk with a chair. Behind the bed there was a colorful wall that lit up the room. There was a dark and a bit worn carpet on the floor. The bed was comfortable enough, but the pillows were not that great. I would have enjoyed seeing more international sockets to charge my various devices but there were USB port in the clock radio. The TV on the wall had several channels but seemed to be a bit unstable – one day the TV didn’t work at all while it was working the next day.
There was also a fridge in the room, but it was empty apart from some milk. There was a water boiler for making TV and coffee. Other amenities included iron and ironing board and a small safe. There was an open wardrobe, but I would have liked to see more hangers. The wifi worked fine and was fast.
The bathroom was tiny but it worked in a way. But there was hardly any space to hang towels apart from one hook on the door. Amenities included shower gel, shampoo and shower cap.
Breakfast was served in the restaurant on level 1. It was totally adequate with selection of bread, eggs, cereal etc. The best part was probably the fruit that also included fresh passion fruit!
Location is great! It is a short walk to offices, restaurant and shopping – and a few minutes to walk to the river.
All in all the IBIS Styles works. But once you walk into e.g. the newer W hotel down the street, you can see there is a huge difference (but there is also a difference in price of course). If I go back to Brisbane I will probably try to stay at another hotel.

Stayed here recently for my 30th Birthday. Excellent value for money! Great location and walking distance to River and mall for shopping. Worth upgrading to River View Superior Room. Staff were friendly and helpful, and I even received a little something for being my Birthday! Would stay again and recommend to others.

Clean, tidy rooms with comfortable beds. Unfortunately it is in desperate need of better sound-proofing. I found it very difficult to sleep thanks to a band playing at the pub next door until 2 or 3am. The place is probably due for a refresh, too, as most lf the doors & walls were coverd in scuff marks from suitcases and shoes. Besides from that, this is a great place to stay for short trips. The location is brilliant.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay, especially the river view and tasty daily breakfast.
The front desk staff were helpful to store our luggage because we arrived in the morning before the check in time, and we could explore the city rather than waiting for check in.
The house keeping team did not clean our room once, and we notified the front desk on our way out, and to our surprise upon return, we found fresh towels in out room.
A. H.
Convenient location for the air train or walking to city's main sights. The standard room was small but practical, with comfortable bed. There is a pub next door with live music, we could hear it a little but it didn't disturb our sleep. Satisfied with our stay and would recommend it.
B. B.
Very friendly staff, clean lovely room with excellent view, in a top location, at an excellent price. No more than two people per room, I.e. no family room. Parking a bit tricky. Would stay again.
d. m.
It was very comfortable and very clean . The staff were very pleasant. Only a couple issues . 1: you should have a toilet brush in the toilet . I don't like cleaning up after anyone else in the toilet and I hate leaving a mess for anyone else to clean up . 2: if you happen to put someone in the room right next door to the service room , maybe ask the staff to be mindful of guests sleeping in the room next door. We were constantly woken up by the closing of the Door . 3: if you offer a " hot " breakfast make sure it's hot . We upgraded our breakfast option to have hot breakfast but found the food cold .
F.
The room was clean the king size bed was amazing. The room was small but we didnt feel like it was crowded, the bathroom was a good size. The only thing to knock the stay on was the breakfast, we chose the full buffet each day and found that the choices were the same day after day; it got boring after two days. Overall a great getaway for my partner and I.
A. I.
Good service, 24x7 check in, clean rooms. All services seem to work properly.
I got a corner city view room which is compact but feels spacious from its outlook. The cooked hot breakfast selection is pretty good.
M. S.
Very cozy room situated in walking distance to the queen street mall. Lovely helpful staff. Very clean and tidy.
Only issue is the lift at checkout times. For some reason I had pushed the ground level, but seemed to go down to level 2 than up to 9 and back down to 5 picking up people along the way. Back up to 6 and than finally the ground floor.
D. L.
Fabulous from the time we went through the swinging doors! Alex at front reception greeted us warmly and upgraded my partner and I to the 26th floor with a river view - thank you so much Alex it was wonderful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the curtains blocked out the light when we needed them too.

Stayed here last Tuesday night. It was the day they opened. Staff were really polite and enthusiastic. Rooms were well equipped and very clean and tidy. Got free brownies on the night as a welcome gesture which went down a treat. Special mention to the front desk manager -Michelle. Awesome personality and willing to go the extra distance to make my stay much more enjoyable. Highly recommend...

Had a great room, corner location that gave me the best views over the river and looked at Southbank.
Decor of room, floors and restaurant was great, bright, bold and fun.
Gym was great, parking was good considering the location and location was a real plus.
Disappointment was the food in the restaurant, below average and the bar waitress had no idea about the basics of a bar, sorry was a backpacker and shouldn't have been behind the bar. Guests were telling her how to make drinks and what she should be doing, etc.
R. R.
The location was excellent; in the city centre, but only 10 mins walk from the Convention Centre across the river where I was attending a conference. The "Styles" provided a nice decor, but the room did lack some things which would have greatly improved it, such as some drawers for clothes. At least the fridge wasn't crammed with expensive stuff you wouldn't buy. The shower stream could not be adjusted so it was only by the second day I worked out how to get into it without freezing and without wetting the entire bathroom floor. The included continental breakfast was reasonable but with little choice of bread, cheese etc, and the upgrade to hot breakfast ($10) was reasonable. The coffee was awful (some sort of Nescafe powder) but you could pay extra for coffee from an espresso machine.
Overall though the room facilities were good, and clean, and the staff friendly, and the price was reasonable for the location, so it was a good experience.

This property gives itself 4 circles (a self rated 4 star hotel) and it is overselling itself. I can believe 3. The room is furnished simply and superficially looks very modern. On closer inspection you can see that it is cheap plastic covered MDF or similar and not very practical. The nightstands, for example, feature large radius curves on the edges which mean that things you place there are prone to falling off. The curtains are cheap and require some fiddling to close properly.
There simply are not enough staff on the front desk to cope with the volume of people they get. On one evening I happened to walk out of the hotel to see the lobby was full of frustrated people waiting to check in. Breakfast was similar. Unless you want to be mobbed, go early. There simply aren't enough staff to keep vacated tables clear and keep the buffet tidy. At check out the suitcases of people that would return later to pick them up lined the wall behind the desk which was hardly secure. They even have a room specifically for this purpose so it should have been used.
The hotel in non-smoking - which is good. But this means that at times smokers gather out the front so you sometimes have to walk through a miasma of second hand smoke to get through the door.
There are only 4 lifts in the building so be prepared to wait when you call one.
That said, the location of this hotel was great for me and the bed was comfortable. The staff were friendly.

It was great. The bed was so comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Only thing was I couldn't read the time on the clock so just used my phone :) The restaurant staff were amazing, so helpful. Food was delicious and great coffee!! I thought there was free wifi included but then found i had to pay so passed on it.
M. S.
Great location, rooms are spacious and modern, breakfast buffet was ok, but not so good for a vegetarian diet. Staff were alright but could have been friendlier and more professional. Would stay again/recommend to a friend as it was good value for money.
J. H.
Overall the room was very comfortable and suited my needs. I really enjoyed the breakfasts i had there and think you do a wonderful morning service. I was a little disappointed with the meal i had on the first night and chose to eat dinners elsewhere after the first night. If the dinner was a bit better i probably would have eaten there every night.
B. D.
Travel was for work, so disclaimer I didn't foot the bill. That said I wouldn't be unhappy if I had. The room was clean and modern, stocked with all the amenities required. I had the continental breakfast included and I don't see why you'd bother upgrading to the hot breakfast - continental buffet was great.
I'd definitely stay again next time I'm in Brisbane
C.
I only stayed for 1 night, checking in in the evening, then gone in the morning. No complaints. The room was clean and functional. Lots of TV channels to choose from. I didn't use the restaurant or room service so can't comment on that. I did use the bar later in the evening and found it was very nice with interesting decor.

This is the only hotel you will ever need to use in Brisbane.
Right in the heart of Brisbane city, it's ideal as it's clean, colourful and has nice staff. Very affordable and everything is easy when you stay here. Probably my 5th time here and is always consistent. Great job.
J. B.
Location is in the heart of the city, right across from the casino. We had a view overlooking the river which was fantastic (had to pay a bit more for the view). The rooms are a bit unique. The colours weren't fantastic but it was something a bit different. The staff were very nice.
R. v. B.
What a lovely colorful hotel with great facilities and delicious breakfast! Rooms are well equiped. Everything is perfectly arranged. Location is great, in the heart of the city, with lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.
N. S.
The hotel only opened in March and as such is in great condition. The corner room we got was a bit oddly shaped and outfitted but very comfortable.
For a budget hotel brand the breakfast stood out, great quality!
Treat of guests with Le Club status is pretty good! Received a two level upgrade, welcome snack and 2 x free drinks as Le Club Gold.
C. R.
Amazing atmosphere.
Rooms were clean and modern .Looked lovely
Staff were polite.
Welcoming cafe/restaurant
Dissapointed about parking. The cost of the hotel was good but then having to book parking makes it a little costly . Especially since the parking closest is rather expensive .
As advertised other then the parking. They claim to have parking but they don't . Have to buy parking through Myer centre.
M. S.
Top location! Kingsize room with river view highly recommended. Really quiet and comfy, interior is 4-star! Breakfast reasonably cheap but coffee wasn't great at all.
One star less for not being able to organize an airport shuttle service as the train station is a bit of a walk with heavy luggage.
Great value for money!
L. E.
Loved all the colours, that certainly appealed to my senses. It was modern, clean, friendly and mostly what I needed as a business traveler. The only issue I had was the internet, even though I paid for it I wasn't able to connect for most of the first 24 hour period. My colleague, however, had free wifi for her 3 day stay.
Hotel itself though is gorgeous and loved the experience.
S. K.
Not our first stay here, nor will it be our last. Tip - if you can afford to, upgrade to a riverview room! Clean, modern and well-priced city hotel with good amenities. You can park the car and walk everywhere.
D. H.
Very happy with the room and the staff were really pleasant to deal with. Dropped the ball on the fridge it had milk stains on the shelves that was visible through the glass door if the fridge. So all in all not a real issue. Nice quiet relaxing room and bed.
C. M.
The room was tidy, clean, and space well utilised. The central location was also great. However as I was travelling for business, and do need to shave every day with a razor, it was frustrating to have no sink plug in the bathroom. I understand that the $4 investment for each room adds up, but I ultimately used extra linen to plug the sink, so the laundry bill would have been higher anyway. Otherwise it was a great room for a business traveller.
a. d.
I would the hotel is just like any other 3-4 star restaurant. Clean, decent service, all amenities available. The letdowns are, it doesn't have 24-hour housekeeping. Housekeeping is really slow. They have some random rules for breakfast with upgrades and what-not. Overall it's decent with good but slow service. Nice clean rooms.
K. M.
The hotel was a good location and easy to find. It was about as I expected - good quality bedding, clean, etc. There were three things that made me give is a moderate review: 1. there wasn't any conditioner or lotion provided. 2. There was no microwave in the hotel rooms or in the lobby. 3. We parked in the lot as described on the website, but we were not told when we checked in that we would need to validate parking to get the discounted rate. We ended up having to pay $110 to park for one night in the attached parking garage, and the front desk was not able to help us get this fixed. We hope that in the future, your website should state, "please tell the front desk if you have a car," or have the front desk ask when you check in. We assumed the stated rate on the website was for anybody staying overnight; not just for guests of the hotel.
T. M.
Our travel buddies had a room at the back of the hotel and on a higher level and they said their room was reasonably quiet. Service: All hotel staff that I came across were friendly and helpful and genuinely cared about guest comfort. The room although small was laid out brilliantly.
S. &. K. C.
Front of House staff were excellent, especially Beau who we found very helpful. The Dining/Bar staff member maybe needed to be a little more customer orientated and motivated. We did have one issue that our rooms were not cleaned for two days in a row, granted this was during the Easter Weekend so we can understand how this could have happened.
K. R.
Quick check in and out, lovely front counter service. Easy simple breakfast included with room price.
No view with the cheap room (unless you've picked the room with a view) but you don't need one when staying for 24 hours. Only needed a place to sleep - bed was comfortable. Room is clean and has your usual tea and coffee, small fridge. Great location, right next to the mall, quick walk across the bridge to south bank and a block from the casino (ooohh that could be dangerous! Haha!)
m.
Located in the heart of Brisbane. Close to the Casino, Queen St Mall and public transport.
Room was modern and clean. We had an amazing view of the river and Southbank. A very colorful and vibrant hotel.
Friendly staff at reception and easy check in/out.
4 different lifts so no need to wait ages for a lift up or down.
I would stay here again.
D. W.
What a fantastic Hotel. Well located and very well priced. Rooms are very nice and clean. Buffet breakfast is well set up and very extensive. Brodie on reception was so friendly and helpful, she really made our stay feel special
D. R.
Hotel location is fantastic, with taxi ranks available in the nearby vacinity.
Hotel room was smaller than expected, however, I was only overnighting. The bed is great, would have liked a second key card to keep in the room to keep aircon in the room as it was quite warming upon re-entry.
A larger fridge with beverages would have also been great, however, hotel has restaurant & bar whilst also being conveniently placed beside a Coles inside the Myer building nextdoor.
P. M.
We got a great deal from Accor for a corner room with city and river views. The views are spectacular, the bed is comfortable and the food in the restaurant is good.
P. P.
A new hotel, small but comfortable. I certainly enjoyed my stay there.
Except for when I noticed that the drain in the shower didn't seem to be draining properly! With no other drain in the bathroom, it was good that I did notice, otherwise I would have ended up with water spilling out onto the carpet. People happen to shed hair, a lot. It would be good to note that regularly checking that the drain isn't clogged would be wise. Having cleaned it out myself I can say for sure that it wasn't that hard to do and that the covers are designed to allow easy hair removal, even if it was extremely gross...
E.
Overall a good place to stay. Good location, staff were friendly, room was small but nice. The lobby had a very strong smell of cleaning products which was very unpleasant. Thankfully the rooms didn't have this smell. Didn't try the breakfast but it was nice to have it included.
A. T. (.
Got moved to this hotel from Mercure due to some issues. The room (1505) was lovely and you can have a great look on Brisbane city. It was really nice especially at night time. Breakfast menu was good with 1 item being changed in daily basis.
R. C.
Loved my room on the top floor with the view of the river and South Bank. Loved the Wednesday Happy Hour with Todd and Michelle. Loved the wonderful breakfast! Every staff member I met from Reception to Room Service could not have been more helpful. Well done, Ibis Styles. I will be back.
L. R.
Loved the phone system when you call. I believe her name was Michelle. She couldn't have made me feel more welcome if she tried. I was even invited for guest drinks in the restaurant. The only thing I did not care for was not being told about credit card fee when paying and the extra 50.00 for room deposit which does not show on the invoice. I only found out looking at my credit card statement as I had never received so when I called I found out. Should have been total disclosure this would not stop me from staying there again. Great room with view of river very comfy bed. Just a good experience all in all
K. N.
Awesome place to stay! Super comfy beds in clean, modern rooms with great views (we had a riverview corner room on the 25th floor and you could see all of Southbank). They have a phone and pick up 24 hour menu for if you get the midnight munchies. Free washing machines and dryers for guests. Car parking is available in the Queen St Mall (aka the Myer Centre) as the hotel is right next to said Shopping Centre (plus you can get a discount on the parking ticket if you pay it at the concierge). Perfect location-wise as well, ten minute walk to Southbank and Central Train Station, as well as the bus and city ferry stops. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking for somewhere comfortable and clean to stay in Brisbane.
I. M.
Room was quite small, but perfect for a short work trip. Clean, funky and modern with a commensurate price tag. Also a great location. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again for a future work trip - but not the place for the family vacation.
H. S.
Booked the superior king room, expected it to be bigger. Bed was comfy, view was great..23 floors up! Everything was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. If you're traveling from out of the country the plugs are in inconvient locations to plug an adapter into, so that was annoying. Overall I would stay here again for a night or two but any more and the room would not be comfortable.
P. R.
Hotel is noisy being above the pub, and can hear everything in neighbouring rooms. Breakfast is not great, coffee terrible, bar is not good, gym is tiny and not well equipped. All redeemed by wonderfully helpful staff and very clean facilities throughout. Truly cannot speak highly enough if the staff, they go so far beyond what you would expect for a cheap hotel, and keep a smile at all ridiculous hours that hotel patrons may keep.
G. D.
Enjoyed the stay (mostly). Location was very good. Bed and bathroom were good - both clean and functional. As usual in budget hotels the air-conditioning was either on or off which means you either freeze or swelter and nothing in between. Check in/out process was easy.
P. B.
Quite annoying how there isn't any parking at the hotel. I don't like having to walk through the shopping mall with my belongings to get to the foyer, and then pay $35 for the privilege!
The room was small but modern and comfortable. The bottom bed sheet didn't fit though!
I was sent an email to check in online, which I did and said I would arrive before 12 noon. This was accepted and I didn't receive anything to indicate I had to pay extra for this. When I arrived I still had to go through a normal check in process only to find out my room wasn't ready. I then had to pay $15 extra to get into a room. Not sure what the point of the early online check in is!

WONDERFUL value and excellent location in the CBD. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are clean, well maintained, and modern (USB ports available). Trendy bathrooms and comfortable beds. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Super location, with great facilities, comfortable beds, excellent view (top floor, river view). Staff were friendly and attentive also. Only downfall was even though my cc was in my profile as an Accor Member(which is supposed to save time), it didn't flow though to my booking, so the poor Receptionist had to follow me to the taxi. She was excellent. Mr McGrath you need to sort this out. We normally stay at the Pullman, so this was a nice surprise.

Realy enjoyed my stay was verry happy with my room and the view and price

Lovely river view. Great location in city. Very comfy clean bed

Hotel rooms are tidy and great for a short stay if u have to be around for a few days. The breakfast was not special and they told me that i’m just allowed to have cold breakfast! which i was not aware of cause the reservations were made through my university. By the way i can live with the cold breaky if the room’s so clean with a great view. The area is generally loud if u’re not used to that. It did’nt bother me at all.
J. Y.
Grest place came in before check in time, they offered to take our baggage until our room was avaliable. Room is small but really clean and cozy. Loved the angle of the veiw. Not the best but still a great veiw for a first timer to the city.
S. H.
The room was a bit small but clean and Especially bed was really comfortable. River view was so nice. Good location close to myer, restaurants, everything. But quite noisy on friday and saturday nights. Because it seemed to be performing at a nearby bar. except for that everthing was pretty good.
C. G.
Fresh and modern hotel, staff have a very high attention to detail and are very accomodating. Without saying a word, switched us to a disabled room when they saw one of us was on crutches. Great location. Only negative is having to park in the myer center but even then parking is cheaper than paid parking at other hotels.
D. H.
Staff were fantastic. Hotel was immaculate. Rooms were quite small but beautifully finished and more than adequate for purpose. Would definately use again. Wouldve had higher score if breakfast wouldve been better.

Stayed 1 Saturday night during Brisbane Festival & what a stunning view for the laser light show!
Room was bright colourful & comfortable. All staff in reception & restaurant were so friendly and welcoming. No request was a problem, thanks so much for looking after us.
P. T.
Staff at the reception were friendly and allowed me to check-in even though I reached half an hour before the appointed time. I really liked the fact that Ibis has an option to check in at 9am with a small additional surcharge. The room was very comfortable and clean and I really enjoyed my stay.

I had a very pleasant stay! Chic hotel and within walking distance to the shopping and dining strip in Brisbane CBD. Very helpful and friendly staff. Great amenities. Comfy bed and good space. Highly recommend and will definitely come back.

A great location with everything you want on its doorstep. The staff are always friendly and always there to help you, a great place to stay.
P.S. the rooms are well equipped, the beds are very comfortable and the room are cleaned and refreshed daily.

Almost every part of our stay was top notch. Were able to check in very early. Thought we had won the lottery when opened the door to our room - floor to ceiling windows with great views over Brisbane River! Large & comfortable room & bed. All good till got back to room after dinner & the loud music had begun. By 12.30am we had enough - had gotten very loud, could hear the guy on the mike very clearly & the girls in the crowd screaming & the crowd singing along with the band. Rang the Duty Manager & asked if there was a function room above us (as it sounded very close to our room - we were on 19th floor). He told us the noise would have been coming from the pub next door (17 floors below us!) I said 'no wonder the room was so cheap!' He did search for a room on the opposite side of the hotel for us, but they were pretty full, so no go. Told us the pub shuts down at 2.00am & offered us free breakfast. Got a few hours sleep. Had great breakfast & when checked out, was offered a bit more in compensation. The noise from the pub is not the fault of IBIS & would definitely stay there again, will just ask for a city view room (shame because the river view rooms are awesome), because we have found out the pub next door has live music 7 days per week! Staff awesome, hotel lovely & modern. Shame about the neighbours!

Small rooms but nice and clean. It's ibis so don't expect any extras but my biggest pet hate, as a person that travels frequently, is "conditoning" shampoo. You hardly ever see it any more and it screams budget accommodation when the rest of the facilities are quite nice.
A. C.
Comfortable and modern accommodation within walking distance of cafes, trains, and city businesses. I found the outside air conditioning units quite noisy on the fourth floor but I'm sure most rooms are fine.
M. S.
Wonderful service during check in and check out. Room was clean and spacious. Amazing view (we started in the Riverview room). Highly recommend.

I stayed with you guys a few months ago and was extremely impressed. Even though the rooms were compact they were still really functional, and in no way did i feel cramped. For the price i was gobsmacked! And the complimentary breakfast was great! Another really good thing i liked was the free printer available in the restaurant - i was stressing out as i had a conference to go to but i had nothing to print my talking points with. Thankfully a friendly staff member saved the day and told me about the printer! Really impressed overall. I'm in Brisbane next month for 3 nights and you guys were my first choice once again. Keep it up!

Great location, next door to the mall. No information pack left in room so did not know about in hotel restaurant until the 2nd night. Great view of the river and south Brisbane. Room clean and well kept, if somewhat on the small side. Really enjoyed my stay
S. G.
Brand new addition to the Ibis range. Everything still clean and shiny. Rooms have everything you need while away from home for a night or two. Breakfast does a good job of filling morning hunger. Friendly staff. Good value accommodation in an excellent location.
J. R.
It was a nice hotel at a reasonable price.

We made many daytrips in Brisbane and stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights in total. Our focus was to find a quiet room close to the central of Brisbane. We found it. We used the gym and joined the breakfast once. The room was very nice, especially the bed and the shower. Staff was also great and very friendly. The wifi conection was fast, but a little bit to complicated to got.
We would come to you again. Thanks.
T. B.
Loved being allocated room on 25th floor with city views - most comfortable bed, spotlessly clean, great bathroom, and ideal for our special purpose weekend 10 minutes walk away. Warm welcome from Reception staff, with Alex outstanding, and Buffet Breakfast provided good range of food, constantly updated and fresh.

We had a short stay at ibis, and room catered well for our needs. It was modern, clean, super comfy beds, shower was excellent. Staff were friendly.
Location is perfect, close to shopping centres, right in the heart of CBD. Parking was a bit confusing, but got it sorted after first time.
A. H.
Room was small but nice and clean. Great view. Obviously geared towards business people as there was very little in the way of amenities. No movies, we stayed for 3 nights and ended up bored at night as we couldn't watch in house movies, and the advertised 'high speed wifi' was limited to a point where I couldn't even stream a movie on my laptop. Costly parking and a hassle to carry luggage to and from the car. Refrigerator was turned up so high anything put in it was warm after being in there for an hour. All in all a reasonable stay, but I would probably choose a place with better parking and more to offer next time I visit Brisbane.

The best part about staying with ibis was the cleaning ladies, the kept the hotel to an exquisite standard and were extremely helpful. The buffet breakfast was great as well, they had cressonts which were nothing less than outstanding. Location was the key factor for the booking, however, excusite staff will bring us back.
C. C.
Good quality, cheaper accommodation. The bathroom is really nice and modern. The beds are comfortable. Kind of unexpected but I'd say here when I'm Brisbane from now on.
s. s.
Staff are friendly and helpful, room was perfectly positioned for a fantastic view of South Bank and the river. Decor and room was fresh and upbeat. Buffet breakfast is nice also, only downside being that it can be a little confusing …
D. S.
Excellent pillows, comfy firm mattress, clean, tidy and great value for money. This was our 2nd time staying there and will do it again.
B. P.
My first experience of ibis Styles was in Paris at TGV Gare de l'Est. I was blown away with the zany decor. This Brisbane hotel lived up and probably surpassed my expectations. Apart from its decor, the room was immaculate, the bed extremely comfortable and the staff extremely friendly and competent. The location was superb and the view to Southbank unbelievable.
J. Y.
Grest place came in before check in time, they offered to take our baggage until our room was avaliable. Room is small but really clean and cozy. Loved the angle of the veiw. Not the best but still a great veiw for a first timer to the city.
P. L.
Verygood location, friendly staff.
G. K.
I did not get a very good start at IBIS as check in took a bit of time. The lobby is small and there was a long line of people wanting to check in and out so the process took a bit of time. In the end I got room 711 and luckily the lifts …

The front staff are amazing. The staff in the restaurant/bar are very slow and could do with customer service training. We were served food on a chipped plate. When the good was sent back, a replacement was bought yo the table. I asked were the chips the same ones. I was advised that they were fresh chips, but not a full serve, only replacing what was left in the returned bowl? Okay?
I must add, the chips were the same temperature as those returned and the tine frame of replacement chips was way too quick.
Our bathroom door was inadvertently locked from the outside during the night & an emergency SOS was sent to front desk for assistance. Given the rapid response & lack of surprise, I assume this is a regular occurrence & consideration given to recifying bathroom locks?
I dropped the lid off my water bottle under my bed. I moved the bed to retrieve it, under the bed was filthy. There hasn't been a cleaner under there in a very long time. Disgusting!

* For an economy hotel the services and facilities were excellent.
* More sugar sachets should be provided so that you may have a second cup of/coffee
* There was no "Call & Collect" menu in our room
* There was no plug for the vanity unit. This means precious water is unnecessarily wasted
* Your closeness to the Queen Street mall, shops and eateries is a big plus for the hotel
* Excellent views of the Brisbane River and South Bank
* Very comfortable bed.
A. G.
The purpose of our stay was very short notice. It was good to have a little hideyhole for my 4 year old and I to relax away from the bustle of Brisbane Streets. As it happens it was really close to all the places we intended to go. Lone Pine was just up the river, the Wheel and Mueseum just across the bridge and the mall and cafes just a few blocks away.
So, very convenient and relaxing stay.
C. P.
Was good overall, however we would have liked to be told that there was a marathon at 7am the next day with loud music, we could hear it from the top floor....
Room was quite small but ok, paid for top floor room upgrade and it was really nice. Overall better than average. Been two weeks and still waiting for the bond fee back though..
J. P.
Quick friendly check in and clean room... Wonderful bed and customer service for extra towels , very accomodating and helpful staff. Breakfast was yummy .... Love the dumplings! Awesome guys would stay again
T. C.
Had a last minute stop in Brisbane and choose the ibis styles as it looked fun and colourful, and it was just that. Room size was perfect for one guest, bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Really central to everything and lovely and helpful front desk staff.

Great location for inner city work. Clean, great room for my overnight stay.
Had a nice walk across to the State Library for work.
Only negative, I didn't realise there was a $50 security deposit and the work card wasn't topped up. BUT the staff worked with me and it was all sorted. Thank you to the staff member who made it happen.
E. W.
Very nice hotel. Staff are polite and very helpful. Rooms are small but cosy, clean and beds are very comfy. The Corner Rooms on the higher floors have amazing views. Overall very nice stay for a one night stopover.
R. L.
Location is excellent with easy access to the CBD and South Bank. Rooms are new and large enough to be comfortable in. Just a few minor teething troubles with service which reflect the fact the hotel has just opened. I would stay here again though.
T. N.
Friendly check in and a 21st floor corner room with a great view of the city at night. Breakfast was a good choice and not too crowded. Room was clean and new. Rocky road as a welcome was a nice touch! Hard to beat for location, right in the city centre beside the Myer shopping mall
J. L.
This hotel is great for a short stay as it is in a great central location. Price wise it's pretty cheap but you get what you pay for - a small room and bathroom to make your stay comfortable enough but no minibar. Overall a good option when travelling alone for business or short stays.
R. P.
I have stayed 8 nights in the Deluxe corner King room with river view, the view is completely awesome and the bed is extremely comfy, since the hotel is still new it looks very tidy and the exterior and interior design and the material are still in good condition.
Things that could improve : one thing which exists in most three and four stars hotel is if there is any malfunctioning in the room they will not fix it until you realise it and call them to do so. For example when I got into my room one of the bed lights are out of order and one of the curtain holder (the one you use to pull the curtain) was broken. And when I call reception to want to send someone to fix it they seemed to have forgotten the first time and I need to call the second time. Another inevitable thing is the hotel is located next to the Irish Pub which during nighttime there are bands playing music and it is very loud, especially during the weekends (Friday and Saturday). during the Friday night I remembered even I was staying on the 24th floor i could hear the huge vibration and the sounds of the music, which is occasionally disturbing; I cannot image those who are staying in the first few floors during the weekends, that must be very loud and disturbing. But this cannot be avoided unfortunately, but just I would like to bring it up.
The food is good in terms of the quality, the menu is fair to this level of hotel, but such a shame that they don't deliver the food to your room even during the normal hour. But I guess everything is fair since it is a four stars hotel
T. S.
Very nice rooms, upgrade to the riverview if you can. The view is stunning. And it's super central so everything is close by. I'll definitely be returning.
P. F.
Rooms aren't spacious, but it's very true to label, very well priced and the day-use/early check-in/late check-out options are great. Breakfast is pretty good, but does cost $10 more to get the hot buffet.
T. H.
The facade is new, clean and funky, but most importantly the bed is comfortable, its well located and the shower has good pressure. My room had a big balcony but no outdoor furniture and I'm really not a fan of the Ibis open wardrobe.
A. P.
Wasn't expecting much of the ibis styles, being on the lower end of the pricing scale, but I was amazed with the rooms and the view. Overlooking Southbank, got to see the river from a great point of view. Service was always friendly, and we were right in the heart of the city so getting around wasn't an issue. Would definitely book again.
P. C.
Had a really great time here, probably the best hotel I have stayed in for a long time. Room was very nice, cleaners did a great job on the room each day and all the staff we met were super nice.
Would stay here again.
k. h.
Noticed that the floor was not vacuumed. Maybe as it was a weekend ?
Would appreciate more cloths hangers storage for cloths is limited.
We liked staying in the hotel and have re booked for march 2018.
Front staff lovely.
J. W.
It is a comfortable and centrally positioned hotel near everything. The only drawback is the live music at Murphy's Irish Pub next door. It seemed to finish after 1 pm on Friday and Saturday night so I couldn't sleep. The music should stop by 12 pm at the latest.

IBIS STYLES YOU'VE DONE IT AGAIN !!!!!
We have just had two of the best nights that we could have possibly had.
Firstly once again the view for River Fire was to die for - absolutely the best you can get.
Your staff are always extremely friendly and so so obliging right from Management - Todd thank you, to the front desk staff and the restaurant staff - we love having a little catch up with Jack (when he's not busy) and Raj is always on the ball and very friendly.
Please pass on our appreciation to all of your staff on our behalf
Yes Norman " YOU GOT ME !!!!" What a surprise to have received a bottle of champagne on ice for my birthday - it's little things like that that make the stay extra extra special for Bruce and I and we really really appreciate it all THANK YOU so much.
We recommend Ibis Styles to anybody that we know that is staying in Brisbane and we will certainly be back for more wonderful stays
We actually feel a part of THE IBIS STYLES FAMILY ( we do stay quite often )
K. O.
Everything was great staff were polite & helpful, rooms were modern & clean.
Nothing was a problem for anyone.
Price was perfect.
The only one thing that I could point out on a negative was the jug in my room was dirty as though some one had cooked something in it.
j. t.
to be perfectly honest it was going really great, central location, nice room on the 15th floor, , big comfy bed , views of the river, big tele, the promise of a hearty breakfast the following morning; that was until at 10:00PM the fire alarm went off not once but twice. The alarm itself, as was explained to me by hotel management on a follow up call days later is not within the organisations control as it is a Queensland government statutory thing and obviously for their guests safety, . Seeing the Fire brigade arriving was at the same time comforting and slightly worrisome , images of the London tower flashed before my eyes ; and my second call to reception was promptly answered with the same calming response that it was a technical problem, the 'fireys' were on the scene and to stay in our rooms. Long story short ,turns out the alarm , which only sounded on our floor and which is a siren combined with audio instructions to evacuate had been set off by some one who had been smoking in their room , and who were at least pinged the fire brigades call out fee of $1300.00. Lesson for those thinking about using electronic cigarettes ! Needless to say i had some trouble getting to sleep and was relieved to wake a few hours later but unfortunately it had not been a bad dream. I can empathise with the hotel somewhat, its hard to screen customers but the people staying several doors along from us didn't give a rats about anyone but themselves and the fact that they wrecked my wifes and my evening gets recorded here., The hotel offered me an apology.
A. G.
Whilst mildly disappointed about the misleading claim of free internet, I really can't fault the hotel on anything else. It's placed in a super convenient position, offers rooms with most every service you could ask for and staff are courteous and accommodating. Absolutely a good value for the price.
V. V.
Nice rooms, clean with everything easily accessible however, could have been more accommodating in terms of having pullaways as our beds were requested as 2 singles but was given a queen, not a big deal but having males in a room isn't the best comfort.
S. M.
The hotel is located centrally and great for access to Shopping. The room looked freshly refurbished and the bathroom was lovely. Breakfast buffet was good, and check in and check out were handled smoothly. Thoroughly recommend!
A. S.
Reception desk was airways manned by friendly staff. We were always greeted with a smile. Room was clean and modern looking. As far as location you are right in the heart of Queen Street Mall. Literally outside the Myers Center. Made shopping a breeze. We would make multiple trips back to the room as our arms got tired carrying shopping bags. Very convienet location.
R. B.
We only stayed one night as we were in Brisbane to celebrate 2 birthdays with dinner and a night in town. This is my third stay in an ibis/Accor hotel, having stayed previously Hotel Formule1 (near International airport) in Brisbane and in the Hotel ibis Innsbruck in Austria and have always been very impressed and happy with my experience. ibis/Accor hotels have never let me down. ibis Syles is no exception. It is perfectly located in the Brisbane CBD, our room was very nice, with a comfortable bed, everything clean, excellent value for money. I have only a very small complaint:- there were 2 of us in the room using the bathroom but only one face washer. I would have preferred to have a face washer each rather than us both share the one. There was only one soap, so an extra soap would have been good. Other than that, no complaints.
G. W.
Efficient check in and service. Room clean and has adequate facilities for a short stop over stay. TV news and sport coverage good - valuable on such a short stop over. For longer term, clothing hanging and storage too limited. Hotel very convenient location to banking and shopping services.
D. G.
Good service, good location. Beds have wheels with no brakes- a few near misses from landing on the floor.
R. R.
We had a fabulous experience here- arrived before check in hoping to store our bags, only to be told that not only was our room ready, the front desk attendant had upgraded us from a city view corner to a river view corner. The room was gorgeous, with well thought out use of space and really lovely views.
J. M.
Great location. Funky hotel. Lovely views on the riverside.
Bedrooms and bathrooms are clean.
No free wifi is a major flaw. Advertised as free wifi in public areas, is just the city wifi.
K. J.
I had an unexpected two night stopover in a trip from Adelaide to Rockhampton. I didn't know what to expect as I booked online. I was really pleasantly surprised by how clean, comfortable, modern and efficient Ibis Styles was considering it was so inexpensive. 24 hour Front desk staff were excellent as I had late checkin and early departure. Well done Ibis Styles!
T. M.
Parking was $20 a night which was very reasonable for the location. Breakfast was great, continental breakfast is included in the rate but I upgraded to the full buffet breakfast which was excellent. We paid $130 for the night which I believe was a fantastic price for accommodation in the city. Would use again if I'm in Brisbane.
S. P.
The Ibis Elizabeth was in an extremely convenient position and presented excellent views of the Brisbane river. Our corner room on the 26th floor was perfectly situated. The room was very well maintained and the dining room served good wholesome food food for a most reasonable price. The staff were always most courteous and pleasant. We''ll definitely be returning.
m. f.
The staff was very polite and attentive. Price quite reasonable. I stayed on 20th floor and enjoyed fantastic view of the river and Southbank. When visiting Brisbane again, it will be my first choice and I will recommend this hotel to my friends.
T. M.
Right next to myers centre, with an irsh pub next door and the casino across the road. Close to the games free transport. The staff are wonderful. The continental breakfast included in the price was more than adequate. Rooms are noisy and you can hear every sound from outside.
K. C.
Great room and excellent location. Short walk to everything you need. Rooms are gorgeous and colourful. Would have loved some mini bar items. Carpet was vacuumed roughly but not terrible
K. F.
One of the best views in Brisbane. We had the corner room with floor to ceiling views over Southbank and then city views as well with the side window. The room was small but the view made up for it. 5 stars for the view but I dropped it to 4 because the included breakfast was disappointing. The food wasn’t tasty and the choice wasn’t much. I would just book room only and find another place in the city for breakfast. Definitely worth a stay though for the views.
Z. R.
Staying here for 3 nights. Convenient location. Shops close by, beautiful city views. Bed is comfortable and pillows are soft. Small room but enough for one. Right next to the city with the Brisbane river 2 mins away. Good price. Recommended for short easy trips
P. C.
Perfect location for great price, amazing view from higher levels (2 options - river view and city view), small but very nice, modern and clean rooms. Just had a bad experience with deposit refund, which was hold more than a week after check-out. Next time will give it in cash to get it back immediately.
J. L.
Gr8 place to stay!!!! Awesome room, very comfy bed and the best shower ever!!!! Want to know where to buy the same shower head so I can have one in my shower!!!!! Brekky was also great. Love the idea of getting up and just going down stairs for brekky!!Parking is convenient but wish we could of come and gone whenever we wanted. One entry and exit a day makes things a little difficult.
R. D.
Great location in the city centre adjacent to the Queen Street Mall and lots of shopping and choices for food and entertainment. The rooms are comfortable and modern in their decor. Staff are friendly and happy to assist. Parking is next door underneath Myers and does cost $38 a day on top of the room tariff.
i.
First time user, sold on the concept. We booked this after a recommendation from a colleague. The rate was reasonable and the experience far superior to expectations. Could not fault this stay and even the food was great at what I consider low cost. Great location and will be returning when we get the chance.
K. S.
First, driving downtown Brisbane was terrible. Second, parking under mall was terrible. We couldn't find our way out and back to the hotel. Finding food was a pain. Our room was compact but very nice otherwise I wouldn't give many stars. The view made all the trouble worthwhile. And waking up at midnight to the city lights was special.
S. L.
Room size was not as good as the Oaks equivalent. I usually take my own media and normally connect my HDMI to the room tv however at ibis Styles this was disabled. Bathroom amenities were nice and bed was comfortable.
J. P.
House keeping was a shambles and very poorly carried out. The person looking after our room seemed more interested in her phone than our room.
Apart from that our stay was enjoyable, the beds comfortable and alot of the rooms have some of the best views in Brisbane. Maybe the housekeeping staff should leave their phones in their locker during working hours!!! Then they would have more time to do the things that guests notice(vacuuming, etc).
S. R.
Generally ok, the facility is great, the location is nice, but they didn't go the extra mile for customer satisfaction.
Parking service is pretty bad in that location - difficult to find parking in the parking lot and difficult to carry bags and suitcases to and from the parking. difficult to navigate the elevators after the shopping mall hours.
The most disappointing situation was that I requested adjustments to the continental breakfast (vegetables instead of fruits due to being diabetes and they refused saying they don't have any in there kitchen although there were cooked tomatoes in the buffet - so probably they had raw tomatoes in the kitchen)
I was very disappointed, I assume that this will cause me choose another hotel next time.
stopped providing laundry detergent - but still provide laundry machine
F. G.
Room is good overall, good facilities , excellent wifi, comfortable bed, powerful shower. But carpet in corners and under bedside table clearly never been cleaned.
Curtains don't close from edge to edge, so light leaks in in the morning to wake you up.
On the last night, pub below next to hotel decided to play loud music. Called front desk to ask for solution because I had an early flight to catch, got told that he would contact the pub to see what time they would finish , waited for a hour had no answer from front desk, called duty manager , no answer, call front desk again and he tried to give me the same answer. Had to stress that I needed to get up at 4am, then he agreed to change room for me. It was already 23:00 by the time I got moved, Thank you ibis styles for my 5-hour sleep.
[. S.
overall it was good however the booking experience was dissatisfying. I seem to have trouble booking 2 rooms on the same level - one for my husband and I and another for my mother in law. Because we checked in at different times, my mil seems to have trouble checking in because its under my name. Booking online was not straightforward if i want to book 2 rooms. Neither is calling the hotel as it's always engaged. Have tried calling different times on different days.
C. R.
Not having used an IBIS like this before the room was neat and tidy, although small. That didn't really matter as I was there for one night and alone. Would be a stretch for a couple. Nevertheless, very clean and tidy which is all I'm chasing.
Once gripe. I was in my room by 9.50pm and phoned before 10 to get a meal before the 10pm cut-off but the phone wasn't answered. I then went down to the restaurant still before 10pm and was told most directly that only the post 10pm menu was available. I got the distinct impression that the cook had packed up and not taking any orders and the receptionist complied. In the end I was able to get food but it was very clear that they were not for moving.
M. V. D. W.
It was alrightish. We were upset to learn that we had to pay for parking and find out that you take a $50.65 deposit. When we checked in the girl who helped us said that you would validate our parking. Which was not the case. Overall it was nice to just have a place to sleep and shower.
M. T.
Nice hotel excellent location and the price is amazing.. restaurant meals at the moment is limited due to covid however the breakfast was excellent.
A. B.
Location is awesome! Nice and clean! Comfy beds!! Fantastic service. Had free breakfast with our stay but upgraded to buffet breakfast for $10 each. Yum!
A. K.
Excellent service. Smiling crew. Restaurant short memiryb but well presented and priced.
H. P.
Nice rooms, nothing extravagant (don't get slippers, bath robe or body lotion, for example), limited storage, but if after room with nice toilet-shower and nice bed, like me, then great place to stay without paying for the extras you don't use. There is a small gym.
R. C.
The stay was very convenient for my work. The room was adequate for my needs. Extra facilities like laundry was appreciated too. Big thanks to the housekeeping staff for an AWESOME job in making my stay so comfortable. Thanks
E. J.
Always love staying at the Ibis Styles. It's always clean, the staff are lovely, the beds - oh the beds! Soooo comfy!! And I love that the hotel is so brightly coloured (the lobby furniture, carpets, feature walls in rooms etc), there is not a single shade of 'hotel brown' to be seen, which kids, and kids at heart will love. It's always my first choice hotel when staying in Brisbane City.
B. N.
I have stayed with you several times. I cannot fault the reception staff - particularly Beau and Kirsty; Michelle the front office manager is wonderful and the rest of the staff whether in the dining area or housekeeping are courteous and helpful. In fact, you have a great team.
B.
I was lucky enough to get the river view.. The view is bloody awesome. (Also, on my first night, Brisbane treated me with a 30min lightning storm, which made my stay even more memorable.) The downside of the room, there is no closet. Not a big deal since I leave my clothes in the suitcase.
s. l.
Hate the strong signature scent that the hotel used in the lobby area.. I had to walked in and out the lobby with something covering my nose! The hotel should reconsider this cause some people might loves it and some other likes me just HATE it!! The water pressure in the shower is not very strong and the pillow is a bit flat but when u used two pillows its kinda help. The hotel location is right in the center of Brisbane CBD which is very very convenient to walk around. Breakfast is not bad at all with enough variety to not have to eat the same thing even though we spent several nights there.
S. C.
Great little spot to stay for a short term stay. Just off the Queen St Mall, so central to everything. Rooms were nice and quiet. Beds were super comfy. Exactly what I was looking for in a hotel room.
K. T.
Million dollar views, ibis efficiency, low cost. Superb value for money. Visit soon as the setup will age and grubbify quickly. Especially given appeal to those recently graduated from the back-packer scene.
S. C.
Good room, friendly prompt check in and comfy bed. Super reasonable price too, location is great although there is loud bar below so get a room on a high floor.
W. S.
It was an amazing stay ... Beautifully clean. . Super comfortable bed ... Stunning views ... Very friendly and helpful staff .. Delicious breakfast ... we have booked the same room again for Riverfire in September ... Warren and Narelle Stenzel - room 2605
D. K.
Stayed here for a few days when visiting Brisbane and found it to be excellent value for money. It was one of the cheaper options when I searched for hotels yet it's modern, in a fantastic central location and offered stunning views over the river. Highly recommended.
C. R.
Overall experience was above average. The only disappointing aspects were:
1. Woken in the middle pf the night to a huge domestic occuring next door. It was very volatile and almost on a level of contacting the police. As id been up for almost 24hrs travelling this was very unpleasant.
2. Room price included "buffet breakfast" as stated on wotif booking details, however was advised at breakfast it was continental. Feel this contradicts the booking discription.
C. C.
Good quality, cheaper accommodation. The bathroom is really nice and modern. The beds are comfortable. Kind of unexpected but I'd say here when I'm Brisbane from now on.
L. J.
I have absolutly no complains about the whole stay apart from the breakfast. the rooms are clean, and the staff are great. bar was fun, view was amazing.
But... like i said the breakfast sucked.
J. H.
We were down to watch kinky bots and iiscwas a great price and a great spot.
Disappointed noparking but Did find a secure park further down cheaper than Myers .room was smaller than anticipated but t no problem as comfy and the view overlooking river was amazing
Lifts were great and never had to wait long
Breakfast was good but on both mornings seemed understaffed and refreshing of food very slow
M. G.
Amazing view! Could have watched it all day and night. Room was small but had everything you need. Had a great stay but would be better if they offered room service breakfast and dinner.
B. B.
Great central location. Clean and compact room( twinshare) perfect for overnight stay. Plenty of lifts. Buffet breakfast has plenty of choice. Would stay here again.
K. G.
Service was very good, although they did not make some changes as requested when we checked in, which caused some confusion later. Room was excellent for the price with a bright, cheery decor and a great deal of space. Location of the hotel is probably the best feature, as it is a minutes walk away from Queen St Mall.
C. A.
Room was small but nice. Air-conditioning took a while to cool the room down but was ok in the end. Front desk was really slow though with long queues and parking in the Myer centre is a pain especially if you have lots of luggage
F. r.
Nice hotel, nice situation in the city. The staff is Friendly.
If I have one remark, I didn't find a drink vending machine and the bar was already closed :-(, in the breakfast area, be carrefull at the chair in the middle (right next to the power 4 games) you do not see the chair feet (black and thin) and I almost fall down several times.

Highly recommended place to stay! Such a convenient location! Amazing views from room. Comfy beds. AWESOME service! A must do
C. H.
Spot on in all regards. The location is incredibly 'perfect' and that river view is worth a million dollars. Check-in was fast and efficient. The rooms are really new, and quality appointed. Will definitely visit again.
A. S.
4 night stay for work. Hotel conveniently located for city centre / CBD access. The colours are bright and fresh, the room was clean and the staff were all friendly and welcoming. Could do with bigger cups for breakfast though!
P. B.
Really great location, with all of Brisbane's best within a short walk. Rooms are quite basic but well maintained and provide everything you'd expect. Definitely a place to stay if you're planning on hitting up the casino, a few bars, or even just Queen Street mall shops. The Valley is also only a ~$7 Uber away.
G. B.
Extremely satisfied with this Hotel. Staff are very helpful, meals and service wonderful. Very clean and comfy rooms, close to everything in the City. Thanks for making our stay memorable. Cheers.
C.
I loved it. The Ibis styles Elizabeth street is my favourite hotel in Brisbane. As a silver Accor member I received my complimentary bottle of water and drink at the bar, they also upgraded me to a river view room - it was spectacular. There was even a face cloth folded into the shape of a bunny with two little eggs for Easter- a lovely touch.
Thankyou for a wonderful stay!
J. A.
* For an economy hotel the services and facilities were excellent.
* More sugar sachets should be provided so that you may have a second cup of/coffee …
D. C.
Availability at short notice late at night easy check in.
Clean, comfortable.
Friendly polite staff
C. P.
The room was nice and updated the colours of the place were really nice the bed was comfy and the room was clean but I was horrified when I closed the bath room door I had noticed that there was pee marks running down the back and side of the bathroom door it was definitely not a good look.
T. M.
Our room was on the 16th floor and therefore very quiet. All staff are friendly and helpful. A short stroll to South Bank and the Botanic Gardens as well as being a stone's throw from bars, restaurants and shops. We paid a premium price …
G. L.
What a convenient place to stay in the heart of Brisbane. We drove to Brissy and it was incredibly easy to get off the motorway and into the Myer car park which is right next to you guys. Our room was clean with a fantastic shower. A very short walk put us in the mall with lots of food and shopping opportunities. Your staff were very pleasant and helpful. It was pretty easy to get out of the car park and head north out of the city when we had to leave too.
Love your work. Thanks.

Good basic 3 star accommodation.
Excellent staff.
Good value for money.
No room service.
No real snack or refreshments offered in the room.
No fully stacked mini fridge.
Low end TV in room.
Perfect location.
Excellent room views.
Good buffet breakfast.
D. S.
Excellent pillows, comfy firm mattress, clean, tidy and great value for money. This was our 2nd time staying there and will do it again.
D. O.
Lovely place to stay, good breakfast. Very clean and tidy rooms, great customer service. Good river views if you get a room with a view.
B. P.
My first experience of ibis Styles was in Paris at TGV Gare de l'Est. I was blown away with the zany decor. This Brisbane hotel lived up and probably surpassed my expectations. Apart from its decor, the room was immaculate, the bed …
T.
When I went back to my room on the first day, I found a plastic bag on my suitcase. It contained the trash I dumped in the trash can last night! I put the bag into the trash can again and went out on the next day. When I returned, I found a plastic bag again on my desk. It contains the plastic bag I dumped in the trash can yesterday night!! Was my trash too nice to dump :-)? I felt so relieved to find no plastic bag in my room, except in the trash can on the third day. I was extremely satisfied with the rest of the experience in the hotel.
A. S.
Great place, close to everything; friendly staff, the only improvement need to be considered is the breakfast options were very limit. Happy to stay again in my next visit to brisbane. By the hows the Baklava i gave to tge staff? And also i gave the guy in the reception a VIP card for brisbane fastival, It is my way of saying thanxx.
Z. C.
Room was nice a clean, only disappointing factor was the click and collect food from the restaurant on-site. They did not provide the food as advertised. Upon mentioning the issue when checking out I was refunded which was good. I'd stay again but won't use their restaurant services.
A. T.
Excellent. So convenient, affordable and the staff are so friendly. Second time I've stayed with my husband. We will be back again, such great value and everything we need for a city getaway!
T. M.
upgraded to king size on the river - great sleep, smallish room but clean - only niggle was the bed wasnt made up until we requested at 3;30pm
Also our booking said "breakfast included" turns out they hit you for extra $10 for a "hot" breakfast. wished they would say this on the booking .... maybe it did and I didn't read it !
D. R.
Modern hotel well located near queen street mall. Parking was weird as it is offered through the shopping mall and quite expensive so make sure you add $30 to the room price when comparing. Otherwise it is a serviceable hotel for quick stays in brisbane. Room could have been cleaner.
F. O.
We always stay on footy nights with our good friends the dumbletons & sometimes 2 nights. So that is quite a few nights in a year. A little disappointed we were only the 7th floor as a silver accor member. I know i booked a standard king room but sometimes loyalty could be rewarded.
I. T.
Quick check in and out process. Location is perfect, close to queen st mall, southbank. Stayed in superior room. No view but it was on the quiet side. Room is a bit small but seems to be recently renovated. Would be nice if there is multiple entry car parking. Will stay here again.
K. A.
We live in the Brisbane suburbs but I decided on the spur of the moment to book a surprise short break in the city (just overnight) for myself and my 9 year old daughter. Ibis Styles Brisbane Elizabeth Street was a reasonable price and myself and especially my daughter loved the colours of the hotel. The location is really great - close to the movies, shops, restaurants and public transport, and the room was lovely with a very comfortable bed. We even had a lovely view of the river and enjoyed our stay immensely!
p. n.
Excellent location, well maintained, great views and fantastic service. Great value for money considering the location and upscale feel. Not to mention the great spread of warm breakfast that comes at a nominal price. Great views of the city and waters. Recommended.
G. B.
Location is good. Rooms are new and well equipped. Service is good. Didn't try the breakfast. Free WiFi is available if you sell your soul to the marketing people.
T. M.
I requested and received a quiet room on a higher floor (10 of 24)there was no exterior noise whatsoever. Close to eats & short walk to convention center about 1km away across river & bridge. I booked the room as an Accor member for September to see River Fire and paid top price. Would defenitly stay again just not eat there.
G.
I stayed with a good friend for a girls night out. We picked Ibis Styles for it's location and good prices. The check out of 11am was very appreciated after our late night out. We will be staying again for sure. Just wish there was parking.
I. S.
Fast and friendly check in. The room was spacious and clean, the bed is very comfortable.
The hotel is attached to The Queen Street Mall so is very convenient for shopping.
However not having free wifi was a shock.
T. C.
First or second time at the Hotel . Rooms small but functional. Beds comfy and big! But a policy that takes $50 out of your account (which will be refunded in 3-5 business days) is one that I hadn't encountered before.
And it's not one that I'll look for again.
F. B.
Aww..!!it was a great long weekend ever coming away from busy sydney to a slow quite environment like Brissy.Getting my accomodation at IBIS was just complete my dreams.Especially walk into a clean room with nice view towards the habour. The view at night was fantastic. And just tune onto any channel on the screen especially watching grand final of Footys from my room.Dont even go out to the bar.The staff was very helpful and so friendly with proffessional service.I cant wait to come back for a weekend.
The supermarket the bus station the wine shop they are just around the corner.
I would definately recommend to any one...
B. S.
Very nice place and conveniently located near the casino. Small rooms but very comfortable with great view of the river. Average breakfast but no real complaints. Would stay again.
Y. S.
Friendly Staff, early check-in for 15AUD and a great view if you get the right room. The Breakfast is versatile and the rooms are pretty standard but ok. Free WIFI and a gym 👍
V. M.
Wasn’t the best place I’ve stayed, also they don’t offer parking you have to pay parking at your own expense, at the shopping centre next door, if you leave your car and not move it it’s 40 dollars with the hotel validating it for you, otherwise you have to keep paying to take the car in and out, terrible.
Hire wasn’t too pay we had a decent sized room, comfortable bed, tv, fridge wasn’t really working overall not too bad.
P. S.
Great location, close to many shops, pubs and much more. Friendly staff that are very helpful. Rooms clean and beds are soft and comfy
D. G.
The gentleman at the front desk was really nice both when I arrived and left. The room was beautiful and the bed was really comfortable. When we went down to the restaurant, the young lady working there was really helpful and lovely.
A.
The location could not be more perfect. Right across from the mall, a short trip from various amazing restaurants and small shops. The hotel is nice and quiet and private, with helpful staff and good, free amenities. We were attending an event at the Convention Centre and it is less than $10 taxi ride away. Beautiful city views of Southbank and the Brisbane River and night-life. Highly recommend.
D. K.
Always loved staying here, only thing missing is their awesome buffet breakfast as it is on hiatus at the moment but other then that, the amazing staff were always very helpful
D. D.
Very enjoyable, nice clean rooms although the bathroom was a little small for me but still ok. We loved the snack bar area with the decor and great service.
L. C.
This hotel was in such a great location for the price. It's obviously quite new and is well-maintained and has a funky design. Staff were all professional and friendly, would definitely return.
J. R. D. J.
It was okay. It was clean.
It was just too cramped (it was a challenge to have my luggage around and prop up the ironing board). Toiletries were not complete.
Best part about the hotel is its location to the city centre.
S. R.
Rooms are okay - very basic, but are accurately pictured online. Bed sheets are a bit rough and uncomfortable. Great location and reasonably priced rooms.
M. S.
Wife and I stay here every time we go to Brisbane. The superior and deluxe rooms have full wall windows and it makes laying in bed relaxing just an awesome experience.
D. J.
Good for few days accommodation. Very close to many shops and shopping centre like myer centre and queen plaza. I found the room a bit small, not having much space to keep stuff or hang clothes. Parking is not provided.
N. W.
Nice and comfortable rooms and great location in Brisbane CBD. Only thing was floor was not quite clean and even someone left a chocolate stain on floor next to the bed by whoever stayed in the room before I checked in, should've been cleaned out at least.
S. F.
We arrived earlier than expected and our room wasn't ready. They offered another one but we decided to wait. Surperb location so left suitcase and walked through to the Main Street. The Staff, Room and the View ticked all the boxes. Our six night stay included breakfast and that was a bonus. We had a couple of evening meals as well as drinks most nights. Were away for a week then returned for a couple more nights. I have booked two more stays for January and February and any time we're in Brisbane.
After being in the accommodation trades we know what to look for, and Can Throughly Recommend This Hotel.
A. G.
The purpose of our stay was very short notice. It was good to have a little hideyhole for my 4 year old and I to relax away from the bustle of Brisbane Streets. As it happens it was really close to all the places we intended to go. Lone …
R. S.
Convenient location, clean and comfortable city view room, recommended for short stays. Foyer is small and limited seating available. 1st floor breakfast room and full breakfast good value.
T. V.
clean and fresh. check in was a little slow, and the included breakfast was like a school canteen... but I suppose free is free. great location, not much noise on the lower levels and the views are great on the upper levels
V. R.
Really nailed it with almost anything. Iron board in the room, plenty of power sockets, big bed nice view. Only thing I wished was the room would be a tad bigger, but it's nevertheless very efficiently organized
H.
Room was clean and fairly comfortable but the toiletries were a bit lacking with no conditioner and no hand soap. I had to use the body soap for hand washing. The room was also a bit stuffy even with air condition.
A. W.
We enjoyed our stay here very much, great shopping close by, and great drinking and eating places. Very central. Was perfect for our stay. We walked to Sun-corp Stadium took about 25 min. Would defiantly recommend it. And stay here again :)
m. r.
Arrived early and room was ready which was great.
Our 2nd stay at Ibis Styles Elizabeth street, Brisbane and again was a great stay.
Upgraded to a corner king suite.
The best views out of all the inner city Accor hotels of Brisbane but remember it is location is why they have such awesome views of Southbank & Brisbane River.
M. T.
It's quite modern. Room was small but well laid out. Has all you need for a business stay. The beer was really expensive when I had a beer working one night on Level 1.
B. C.
good stay, the room is new and wifi is stable, and the location of hotel is perfect, gym is a little bit small and the air is not circulated well but yet useful enough, overall a good experience!
M. H.
Really like the colorful designing decoration😍my friend living in Brisbane also likes it a lot and we took pictures here in lobby! Cute tiny place with good facilities😎👍 I took good rest here ~✌️Besides, the location is quite good where just located in center city!
B. j.
Overall staff were very polite at all times, even when there was a difficult person in front of me. The only gripe that I would have is the price of the parking and I do understand that you don't have a say over it, it was still good to get the discount though. Only once i needed my car and I didn't use it because I was told the more I take it out the dearer it would be so Left it there for the three days and caught taxis.
J.
A comparatively cheap hotel with modern, colourful features. Very comfortable and clean room. Some street noise (even on the 20th floor) but overall a very suitable place to stay for the money.
B. Y.
My favorite hotel in Brisbane.
Great river views, immaculately clean and fantastic friendly staff!
We stay here everytime we are in Brisbane!
Totally recommend this quirky colorful hotel!
V. p.
We only stayed over night and had a good experience. The room had a great veiw of the river and was extremely well presented. The buffet breakfast we had the following morning was great with plenty of variety. We would recommend this hotel highly.
C. J.
The hotel is clean and well located. The decor is pretty garish and the rooms are small but the price is good. Check in and check out was easy.
M. S.
The staff, room and breakfast was all great. However saying there is free wifi when really it is only for 2 hours per day on two floors is misleading. I used it for 15 minutes one day and so effectively couldn't use it the next day.
J. H.
We stayed at Ibis Style Brisbane for new year's. We booked a river view room and glad we did. Our main reason was to be able to see the fireworks and we sure had a fantastic view. The room was comfortable and convinient.
L. B.
What a pleasant surprise, a fantastic location and the staff are very friendly. If you book a bigger room, the views are spectacular and the buffet breakfast is really decent.
B. W.
Awesome service, the staff were so helpful and friendly the whole time. The rooms and the whole style of the hotel is amazing. It's so nice to stay somewhere so different.
P. A.
It's a pretty standard hotel. Small rooms. Good location.
I would have expected better staff on reception, especially during check in.
P. W. (.
The rooms and staff were nice, just don't order the breakfast, a number of guests from our group ended up ill after reading the bacon...
The hotel was in a great location too.
S. C.
Service was pleasant and the staff were helpful. The room was nicely decorated and clean. However there is no free wi-fi in the room.
C. R.
Great hotel - incredibly well located and great value for money. The staff were very helpful. The rooms are clean, bright and airy. Highly recommend.
J. C.
Front desk staff was very polite and professional. Room was very clean. Good amount of amenities. Overall excellent hotel well located in Brisbane CBD.
S. H.
It was close to where we needed to be, quiet despite being in the CBD, comfortable, reception staff efficient and knew what they were doing. We travel a lot and not all staff are familiar with Wotif bookings so it was a nice change. Only regret was that we only had the one night.
A. S. (.
Fantastic hotel, well positioned, clean and modern. Couldn't fault this property. Our room had a lovely view of southbank. Would definitely stay again
J. W.
Excellent location in the CBD, close to everything and walking distance to Southbank. Extremely comfortable bedding and spectacular view through the window. All the necessary amenities provided, including a friendly bar.
M. P.
The hotel was in perfect location, with easy walk to main attractions. Shame about no on site parking however there is parking in Myer center. Rooms were comfortable and service was reasonable. Enjoyed my stay.
S.
Great service, lovely room with city views, nice escapism from the humdrum. Photos from our room
M. S.
Modern hotel in the heart of Brisbane. Rooms are clean and well equipped. Service was good. Decent continental breakfast included. Strongly recommend this place for short stays in Brisbane CBD.
B. C.
Eleven of us stayed at the Ibis Styles Brisbane. The rooms were nice, beds comfortable, people nice so it was a pleasant two evenings. However you have to pay for your breakfast if you want bacon and eggs.
E. C.
Great location! Amazing views overlooking the Brisbane river and Southbank. The room is cozy and comfy bed, staff are friendly and helpful.
A. M.
A great experience loved the decor went into the amazing looking dining room to the the classical foyer and then to our room which was great.
Breakfast and dinner were enjoyable.
Every staff member went the extra mile
A.
Loud music from nearby bars can be heard till early in the morning on Saturday. My travel partner who stayed in a different section didn't have this problem. Otherwise a pleasant budget hotel in the middle of town and a short walk from south bank.
D. C.
Clean, compact rooms. With the usual facilities you would expect from chains like Ibis. Centrally located and a short walk to the westend it was good base to explore Brisbane from. Has good buffet breakfast.
J. G.
Great location, fantastic views of South bank on higher floors. Close to casino. Room was perfectly clean. Very big and comfortable bed. Great value for money.
A. A.
Great bed, decent buffet breakfast, clean room
Was not happy to have housekeeping walk in on me twice when I had my tag on the door that said do not disturb :( I definitely checked it was the correct way around too
A. W.
Great location, new and clean rooms, friendly and accommodating staff and delicious buffet breakfast...what more could you want for an overnight stay? Impressed. Would stay here again.
L. R.
Great hotel with central location. Shower is wall mounted only, so not very hygienic for women who can't wash... all of them.
M. G.
A nice, modern hotel. Comfortable rooms which were very quiet at night given the hotel's CBD location. Really liked the 'wet room' shower, and the high quality television.
r. a.
Pleasant staff, great location, good room facilities with excellent view over the river & good value for money with breakfast included.
One face washer for 2 people and lack of storage space the only drawbacks.
S. M.
We sometimes travel into Brisbane to see a show at QPAC and find the Ibis Styles extremely good value for an overnight stay close to everything. Whilst the rooms aren't large, they have everything you need. Our rate included a full buffet breakfast which was much appreciated.
T. M.
We stayed for a few nights at the Ibis Styles in the heart of Brisbane. The rest of the room was very clean. Returning home around 1030 pm from seeing the sound of music (great) at QPAC we encountered the thumping base and booming vocals from the nightclub venue below the hotel.
A. K.
Our rooms were well appointed, the location is convenient, the bar has decent prosecco and the staff are lovely. Great hotel to stay in.
N. M.
Nice location in the heart of the city in a quiet little corner. The house keeping could be better and the bed on wheels need to change or locked in place. Breakfasts was pricey so we opted out.
D. C.
Check in welcoming, check out efficient, room clean and well equipped , except another chair would have been better. Hotel is ideally situated to the QPAC for theatre and for shopping in CBD. Staaf overall very welcoming.
V. S.
Always a lovely stay with the hotel chain, have been patronising for a my past few trips, including Europe. Great and helpful staff, room is clean with necessary facilities. Thank you!
w. H.
Our rooms fridge did not work. All the staff i spoke to where just so helpful. The bed was so soft. I was a little bit annoyed that I had to pay for breakfast that I didn't eat.
J. (.
Modern rooms with a clean feel, Ibis has a good thing going for the price. Great location as well, plus an epic breakfast make it a good place for those in Brisbane for work or travel.
C. C.
We stayed the weekend and were very impressed. Lovely fresh new hotel and decor, great freindly service and lovely breakky too. We recommend it as it's so close to everything.
S.
I spent some nice time away with my wife here. I ended up with a top floor room, nice and clean, great view and the breakfast the next day was very nice. Couldn't really ask for anything else.
S. C.
It's nice and within walking distance of most of the CBDs night life. The shower was bigger than expectedly. Not that great for people with cars as the parking is paid public parking under the Maya centre.
E. T.
I'm happy I already done Online Checking, so all I had to do was give my I.D then grabbed my keys straight after. Room was amazing, nice view by the balcony and it was a modern feel. Enjoyed it.
J. W.
Staff was great. Room was clean. Was very over priced for what we got. **Room for improvements, have a mini bar lower the price and have fitted sheets on the bed.
O. U.
We very much liked the location. The rooms are very nice, clean and comfortable. We also very much appreciated the laundry which comes free of charge.
U. H.
Small room but has everything you need and you cant fault the location or the price. Front desk staff are very helpful too.
